PPut KyutThe room was cleaner than I expected, even though it is a 3 star hotel. Location wise is good, have free transportation to Disney land and universal studio.
We bought our room with breakfast, breakfast was okay, reasonable.
And there is an arcade for kids to play and there is even a pool table that my friends and I had a great time.
The swimming pool was wonderful and it was peaceful in the morning.

CCory ClayOur family of six rented an Airbnb for 6 days but me and my youngest daughter wanted to stay for an extra couple of days; so we rented the room at the Rosen. It looked great in the pictures and I'm happy to report that it was even more beautiful in person. There are so many amenities and the food was excellent! I highly recommend the pulled pork nachos poolside from The Cattails Bar (by the way large enough for 3 people to share. Our room overlooked the lakes and golf course. What a beautiful view! I actually saw an eagle air diving into the lake for his meal! There were so many shady beautiful places to sit if you wanted to spend your time outdoors (which I did) and lovely seating inside if you needed to come in to cool off. The market is open 24 hours if you need a tasty snack or something to drink. Warning; the market is pricey but very convenient. If you want grocery store pricing, the Publix is a shuttle ride away and just a short walk across the street. I should have read the fine print the parking will be $28 a day if you self park. And though they say there are no resort fees; there is a fee for incidentals that I thought was quite hefty so be prepared to put this on your credit card temporarily. If I had had more time I definitely would have enjoyed the spa offerings. The staff was professional and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and plan on doing so!

Ttracey grangerWe were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

UUtente ospiteHotel è situato tra universale e Disney. Shuttle bus gratuito, tuttavia, il bus è molto occupato. Colazione hotel molto di base e deludente. Non molte opzioni. Camere da letto sono modernamente decorate, tuttavia, alcune questioni. I bug e le anatre di letto dovevano chiedere di cambiare le foglie. Non cambiarono e quando ho chiesto di pulire la stanza mi mantenevo ignorato fino a quando finalmente dovevo coinvolgere il personale superiore. Ant’s sicuramente un problema in hotel . È stato utile che si offrissero prodotti da bagno a pieno formato gratuito. AC è in un momento e non può essere controllato, quindi può diventare molto freddo nella stanza e il letto è sottile.

Breakfast was good but hopefully a breakfast buffet will be available too so as to have more options for the free breakfast included.

L'hotel è rinnovato fino al letto, ma alcuni di loro non completano la stanza, c'è una vecchia parte e ci sono dei cazzoni che vivono in essa.

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel permette di risparmiare molto soprattutto se si decide di soggiornare diverse notti e visitare vari parchi tematici non solo Disney . Secondo aspetto fondamentale è l’ubicazione praticamente ad equa distanza per raggiungere in auto tutti i principali parchi in 15 minuti . la struttura è di primo prezzo ma dato che in questa destinazione si rientra in hotel solo per dormire è più che sufficiente . Colazione inclusa nel prezzo dolce e salato , non abbondate ma può essere integrata con qualcosa di proprio gusto da acquistare negli stores presenti nelle immediate vicinanze. C’è una piscina e un bar con musica caraibica aperto fino alle 23 molto apprezzabile per chi torna dai parchi nel pomeriggio e si gode un po’ la serata all’interno dell’hotel. C’è anche un negozietto con vendita di vari prodotti alimentari e di consumo . Nella stanza c’è tutto macchina caffè microonde tv frigo e un piccolo congelatore . Noi nel complesso ci siamo trovati davvero bene sapendo di aver speso davvero poco in confronto a quanto costa la vita in questa zona della Florida . PPatrick JM100% this for the solo traveler, not for families. Great location has its pitfalls from random people hanging out late nights and you're in location of construction going on around you. No security on site.
