UUtente ospiteGot there and found out that my one reservation for 2 rooms was actually 2 reservations, so they charged me 2 security deposits. Then my credit card was $5 short, and they wouldn't take $5 cash. I ended up making an express payment on my card, just to be able to pay the second deposit. The african american lady at the front desk with the ponytail and glasses (never got her name) did not want the cash and wouldn't let me talk to the manager. Room had oil stains on the walls and phone in my room didnt work. Breakfast was ok. Sausage was the only meat. No bacon or anything else. And parking was $110 for 4 nights. Then I wanted to check out a day early and was told by the night shift that as long as I left by 11 am the next morning, I would not be charged. When I tried to check out at 8:30am, once again the same african american woman was working and acted like she had to get permission from the manager. She walked off to call him so I couldn't hear what she said and then came back to say I could only leave early one night on my reservation. I asked to speak to the manager and she said when she called him, he was in the shower and wouldn't be in until 9am. I said I would wait. Then I reminded her about how she said we had 2 separate reservations so we should be able to leave early for both rooms. She finally did it. Also, whenever you called them, before, during, and after my trip, it took about 6 hours of calling back to back before anyone picks up the phone. Even when I was there and my room phone didnt work, I kept calling and had to walk downstairs the first night to tell them about the oil stains on my wall and the phone not working, because I didnt want to be charged for it. She said she knew and that the wallpaper was going to be replaced. I have stayed there 3 times and after this time, I will not be going back. That lady was the only one with a nasty attitude.

Ttracey grangerWe were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

UUtente ospiteHotel è situato tra universale e Disney. Shuttle bus gratuito, tuttavia, il bus è molto occupato. Colazione hotel molto di base e deludente. Non molte opzioni. Camere da letto sono modernamente decorate, tuttavia, alcune questioni. I bug e le anatre di letto dovevano chiedere di cambiare le foglie. Non cambiarono e quando ho chiesto di pulire la stanza mi mantenevo ignorato fino a quando finalmente dovevo coinvolgere il personale superiore. Ant’s sicuramente un problema in hotel . È stato utile che si offrissero prodotti da bagno a pieno formato gratuito. AC è in un momento e non può essere controllato, quindi può diventare molto freddo nella stanza e il letto è sottile.

UUtente ospiteVery convenient budget hotel. Room was large, allowed early check in. We only used it for overnight sleeping and getting to universal. It is as close to universal as their own resorts. There was some noise as the walls are thin but other than that the hotel exceeded our expectations

เเล็กวาQuesto hotel, buona posizione, il servizio è anche molto buono, il personale sorride, il colazione è considerato buono a un certo livello, l'unico punto in basso è che la camera alla materassi e la bagno ha un piccolo cucciolo. L'hotel è rinnovato fino al letto, ma alcuni di loro non completano la stanza, c'è una vecchia parte e ci sono dei cazzoni che vivono in essa.

Staff are accommodating.
Breakfast was good but hopefully a breakfast buffet will be available too so as to have more options for the free breakfast included.
Definitely would rebook here for future travels and staycations.

UUtente ospiteArrivato e il frigorifero non funzionava, così come il telecomando della tv. È arrivata la manutenzione, il frigorifero era spento e il telecomando aveva bisogno di batterie. Fatto. Poi sono andato a lavarmi i denti e l'acqua perdeva nell'armadietto. Ho chiamato di nuovo la manutenzione e mi hanno detto che avrebbero riparato il giorno dopo. Sono andato a prendere la navetta per Universal. L'autobus era in ritardo e puzzava di gas. Ci hanno anche prelevato tardi. La colazione era molto semplice e niente di eccezionale. L'impiegato alla reception era molto silenzioso e scortese. Tutto sommato non lo consiglierei, ma la posizione era buona.

PPatrick JM100% this for the solo traveler, not for families. Great location has its pitfalls from random people hanging out late nights and you're in location of construction going on around you. No security on site.
