Hotel con palestra a Orlando

Il personale è molto entusiasta, dando la sensazione di ritorno alla gente. Tutti i turisti che vivono qui sono molto amici. Ci incontreremo e ci saluterà.La stanza dell'hotel è pulita, pulita e non molti tipi di colazione, ma può mangiare dolce, latte e yogurt liberi. La sala dell'hotel ha prenotato un autobus per la città di cinema globale di mattina. Ricorda di prenotare un appuntamento in anticipo

We were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

Hotel è situato tra universale e Disney. Shuttle bus gratuito, tuttavia, il bus è molto occupato. Colazione hotel molto di base e deludente. Non molte opzioni. Camere da letto sono modernamente decorate, tuttavia, alcune questioni. I bug e le anatre di letto dovevano chiedere di cambiare le foglie. Non cambiarono e quando ho chiesto di pulire la stanza mi mantenevo ignorato fino a quando finalmente dovevo coinvolgere il personale superiore. Ant’s sicuramente un problema in hotel . È stato utile che si offrissero prodotti da bagno a pieno formato gratuito. AC è in un momento e non può essere controllato, quindi può diventare molto freddo nella stanza e il letto è sottile.

This is one of our favourite hotels anywhere. We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course. We did have a few complaints about two things. We visited the Italian restaurant’ Cala Bella’ and whilst we enjoyed most of our starters we didn’t really enjoy our main courses with the food feeling pre prepared and warmed up rather than fresh. We sent some back and there was no quibble about taking these off the bill but it was a disappointing dining experience. For that money in a top class hotel everything should be freshly prepared  We felt that some of the charges were excessive, a 20% service charge on a $30 self serve breakfast buffet is scandalous . Similarly $32/day for self parking felt excessive.  This was our third visit to this hotel- will there be a fourth ?

Driving up to the hotel it looked promising, lift up to our floor felt bit old but worked well with the style, rooms were ok but looked like it could do with some freshening up. First thing we noticed was a stain on one of the pillowcases, this made us wonder whether the beds were properly changed or cleaned, we did see a single strand of hair in the bathtub but gave it the benefit of the doubt that could be the cleaner if they did clean it. Sadly on the website it states luxury toiletries- well these were disappointing and did not feel it. We were provided with one set for two people. That is one shampoo, one conditioner, one body lotion, no shower gel, (you get a shower in the room) one face soap, one hand soap. The hot water kettle dispenser was not cleaned as when we went to do an initial clean there was a lot of black stuff coming out, we had no coffee in the room either. We had to go ask reception to give us a new one and that’s when we found out we should have had coffee provided with the kettles. So far very disappointing, We found out during our stay that the hotel doesn’t clean your room on a daily basis and we weren’t aware of this so our bins were over filling, we had to ask for toilet roll, and new towels. When we received the towels in the bedroom whilst we were out they were left on top of the toilet. Not exactly the best or cleanest place to put if especially if we haven’t had the room cleaned for a good few days. If you want your room cleaned I expect you will need to let reception know. I’ve stayed at Marriotts before and I’ve never experienced it where they don’t clean your room and I don’t mind if they don’t do it on a daily basis but they should inform you at reception when you check in. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and we were very disappointed as international tourists not to have received any information from the hotel that it was coming and what to do/ how to stay safe/ whether there was going to be reduced restaurant opening times/ services. This was our first hurricane. We instead received much more information and advice from our Uber drivers such as to stock up on food and water. Our other information was from alerts we received on our phones and also by watching the news otherwise we would have been none the wiser. We are aware that other hotels received a note under their door as a minimum. We were looking to hire a car but this hotel charges 27 dollars to park a day. So we decided to use Uber and actually turned out cheaper for us so bear this in mind. The pros: It’s very central and icon park is about 5 mins away, lots of bars and restaurants along the the drive in either direction. Close to the parks if that’s what you’re here for. Reception staff are very nice and really get straight on to the case when you need something. Two people who stood out for us was firstly Joe, who was standing outside one day as myself and my friend were deciding to visit a mall was so helpful. He even gave us some leaflets to hand it at our destination to get discounts and a free bag. He was really friendly and chatty and a great sense of humour. The second person was Ryan, from housekeeping was also very helpful when my friend was after some items for our room. Very cheerful. I’d only recommend this hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep for a few days. I wouldn’t come back here again not for a holiday as I feel the basic expectations of a hotel service was lacking. Can’t fault any of the staff we dealt with.

