Hotel 4 stelle a Lisbona

Considerazioni importanti per i viaggiatori: - Se prenotate una camera con colazione inclusa e avete un volo di prima mattina il giorno della partenza, valutate la possibilità di acquistare la colazione separatamente. L'hotel non offre rimborsi per le colazioni non utilizzate e, nel mio caso, non mi è stato rimborsato né è stata fornita alcuna forma di compensazione. Questa politica, sebbene di minore importanza per l'hotel, può lasciare un'impressione negativa, poiché un piccolo gesto di cortesia contribuirebbe notevolmente a migliorare la soddisfazione degli ospiti. - L'hotel non fornisce accappatoi, il che potrebbe risultare scomodo per gli ospiti abituati a utilizzarli dopo la doccia. - Le temperature notturne possono essere piuttosto basse, quindi è consigliabile accendere l'aria condizionata in anticipo per garantire un sonno confortevole. - Le camere sono compatte, il che rende questo hotel più adatto a chi viaggia da solo piuttosto che a coppie o famiglie. - Pur essendo classificato come struttura a quattro stelle, la scelta per la colazione è piuttosto semplice e limitata. Gli ospiti troveranno pasticcini, un piccolo assortimento di salumi e formaggi affettati (1-2 tipi per tipo), yogurt, condimenti, uova strapazzate, ciabatta, una modesta selezione di frutta a fette, succo di frutta e alcune bevande alcoliche. Vantaggi dell'hotel: - Caffè illimitato disponibile nella lounge, un piacevole bonus per gli ospiti. - L'hotel è situato in un quartiere vicino al centro città, offrendo un comodo accesso. Gli ospiti possono raggiungere il lungofiume e il centro storico con una breve passeggiata. - Al mio arrivo, la prima sera del check-in, ho ricevuto un kit di benvenuto che includeva l'accesso gratuito al minibar in camera. La camera è spaziosa ma non confortevole. Dato che il letto, che è rotondo a semicerchio, era vicino alla finestra, aveva solo un tavolino sul lato sinistro, sul lato destro si dorme vicino alle tende, non c'è spazio tra il letto e il muro . Inoltre il letto non ha testiera, quindi i cuscini ricadono continuamente. Mancano i cassetti, anche l'armadio non è comodo. Comoda è la zona bagno, separata dai wc e dalla doccia, che è spaziosa e inoltre come cortesia avete gel, shampoo e balsamo, oltre alla crema per il corpo, tutto di buona qualità. È semplicemente un hotel diverso, con il motto del bagno; Il personale al banco ti accoglie in accappatoio, è curioso e la colazione è veramente buona, la qualità e l'attenzione del personale sono ottime.

spacious, aesthetic, and perfect for a solo trip, but a few things to note. The room itself is gorgeous. It has this modern boho/woody vibe with warm tones, sage walls, hints of gold, and lots of natural light from the balcony. Waking up here was honestly such a nice experience. The balcony is a big plus too, although the furniture is quite basic and could be upgraded. Layout-wise, everything made sense (especially the TV directly facing the bed — finally!). However, the TV connection was quite slow and frustrating, so I ended up just using my phone. Location is good if you don’t mind walking — around 20–30 minutes into central Lisbon. There are loads of cafés nearby though, which was super convenient. I highly recommend Fauna & Flora (Anjos) for brunch — really cute spot and great food. They take walk-ins :) Only thing I didn’t love was the PIN entry system. You have to type it multiple times (enter building, going up the lift, enter room) and it’s very visible, which made me a bit uneasy as a solo traveller. It's super easy though !! The mini fridge was also super minimally stocked, so don’t rely on it. On the plus side, tea/coffee facilities, toiletries, and plenty of towels are provided. The apartment itself is very quiet and peaceful — I barely heard anyone else, which made it feel like my own private space. Barely saw anyone, felt like I had the place to myself. Overall: a comfortable and stylish stay with great nearby cafés. A few small improvements would make it perfect, but I would definitely stay again.

Mi ha aiutato a aggiornare gratuitamente, e ho anche inviato un piccolo regalo per i bambini. L'hotel è molto meglio di quanto si aspettasse, il rapporto costo-benefici è molto alto.

L'alloggio è confortevole e ha tutto il necessario per godersi qualche giorno in città, molto ben collegato con i mezzi di trasporto o vicino alla metropolitana e alla stazione dei traghetti.L'unica cosa che manca è la manutenzione e la pulizia dato che c'erano molti capelli lunghi dappertutto il pavimento, le lenzuola e il bagno hanno la muffa, penso che un po' di candeggina la eliminerebbe senza troppi sforzi

Ottima posizione. Le camere sono abbastanza buone. Mi manca una ricezione personale, perché tutto viene fatto attraverso una macchina. Per quanto riguarda il servizio di pulizia è buono ed efficiente.

Grazioso appartamento con servizi e ottima igiene. Ottimo per il suo prezzo. Ma attenzione: trip.com o l'appartamento stesso potrebbero non inviarti un'email con le informazioni su come entrare. Sono comunque fortunato a poter contattare il proprietario e chiedere l'accesso.

Hotel carino con personale cordiale, in particolare la ragazza alla reception della spa. Bella sauna, jacuzzi e palestra a disposizione. Zona tranquilla, ma comunque vicina al centro di Lisbona. Consiglio vivamente questo posto.

È un hotel molto adatto per portare bambini perché ci sono diverse console di gioco per farli giocare. È solo che c'è un po' di confusione nell'entrare nel parcheggio. Dopo aver preso il biglietto, non c'è molto da aspettare che la saracinesca si alzi per trovare un posto auto. È fuori dalla città di Lisbona, a 10-15 minuti a piedi c'è un supermercato molto grande.

I won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre. The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment. Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers). Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too. Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately. Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.
