The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly but the room design was bad, a huge walkway took almost 1/3 the room size

Il nostro soggiorno era davvero eccezionale, ed era senza dubbio una delle migliori esperienze hoteliere che abbiamo mai avuto. Ci sono stati incredibilmente colpiti dagli sforzi di Jaybie, Kim e Kelvin per rendere così memorabile il nostro giorno speciale. La sorpresa preparata è stata l'accento assoluto del nostro viaggio, e siamo così grati per il servizio impeccabile e il vero calore.

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

Overall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.

An outstanding hotel experience. The hotel is genuinely excellent, with a prime and highly convenient location. The level of service is exceptionally refined and professional, reflecting genuine attention to detail and guest comfort. C'è un cantiere nei dintorni, troppo rumoroso. L'hotel in sé non ha problemi, il personale è gentile e il servizio è ottimo. Anche la colazione offre molte scelte, si può trovare facilmente qualcosa di proprio gusto.

La pulizia e i servizi sono eccellenti, e il posto è molto buono, quindi mi aspetto che Mo sia l'ultima volta.

Posizione conveniente, soggiorno confortevole con pochi chicchi di luce Ho soggiornato presso EWAA Express Khurais a Riyadh e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza complessiva. La posizione è convenienteabbreviare un 15-minute camminare in una zona commerciale con molte opzioni alimentari come Starbucks, KFC, Wendy’s, Al Baik e un hypermarket Panda. L'hotel è semplice ma funzionale. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose, con un letto grande e confortevole. Inizialmente, mi è stato assegnato una stanza al quarto piano, che mi sentivo piuttosto buio perché non aveva vista esterna. Il personale era abbastanza gentile da passarmi in una stanza sul secondo piano, che aveva una finestra a pieno livello davanti all'autostrada. La differenza: il quarto piano era più tranquillo ma più oscuro, mentre il secondo piano era più luminoso con vista, anche se un certo rumore del traffico era notabile. Ho scelto il secondo piano alla fine, perché preferisco la luce naturale. Un punto unico è l'illuminazione del corridoio. L'hotel non utilizza luci soffocanti nelle strade, invece si basa su luci montate su piccole pareti. Questo fa sentire i corridoi piuttosto oscuro. Se si tratta di una scelta di design per tutto il gruppo di hotel EWAA, non solo questa posizione. Se si è sensibili a basso livello di luce o si sente disturbato in ambienti più oscuri, questo potrebbe essere qualcosa da considerare. Il colazione era decente, non una festa, ma abbastanza per riempire. Nessuna stazione di uova, ma le basi sono coperte. Anche vale la pena notare: l'hotel offre biciclette per gli ospiti a prestire, che è un bel toccamento, anche se non ho provato da solo. In generale, un buon soggiorno se stai cercando un hotel pulito, ben situato con personale amichevole e non preoccuparti di un paio di chicche in luce e rumore.

Disappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

The perfect stay. For that price and that location it’s already worth it. The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues. I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.
