UUtente ospiteI recently stayed at Novotel Riyadh Sahafa to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive.
A special thanks to Arwa Albousy, the Front Office Supervisor, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She arranged for a lovely room upgrade and even surprised us with a delicious cake in our room, which made our celebration even more special.
The hotel itself is well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The late check-out option allowed us to enjoy our time without feeling rushed, which I truly appreciated.
I highly recommend Novotel Riyadh Sahafa to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Riyadh. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary memorable!
SSiddharth SudhakarHotel d'affari decente, buono per arrivare e uscire rapidamente da Riyadh. soggiorno confortevole, colazione decente. Fine di piccoli premi alle camere.
MMOHAMMED ALI IBRAHIMGood and quiet hotel, has good and various breakfast and good internet.
The only point that the hotel must fix the parking barrier, it doesn’t work by the card, therefore, you have to wait few minutes till the noticed you through the CCTV camera.
MMichelleI had an amazing check in service, we were spoken to extremely politely, the staff member Abdullah who checked us in was so helpful, we were asked if we wished to dine at the restaurant which was great as we were hungry after a very busy flight. The room was a perfect size. The bed was comfortable and hence a good sleep ensued. In the room there was a dish of complimentary fruits, some snacks, chocolates and water. The room had a rain shower and toiletries were available should you need them. 10/10 on cleanliness. Very close to the airport would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future.
UUtente ospiteI booked an apartment with 3 bedrooms i was surprised there was a maid room which was not mentioned. In general the apartment is very big and clean and nice in my room AC had an issue they fixed it but still it was not cooling enough . Location is near to hospital you can hear al ambulance all day and night which might be very noisy some times. Middle of traffic always difficult to reach anywhere easily. The apartment is in good condition although bathroom need renew but there is no issues with it. The stuff specifically Mr. Mohamed Khayat is a so helpful and has enough info about event in Riyadh
MMsMelissaDisappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager.
My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution.
Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager.
Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution.
Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.
