在一個新開發的地段。所有設施都很新很智能（包括電燈按鈕/智能馬桶等）。四個枕頭似乎是不同的高度，很貼心很舒服。然後酒店附贈的礦泉水特別好喝。 吃飯方面酒店內部就有好幾家不錯的飯店。然後步行距離內還有很不錯的咖啡店和一個購物廣場。 稍微不喜歡的地方在於浴室放沐浴露的地方很矮？上一個住客完全可以踩在那裡洗澡 然後洗面奶再放這些地方感覺不是很衞生的樣子～其他都很好的。 如果不介意離迪士尼園區稍微遠點的話非常推薦這裏～

Il nuovo viaggio di Australia ha iniziato il primo viaggio all'estero in 2003 e ha soggiornato in più di 50 paesi per più di vent'anni e ha soggiornato in molti hotel.Questa volta l'alloggio è il più soddisfatto. Le strutture sono complete, igienico-sanitarie pulite, ambientali di prima classe, trasporto conveniente e servizio soddisfatto. La nostra suite è molto grande con 79㎡. Il dispositivo di cucina è completo in cucina. Deve essere tutto. E'molto bravo e il rapporto prezzo è eccezionale.

Sono rimasto qui per sette giorni, mi sento ancora bene, la stanza è pulita, il letto è morbido e moderato.C'è un sacco di fast food vicino all'hotel, ci sono anche negozi convenienti, e si può comprare bevande nel frigorifero per bere lentamente.L'hotel ha un autobus per Disney e il mondo, ma il tempo è molto strano. Andare in un bus a Disney a più di dieci e andare a 7:05 di mattina.Vai a Disney, mi chiamo Lift, perche' voglio entrare nel parco presto.E l'hotel non pulirà la stanza ogni giorno, se dovete pulire, dovrete parlare in anticipo con la reception. L'hotel ha tre posti con lavatrice auto-assistente e asciugatrice gratuita. È ancora molto conveniente portare lavatrice di polvere da solo. Un altro piccolo difetto, l'isolamento del suono dell'hotel non è molto buono, può sentire il suono del vicino molto chiaro. Ok, non scegliere il primo piano, ci sono scatole di scarpe al primo piano, molte persone sono molto tranquille.E'solo.

Ho prenotato questo hotel solo perché includeva un Express Pass gratuito. Il servizio dell'hotel è stato davvero pessimo! La prima sera non abbiamo comprato acqua, quindi abbiamo usato quella in bottiglia in camera (costava 8 dollari a bottiglia) e ne abbiamo bevuta metà. Quando siamo tornati in camera quella sera, l'altra metà era sparita. L'abbiamo cercata ovunque ma non l'abbiamo trovata. 8 dollari a bottiglia, e loro hanno buttato via o portato via metà bottiglia senza il mio permesso: è scandaloso! Alla fine hanno ammesso che era un loro errore e hanno detto che non ci avrebbero addebitato l'acqua. Inoltre, al momento del check-out, la reception ci ha detto che non avevamo fatto acquisti e che non era necessario fare il check-out; siamo semplicemente usciti. Più tardi, abbiamo ricevuto un'e-mail in cui ci veniva comunicato che ci erano stati addebitati più di 20 dollari. Dopo aver contattato Ctrip, ci hanno detto che era perché avevamo bevuto una bottiglia di alcol nella loro lounge??? Siamo usciti presto e tornati tardi, e non abbiamo mangiato in hotel! È assolutamente ridicolo! Non ci hanno ancora rimborsato i 600 dollari. Desidero elogiare il servizio clienti di Ctrip: ci hanno aiutato a comunicare con l'hotel riguardo all'acqua mancante e agli addebiti inspiegabili, e si sono persino offerti di risarcirci prima. Servizio: Pessimo! Pessimo! Pessimo!

We spent 2 nights there. The location is great, just 15 minutes drive to the Parks. The territory is big, beautiful. there are many facilities (like BBQ zones, pools, hot tub). the apartment is furnished with everything you need (washing and drying machines, kitchen, bath etc.). The apartment needs some renovation - the furniture is a bit worn-out. Our stay there could have been pleasant unless the service: at the check-in we were offered 150$ as a gift for new customers if we attend a tour around the hotel. we agreed. The following day we arrived at the meeting point, filled some papers, they took 1$ from our bank card (to check if it works) and then we were given another bank card with 150$ deposit. Then a manager came and told us that as not all of us speaks english fluently, they refuse giving the tour, and charge 150$ from our card. We asked to call the head manager, she arrived only 30 minutes later, took the gift card and gave us the receipt only when we said we were going to call the police. To conclude, we wasted more than an hour, didn't get any apologies for such unprofessional behaviour. although the hotel itself is good, the behaviour of the staff is far below the level of Sheraton. not recommended

Siamo stati in questo resort per la seconda volta. Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno erano in corso lavori di tinteggiatura e ristrutturazione. Ma per il resto è stato tutto fantastico.

