Hotel con spa a Almaty

L'hotel era grande, senza dubbio questo hotel non è stato aperto molto tempo fa e quindi le strutture sono in forma. Anche il colazione era grande, molte opzioni da scegliere. In generale, consiglierei di rimanere qui.

Located away from the city and surrounded by a peaceful park and lake, this hotel offers beautiful views of the mountains and greenery. The balcony is spacious, providing a stunning panoramic view right from the room. While the room itself feels more like a 4-star than a 5-star experience, the serene setting and connection with nature make the stay truly enjoyable. The lakeside restaurant also serves excellent food and completes the experience perfectly.

La posizione è abbastanza buona, vicino a molti ristoranti e stazione di metro. Facile da raggiungere i cabin. Camminare a distanza dalla casa d'opera e centro città. La camera è grande e il bagno è pulito. L'unico punto debole ci indica la condizione dell'aria che è troppo vecchia per raffreddare.

Хорошее место расположения отеля, просторные номера. Уровень сервиса не соответствует заявленному. Сан. узел в отвратительном состоянии. В душевой кабине забит слив, при уборке не устраняют. Кран смесителя в душевой закрывается под собственным весом, чтобы помыться нужно его придерживать рукой. Можно мыться в ванной, но в ванной испорчен клапан блокирующий слив, сломан запорный механизм , клапан просто установлен в сифоне на синей изоленте 🤦🏻. Клапан убрать сложно, но можно, при этом в смесителе в ванной нет давления, помыть тело хватает, но волосы промыть крайне проблематично. В номере нет гладильной доски и утюга, приносят по запросу, ожидание - 20-30 минут, гладильная доска далеко не первой свежести, на продавленный металлический каркас натянут тонкий универсальный чехол, болтается складками. Нет блокировки двери (щеколды/цепочки), переключатель на замке не останавливает персонал отеля от доступа в номер, отдельное впечатление это проснуться от того, что по номеру ходит человек из службы сервиса 🤦🏻, столкнулся с этим после первой же ночи, после вывешивал табличку «не беспокоить». Если утром у вас номер не убрали, по любой причине, то номер в этот день без вашего напоминания не уберут совсем.

It is located centrally, enabling travellers to have easy assess to connecting public bus services, subways, walking distance to nearby eateries, restaurants, the famous Green Bazaar and the sceneic, spacious park that housed the famous Zenkov Cathedral! All the staffs were amazing, from the frontline to the housekeeping and managers on duty. They communicated well, speak good English, and were extremely patient and helpful in answering my questions about the hotel facilities, going to certain places, etc. Although the breakfast food selection is not much, it was still outstanding - the bread were fresh, the coffee selection is excellent, fresh cut fruits, and these were sufficient to fill my appetite during my stay for the breakfast! I would definitely recommend travellers and visitors to Almaty to consider staying at the Grand Tien Shan hotel, its a ”GRAND” feeling you wouldn't want to miss! Enjoy!

L'hotel è abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto, ma ci vuole ancora circa 15 minuti per taxi. Vicino a un centro commerciale e a una fermata di autobus. Ci sono camere d'albero e la questione con l'albero è solo una chiave per la porta del dorm. E il bagno non ha chiusura, è solo una porta di vetro, quindi ogni volta che qualcuno si doccia, probabilmente chiuderanno la porta principale e nessuno può usare i bagni allo stesso tempo.C'è una microonde e un frigorifero. La colazione è inclusa e è abbastanza generosa per questo prezzo. Se volete vivere un'area più locale, allora lo consiglierei. Altrimenti, potrebbe anche rimanere nel centro della città, poiché il taxi costerebbe più o meno lo stesso tempo e i soldi per l'aeroporto e da e verso l'aeroporto.

Inside the room, the amenities and furnishings appear low quality and somewhat cheap, which takes away from the overall comfort and experience. It doesn’t feel like good value compared to more modern options in the same area. Breakfast is another weak point. The selection is limited, and the taste is quite underwhelming. There isn’t much variety, and the quality does not meet expectations. Overall, the hotel might be acceptable for a short stay if location is the priority, but there are definitely better choices available in terms of comfort, quality, and value.
