Hotel con spa a Almaty

Mixed feelings. Great location and lovely staff! But we had a room where the TV wasn’t working. First night they told us they can only fix it the next day. Then the next day they said they can only do it the next day again. Plus this was after my multiple phone calls, it seemed that the maintenance team just ignored us. And the reception offered a 20% discount on room services as apologies for the long wait. In the end as they can’t do anything, I asked if we could change room. So we got a new room… with a half working tv… but with broken aircon… we called reception and was told they can control it from their end. Still not working. So we went out for dinner and asked them to check it out. When we returned, there were technicians in our room fixing the air conditioner. And we sat around outside for an hour before it was fixed. In the end, after hassling the whole day we finally had a working room at 9pm… All the staff were very polite and tried hard to resolve the issue. But I feel everything in a room should be working before guests check in. alternatively we did ask to change room again but not sure why that wasn’t considered but instead they want to keep us waiting around for another hour in the lobby.

Place would have been okay, but first of all, there’s no bidet anywhere in this country. The only shattaf spray I found was in a gasoline station restroom. We stayed for 3 nights and the place was generally clean. They did clean our room, though not thoroughly, maybe because the place is a bit old, so even with effort, it doesn’t feel much different. The location is great though, just a short walk to Mega Park, and the area has a nice Korean vibe. There’s even a nearby street where people sing and dance, which was fun to see. The security staff were friendly, always smiling, and very accommodating. However, the reception staff were not as warm, a bit intimidating. Even when you ask for help or make a request, they respond decisively without offering other options or solutions. Still, they let us rest in the lobby & stored our luggage when we had to depart late due to our late check-in. Amenities are available but not easily accessible, you have to ask permission first, and it feels like they limit guest access. There’s a small lobby bar and a gym with a sauna, though I didn’t see the hot spring mentioned. Breakfast was basic and the same everyday. I didn’t enjoy it much. Overall, it’s a nice and fairly well-maintained hotel. Installing shattaf sprays would be a huge improvement! The location is good, rooms are maintained, and I really appreciated the security staff. But after this first experience, probably wouldn’t stay again.

If you are in Almaty, the best place undoubtedly is Swissotel. It's a beautiful and most stunning resort without a doubt, spread over a few kilometers, with a golf course, lake, woods etc. You can actually spend a couple of days just being there relaxing. This was my 2nd visit to this property in the last 6 months and is in my itenary once every year to experience Almaty and Swissotel. Prior to this I have stayed I have stayed twice in another top brand of the world, but believe me, there is nothing better than Swissotel. My stay at the hotel once again was truly exceptional! The atmosphere is relaxing, elegant, and filled with genuine hospitality. Every detail — from the welcoming smiles at reception to the peaceful ambiance of the thermal area — shows how much care goes into every guest’s experience. Every area and facility in the resort is top class - gym, spa..... And the pool is a combination of amazing experiences. A special mention to Manager Karina, who did her job with excellence and professionalism. I called up the hotel from India for check in formalities and Karina organised it for me and my friends in a flash. She is always on top of everything, ensuring every guest feels special and well taken care of. Her attention to detail and warm attitude perfectly represent the spirit of this hotel. The whole team deserves praise for creating such a wonderful and memorable atmosphere. This place is a true gem and a MUST stay

Хорошее место расположения отеля, просторные номера. Уровень сервиса не соответствует заявленному. Сан. узел в отвратительном состоянии. В душевой кабине забит слив, при уборке не устраняют. Кран смесителя в душевой закрывается под собственным весом, чтобы помыться нужно его придерживать рукой. Можно мыться в ванной, но в ванной испорчен клапан блокирующий слив, сломан запорный механизм , клапан просто установлен в сифоне на синей изоленте 🤦🏻. Клапан убрать сложно, но можно, при этом в смесителе в ванной нет давления, помыть тело хватает, но волосы промыть крайне проблематично. В номере нет гладильной доски и утюга, приносят по запросу, ожидание - 20-30 минут, гладильная доска далеко не первой свежести, на продавленный металлический каркас натянут тонкий универсальный чехол, болтается складками. Нет блокировки двери (щеколды/цепочки), переключатель на замке не останавливает персонал отеля от доступа в номер, отдельное впечатление это проснуться от того, что по номеру ходит человек из службы сервиса 🤦🏻, столкнулся с этим после первой же ночи, после вывешивал табличку «не беспокоить». Если утром у вас номер не убрали, по любой причине, то номер в этот день без вашего напоминания не уберут совсем.

Per coloro che cercano una proprietà affidabile, ben situata con supporto internazionale di marchio, Novotel Almaty funziona bene. In sintesi, Novotel Almaty City Center è un hotel pratico e ben gestito che soddisfa le aspettative dei viaggiatori d'affari, con un tono professionale e un minimo di frizione lungo il viaggio degli ospiti.

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è eccellente, le camere sono ampie e pulite e le strutture di ufficio sono complete.Il colazione è ricca e integra le caratteristiche locali e il gusto internazionale.La reception è in inglese e la gestione efficiente, che è la prima scelta per un viaggio in Kazakistan.

Гостиница классная, локация супер, номера чистые и выбор телеканалов хороший. Единственное что расстроило так это завтрак. Очень скудный завтрак и уступает многим другим гостиницам в городе в разнообразии. Не хватает каш, утром очень хочется каши.

Prenotato questo hotel perché era vicino all'aeroporto, e a soli 20 minuti di distanza per un grande fermo tra i voli. Infatti, l’hotel stesso ha abbastanza da offrire. Le camere sono belle e pulite. In realtà abbiamo avuto un problema dove abbiamo avuto troppo acqua calda, che è il problema opposto di quello che si aspetta. Il personale era amichevole e utile. Avevano anche un sacco di frigoriferi d'acqua intorno per riempire le bottiglie, che è un bel toccamento che non tutti gli hotel offrìno. Non abbiamo usato la piscina, ma abbiamo visto che era grande e molti la usavano. La colazione era semplice, ma era sufficiente per coprire tutte le basi. In generale, consiglierei di rimanere qui, soprattutto se stai cercando un posto vicino all'aeroporto per crollare.

Questa missione ha vissuto quattro notti insieme, e ha prenotato una camera da letto di alta qualità, e l'esperienza complessiva è stata completata e riferita ai amici che intendono vivere: 1. Esperienza sanitaria: per quattro punti, la camera è pulita ogni giorno, né lettiera o tavolo sono chiaramente sporchi e vivere in modo più sicuro. 2.Associazione ambientale: dare tre punti, la manutenzione dell'area pubblica non è in posizione, la vista urbana è molto comune e non c'è alcun punto di evidenza. 3.Servizi e strutture: sono stati forniti tre punti, la domanda di soggiorno di base può essere soddisfatta, ma le strutture sono invecchiate nel loro insieme, e la risposta del servizio non è molto tempestiva, e i problemi sono stati risolti per molto tempo. L'hotel è più adatto per la transizione a breve termine di viaggio commerciale. Se i requisiti per le strutture e i servizi non sono elevati, è possibile scegliere.