Driving up to the hotel it looked promising, lift up to our floor felt bit old but worked well with the style, rooms were ok but looked like it could do with some freshening up. First thing we noticed was a stain on one of the pillowcases, this made us wonder whether the beds were properly changed or cleaned, we did see a single strand of hair in the bathtub but gave it the benefit of the doubt that could be the cleaner if they did clean it. Sadly on the website it states luxury toiletries- well these were disappointing and did not feel it. We were provided with one set for two people. That is one shampoo, one conditioner, one body lotion, no shower gel, (you get a shower in the room) one face soap, one hand soap. The hot water kettle dispenser was not cleaned as when we went to do an initial clean there was a lot of black stuff coming out, we had no coffee in the room either. We had to go ask reception to give us a new one and that’s when we found out we should have had coffee provided with the kettles. So far very disappointing, We found out during our stay that the hotel doesn’t clean your room on a daily basis and we weren’t aware of this so our bins were over filling, we had to ask for toilet roll, and new towels. When we received the towels in the bedroom whilst we were out they were left on top of the toilet. Not exactly the best or cleanest place to put if especially if we haven’t had the room cleaned for a good few days. If you want your room cleaned I expect you will need to let reception know. I’ve stayed at Marriotts before and I’ve never experienced it where they don’t clean your room and I don’t mind if they don’t do it on a daily basis but they should inform you at reception when you check in. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and we were very disappointed as international tourists not to have received any information from the hotel that it was coming and what to do/ how to stay safe/ whether there was going to be reduced restaurant opening times/ services. This was our first hurricane. We instead received much more information and advice from our Uber drivers such as to stock up on food and water. Our other information was from alerts we received on our phones and also by watching the news otherwise we would have been none the wiser. We are aware that other hotels received a note under their door as a minimum. We were looking to hire a car but this hotel charges 27 dollars to park a day. So we decided to use Uber and actually turned out cheaper for us so bear this in mind. The pros: It’s very central and icon park is about 5 mins away, lots of bars and restaurants along the the drive in either direction. Close to the parks if that’s what you’re here for. Reception staff are very nice and really get straight on to the case when you need something. Two people who stood out for us was firstly Joe, who was standing outside one day as myself and my friend were deciding to visit a mall was so helpful. He even gave us some leaflets to hand it at our destination to get discounts and a free bag. He was really friendly and chatty and a great sense of humour. The second person was Ryan, from housekeeping was also very helpful when my friend was after some items for our room. Very cheerful. I’d only recommend this hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep for a few days. I wouldn’t come back here again not for a holiday as I feel the basic expectations of a hotel service was lacking. Can’t fault any of the staff we dealt with.

Prima pensavamo che la stanza fosse relativamente pulita ma notati piccoli anziani che si muovevano in tutto il bagno. Anche il desk front on day 2 non poteva aggiungere il nostro numero di membro Mariott e ci ha dato qualche scusa per il motivo. Non sono sicuro che prenoterei questo hotel di nuovo ...

Ricordatevi di chiedere i biscotti! Soggiornare al DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando SeaWorld è stata un'esperienza straordinaria! La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi da Sea World. I bambini lo adorano. La stanza è spaziosa e luminosa e il materasso è così comodo che non vorresti alzarti. Ogni angolo è moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort. La piscina è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e distendersi, e anche il centro fitness è fantastico. Ci sono così tanti ristoranti tra cui scegliere e ogni pasto è soddisfacente. La cosa più importante è che i camerieri erano davvero attenti e hanno sempre soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza con un sorriso. Vale ogni centesimo speso qui e lo consiglio vivamente agli amici che intendono venire a Orlando! ”

Francamente, colpito da quanto era pulito. Vorrei che i mattoni non fossero neri, anche se cuz non sono sicuro quanto fossero puliti. Il letto e il bagno che è quello che conta più erano molto puliti. Il personale era amichevole e mi piace che hanno un bar in loco. Vorrei che il servizio in camera fosse 24/7, ma solo per poche ore alla notte e poche al mattino.