Arrivato sul posto, ho scoperto che la mia prenotazione per due camere era in realtà composta da due prenotazioni separate, quindi mi hanno addebitato due depositi cauzionali. Inoltre, sulla mia carta di credito mancavano 5 dollari e non volevano accettare contanti. Alla fine ho dovuto effettuare un pagamento rapido con la mia carta, solo per poter pagare il secondo deposito. La signora afroamericana alla reception, con la coda di cavallo e gli occhiali (non ho mai saputo il suo nome), non voleva i contanti e non mi ha permesso di parlare con il direttore. La camera presentava macchie d'olio sui muri e il telefono non funzionava. La colazione era discreta. L'unica carne disponibile era la salsiccia. Niente pancetta o altro. Il parcheggio costava 110 dollari per quattro notti. Volevo poi fare il check-out un giorno prima e il personale del turno di notte mi ha detto che, se fossi partito entro le 11 del mattino seguente, non mi avrebbero addebitato nulla. Quando ho provato a fare il check-out alle 8:30, la stessa signora afroamericana era di nuovo al lavoro e si è comportata come se dovesse chiedere il permesso al direttore. Si è allontanata per chiamarlo, quindi non ho potuto sentire cosa ha detto, e poi è tornata dicendo che potevo partire prima solo una sera della mia prenotazione. Ho chiesto di parlare con il direttore e lei ha detto che quando lo aveva chiamato, lui era sotto la doccia e non sarebbe tornato prima delle 9. Ho detto che avrei aspettato. Poi le ho ricordato che aveva detto che avevamo due prenotazioni separate, quindi avremmo dovuto poter partire prima per entrambe le camere. Alla fine ha acconsentito. Inoltre, ogni volta che li chiamavo, prima, durante e dopo il mio soggiorno, ci volevano circa 6 ore di telefonate consecutive prima che qualcuno rispondesse. Anche quando ero lì e il telefono in camera non funzionava, ho continuato a chiamare e la prima sera ho dovuto scendere di persona per segnalare le macchie d'olio sul muro e il telefono non funzionante, perché non volevo che me lo addebitassero. Lei ha detto che lo sapeva e che la carta da parati sarebbe stata sostituita. Ho soggiornato lì 3 volte e dopo questa esperienza non ci tornerò più. Quella signora è stata l'unica ad avere un atteggiamento sgradevole.

Questa è stata una terribile esperienza. 1. Ho confermato con l'hotel 2 giorni prima della mia arrivo che saremmo qui e hanno confermato la mia prenotazione. 2.La data di arrivo del nostro volo è stata ritardata.Ho contattato l'hotel e ho confermato la mia arrivo tardiva a causa del ritardo del volo. 3. Siamo arrivati e l'hotel non aveva una stanza per noi del tipo che abbiamo pagato. Fortunatamente avevano una stanza ma dovremmo muoverci il giorno dopo. 4. Abbiamo ricevuto una compensazione per il parcheggio gratuito. 5. È stato trasferito nella nostra nuova stanza e la stencil che è venuta dal letto di scarico non può essere descritta. Sembra orribile. L'intera stanza è stata riempita di odore di stronzate. Questo è stato scoperto di notte. 6.Parla al manager della notte e chiede se potessero swap la materassi o cambiare le stanze e non mi hanno detto probabilmente. Mi hanno dato alcuni punti. Beh, che si è occupato dell'odore... 7. La mattina dopo un signore più vecchio era in servizio come manager e lui era in servizio quando gli ho parlato. Aveva la squadra di manutenzione nella stanza entro 20 minuti. Hanno preso la vecchia materassi e la sostituito con una quasi nuova. Le camere non sono in buone condizioni, come si presentano sul loro sito web. Apprezzo il loro sforzo, ma per dover lottare con il personale più volte, non vale la pena.

È stato così bello avere una cucina, ed è facile da fare per i CV o negozi di comodità vicino. Sea World è anche disponibile a piedi ~ Questo è un alloggio soddisfacente.

Ci piaceva il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel, la nostra posizione e la nostra camera. Il personale è a casa. La colazione è stata buona, ma spero che anche un buffet per colazione sarà disponibile per avere più opzioni per il colazione gratuito incluso. Sicuramente ribookerò qui per viaggi e soggiorni futuri.

Questo hotel era la media al meglio. Io sono rimasto lì per quattro giorni e non ho mai fatto servizio in camera per pulire la mia stanza. Ho avuto la spazzatura dal giorno del mio shopping e dovevo andare alla ricezione per chiedere asciugamani freschi. Il personale era civile ma non amichevole. Il colazione era lo stesso ogni giorno senza molte scelte. Nella prostra era vicino ai parchi e c'era una navetta gratuita per portarti lì. C'era un piccolo frigorifero nella stanza, ma dovevi andare in sala da pranzo per riscaldare i vostri pasti. La piscina era bella e grande, ma era di questo.
