UUtente ospiteSince the hotel had only recently opened, there was a bit of a wait during check-in. However, the staff were very kind and courteous, which made the process pleasant.
On the other hand, there were a few concerns regarding the facilities. The water in the handwashing area didn’t drain well, and the toilet also had drainage issues. I had never encountered these kinds of plumbing problems at other places I’ve stayed, such as Universal Canaveral or Disney All Star Resort, so it was a bit disappointing.
I was also surprised by the lack of sound insulation. Voices from the hallway could be heard very clearly inside the room. Additionally, there seemed to be a gap around the door, which likely allowed more noise to enter. I didn’t experience this kind of issue at the previous hotels I mentioned.
Since the hotel is still new, I hope to see improvements in these areas in the future.

Avevamo una suite Superior King, la camera era fantastica, pulita e con molti asciugamani. Siamo arrivati in anticipo, purtroppo non è stato possibile accontentarli, ma ci hanno tenuto i bagagli e ci hanno accompagnato in un'area (palestra) dove ci hanno aperto le porte per permetterci di riempire le bottiglie d'acqua e rilassarci. Quando siamo andati a fare il check-in circa 20 minuti prima, la gentile signora che ci aveva assistito in precedenza era occupata. Quindi un giovane ha iniziato a fare il check-in per noi. Ci ha detto che non c'erano camere King disponibili e ci ha chiesto se ne avessimo bisogno. Ho risposto che era quello che preferivamo e, improvvisamente, una camera si è liberata. STRANO. Ci ha fatto il check-in senza dire nulla, ho dovuto chiedere io a che ora fosse la colazione, come funzionasse il Wi-Fi e informazioni sulla navetta. Il servizio per pizza e bevande al bar nella hall era ottimo. La colazione era buona, con molta scelta, anche frutta fresca. Siamo usciti per la giornata e la cameriera era proprio fuori dalla nostra camera a pulire la stanza accanto. Le abbiamo detto che stavamo uscendo e che poteva pure pulire quando voleva. 22 ore dopo siamo tornati e abbiamo trovato asciugamani sporchi per terra, ecc. Non aveva pulito la nostra camera. Hanno delle camere bellissime, ma è evidente che non formano adeguatamente il personale.

Ci incontreremo e ci saluterà.La stanza dell'hotel è pulita, pulita e non molti tipi di colazione, ma può mangiare dolce, latte e yogurt liberi. UUtente ospiteHotel è situato tra universale e Disney. Shuttle bus gratuito, tuttavia, il bus è molto occupato. Colazione hotel molto di base e deludente. Non molte opzioni. Camere da letto sono modernamente decorate, tuttavia, alcune questioni. I bug e le anatre di letto dovevano chiedere di cambiare le foglie. Non cambiarono e quando ho chiesto di pulire la stanza mi mantenevo ignorato fino a quando finalmente dovevo coinvolgere il personale superiore. Ant’s sicuramente un problema in hotel . MMaria PortoExcellent location and very convenient for anyone visiting Universal Studios. Pools are a must and the hotel is very friendly overall. Highlights: airport shuttle (paid, Universal ShuttleStar), bus transportation to Citywalk all day every couple minutes (included), park early entrance (included), pools open till 10pm, market and Starbucks in the lobby. And, the biggest plus for me was the fact that they don’t have a strict check in rule: as long as they have a room available, you may check in (if you’re traveling in crazy hours with kids, this makes all the difference!).
Staff is great, very friendly and helpful despite the hotel being very busy at all times.
Rooms are clean - you don’t get service everyday but you can ask for anything and they leave you at your door. Again, despite the hotel being very crowded, kids running everywhere, everything was clean at all times.
Will definitely stay again.

WWaiDriving up to the hotel it looked promising, lift up to our floor felt bit old but worked well with the style, rooms were ok but looked like it could do with some freshening up.
First thing we noticed was a stain on one of the pillowcases, this made us wonder whether the beds were properly changed or cleaned, we did see a single strand of hair in the bathtub but gave it the benefit of the doubt that could be the cleaner if they did clean it. Sadly on the website it states luxury toiletries- well these were disappointing and did not feel it. We were provided with one set for two people. That is one shampoo, one conditioner, one body lotion, no shower gel, (you get a shower in the room) one face soap, one hand soap.
The hot water kettle dispenser was not cleaned as when we went to do an initial clean there was a lot of black stuff coming out, we had no coffee in the room either. We had to go ask reception to give us a new one and that’s when we found out we should have had coffee provided with the kettles. So far very disappointing,
We found out during our stay that the hotel doesn’t clean your room on a daily basis and we weren’t aware of this so our bins were over filling, we had to ask for toilet roll, and new towels. When we received the towels in the bedroom whilst we were out they were left on top of the toilet. Not exactly the best or cleanest place to put if especially if we haven’t had the room cleaned for a good few days.
If you want your room cleaned I expect you will need to let reception know. I’ve stayed at Marriotts before and I’ve never experienced it where they don’t clean your room and I don’t mind if they don’t do it on a daily basis but they should inform you at reception when you check in.
We stayed during Hurricane Milton and we were very disappointed as international tourists not to have received any information from the hotel that it was coming and what to do/ how to stay safe/ whether there was going to be reduced restaurant opening times/ services.
This was our first hurricane. We instead received much more information and advice from our Uber drivers such as to stock up on food and water.
Our other information was from alerts we received on our phones and also by watching the news otherwise we would have been none the wiser. We are aware that other hotels received a note under their door as a minimum.
We were looking to hire a car but this hotel charges 27 dollars to park a day. So we decided to use Uber and actually turned out cheaper for us so bear this in mind.
The pros:
It’s very central and icon park is about 5 mins away, lots of bars and restaurants along the the drive in either direction. Close to the parks if that’s what you’re here for.
Reception staff are very nice and really get straight on to the case when you need something.
Two people who stood out for us was firstly Joe, who was standing outside one day as myself and my friend were deciding to visit a mall was so helpful. He even gave us some leaflets to hand it at our destination to get discounts and a free bag. He was really friendly and chatty and a great sense of humour.
The second person was Ryan, from housekeeping was also very helpful when my friend was after some items for our room. Very cheerful.
I’d only recommend this hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep for a few days. I wouldn’t come back here again not for a holiday as I feel the basic expectations of a hotel service was lacking. Can’t fault any of the staff we dealt with.

NNewmamma88Went for football tournament. Location was great. And staff was friendly. But I was a little taken back when they didn’t clean my room for the first day, I had to call and ask why. They told me they only clean on the fourth day so I asked them to start cleaning my room since I was gonna be there for three nights so they clean the second night.

เเล็กวาQuesto hotel, buona posizione, il servizio è anche molto buono, il personale sorride, il colazione è considerato buono a un certo livello, l'unico punto in basso è che la camera alla materassi e la bagno ha un piccolo cucciolo. L'hotel è rinnovato fino al letto, ma alcuni di loro non completano la stanza, c'è una vecchia parte e ci sono dei cazzoni che vivono in essa.
