"Non rimarrete delusi soggiornando qui. Sono una viaggiatrice solitaria che non parla cinese e ho prenotato questo hotel in fretta e furia subito dopo essere arrivata alla stazione ferroviaria di Jinan in una giornata di pioggia, sentendomi piuttosto indecisa su cosa fare; il personale mi ha contattata immediatamente e mi ha aiutata fino all'hotel, portandomi i bagagli, aprendo un ombrello e accompagnandomi in una splendida camera. Mi hanno persino permesso di fare il check-in anticipato, mi hanno fornito un ombrello per passeggiare in città e mi hanno dato un buono per la colazione gratuita: sobtouch. I biscotti al momento del pagamento sono stati un piccolo gesto di cortesia e la tranquilla vista sul lago mi ha offerto una ricarica rapida e perfetta tra una giornata di visite turistiche e l'altra: l'ideale per un breve soggiorno nel mio itinerario di 14 giorni in Cina. L'hotel non è in centro città, ma è facilmente raggiungibile con Didi (circa 7-10 minuti per raggiungere i luoghi principali). Di notte è perfetto per un sonno ristoratore."

"The street room I wouldn’t recommend at all as it’s overly congested and the soundproofing is poor at the hotel. The rooms are very nice overall and the hotel is extremely clean. The access to the springs are relatively easy, and there is a small street to access some shops across the road with a nice atmosphere. It is worth saying I had my personal toothbrush disposed of by the cleaning staff while staying. I thought that was a little annoying. Overall it’s pleasant to stay in as long as you have a water facing room. Though the honking sounds never go away. The staff are also helpful and very nice."

"Soggiorno fantastico! Il servizio di trasferimento gratuito da e per l'aeroporto è stato impeccabile. Il personale è stato davvero gentile e disponibile dal check-in al check-out. Sono stato accolto calorosamente, il check-in è stato veloce grazie alla documentazione preparata in anticipo e ho persino ricevuto un messaggio WeChat per confermare se avessi bisogno di altro. L'hotel è nuovo, moderno e pulito, con un profumo delizioso nei corridoi che mi ha ricordato il Crown ****** di Melbourne. Le camere sono high-tech con sedili del WC riscaldati e tocchi di classe come bevande gratuite nella hall e acqua in bottiglia in palestra e in camera. Mi hanno persino aiutato a stirare le camicie! "La sua posizione è eccezionale per chi fa riferimebto alla stazione treni (alta velocity). È un bell’hotel pulito, la colazione soddisfa un po’ tutti cinesi e occidentali. Il servizio invece è più che eccezionale. Il personale, tutti giovanissimi, è di una gentilezza unica e disponibilità fuori del comune. Si fanno davvero in 4 per risolvere qualsiasi problema venisse fuori anche al di là del loro stretto ambito. Noi (viaggiavamo in coppia) abbiamo avuto duplice esperienza diretta. Sono anni che viaggio per lavoro e poco per diletto ma posso senza ombra di dubbi affermare che le persone più disponibili da me incontrate. Ve lo consiglio!"
