Hotel 4 stelle a Spalato

This is an intimate 5-room establishment situated amidst the alleys of the Old Town, hence cars cannot drop passengers at the doorstep. Easy enough to catch a shuttle bus for EUR 8 from the airport to the bus station at the port, from which a Makarun staff will meet you and assist you with your luggage to the hotel, a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast is a la carte, as is to be expected for such a small establishment, comprising 3 courses - pastry/toast, eggs of your choice with cold cuts, and a dessert, complemented by tea coffee and/or juice. Food was more than adequate in terms of quantity and quality. My room was comfortable enough, though 2 issues were noticeable: * Instead of a flat cotton bed sheet, there was a fitted sheet made of what seemed like jersey, and looked more like a mattress protector.This was pilled and coarse, in contrast to the far smoother cotton quilt cover. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they explained that this is standard for the hotel. Whilst it did not affect the quality of my sleep, the coarseness of the sheet wasn't entirely pleasant * In the bathroom, the shower was mounted at waist height, hence one either had to hold the shower in one hand, or, if there was a need to use both hands to wash, then one would have to crouch under the shower while it was in its holder. Not particularly convenient. Overall a comfortable stay in a convenient location, enhanced by the friendly and solicitous Ivan and Mario.

La posizione è buona nella zona del palazzo, ma potrebbe essere molto confusa perché l'hotel ha un allegato diverso che è a pochi minuti a piedi. E potrebbe essere difficile trovare l'ubicazione dell'allegato, per la persona che io soggiorno in nome Villa Donbric non poteva essere trovato sulla mappa di Google. Inoltre, poiché abbiamo un paio di bagagli grandi, cerchiamo un hotel con ascensore, ma l'allegato che ho soggiornato non ha facilitato uno. (Non sono sicuro che l'altra allegato abbia uno o no) La stanza è più piccola di quanto mi aspettavo, è un po' confusa quando apriremo insieme due bagagli. Il colazione è servito e buono, con diverse opzioni di uova. Suggerisco che la attenzione aggiuntiva sia migliore quando prenotare l'hotel circa la posizione e preoccuparsi per i bagagli. O suggerisco di prenotare il loro servizio di pick-up opzionale.

The room was stunning and very clean. We were fortunate to have the room with a south facing balcony, which was a heat trap. It is situated in a very central area with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants near by. The things which let the room down was the bang average speed WiFi, that once several folk throughout the hotel were on went pretty slow, which is sometimes the case. The TV brand is Grundig, which I never heard of and is not got any smart settings. There is an option to project your phone/ipad to it. The only issue is if the Internet is slow then it sometimes won't recognise... Get new TVs! Communication could be improved, the gentlemen who checked us in said to contact him with any queries, I did so and had no reply. They could do with a system to drop off used towels and collect new clean towels from the reception area of the hotel. Hopefully this constructive feedback will be acted on as it is minors things as mentioned above that are lowering the overall experience for fellow guests.

È stato un prenotazione urgente perché il nostro hotel originale non aveva la nostra prenotazione. Di solito passano un considerevole tempo attraverso recensioni ecc, ma con il Palazzo Azzurro (hotel?) è stato un caso di necessità. Purtroppo, anche se avevamo prenotato un doppio deluxe, non corrispondeva a camere deluxe simili a 4 stelle. Appreciate che fossimo quasi nel centro della divisione, con spazio a premio, ma la vista di una piccola valle con graffiti un minibar vuoto, non nemmeno collegato, una luce di buio irritante, penso dalla a/c che assicurava la stanza non era completamente buio. Dopo aver cercato di chiudere senza successo, andai alla ricezione, che aveva un numero telefonico da chiamare, e mi rinunciai e volevo buttargli una tovagliola. Anche senza bar, anche se ci sono pochi in pochi minuti. Delusione generale.

Excellent location right in the centre of great restaurants and the tourism hotspots. The room and bathtub are great. Good wifi and television box for plenty of viewing options. Rooftop garden/outdoor area is amazing at sunset (see attached photos). A couple of things to prepare yourself for which are out of the control of the hotel owners: there are 90 steps to the floor where the rooms are so would not recommend if you are physically challenged, and the restaurants in the square do have music till quite late which is audible in the rooms so light sleepers may like to try ear plugs. Sound did not bother us and the walk up the stairs was good for our health! The whole of the city has bell ringing at various times during the day (7am, Midday, 8pm) No need to set an alarm to wake up in the morning!

Pro - molto vicino alla Porta d'oro e facile da trovare. Check in è semplice. La stanza è al primo piano sopra il pavimento, quindi non è stata la cosa più difficile da sollevare i bagagli. Con - (1) la camera reale non sembra niente come le foto online. Le foto online (prese con la moda di lente ampia) mostrano la camera molto più grande e luminosa, mentre la camera è in realtà molto piccola e relativamente poco luminosa. Per una, il letto è letteralmente due passi dalla porta, e ci sforzavamo di trovare spazio per aprire i bagagli. (2) Uno dei letti nella stanza è in realtà un letto da divano, ma la proprietà non lo ha dichiarato quando abbiamo prenotato. Abbiamo passato molto tempo cercando di prenotare posti che non usano letti da divano, ma letti reali, quindi non possiamo aiutare, ma sentirci sbagliati e mal rappresentati. (3) C'è un po' di rumore. La proprietà è vicino alla strada e vicino a un pub con alcuni giovani raffinati a volte. (4) Le strutture sono minime. Ci sono solo una sedia, e la tavola è molto piccola. Tutto il resto è fondamentale. Niente di lusso su di esso nonostante il suo nome e le foto. (5) Non c'è ascensore alla proprietà. Non avremmo scelto questa proprietà se avessimo avuto una seconda possibilità.

La stanza non ha vista sul mare. Non è come un hotel, più come una villa, la sicurezza non è molto alta, perché ha 2 entrate. L'ingresso dalla piscina, chiunque può accedere senza problemi. La piscina era piuttosto sporca, ha un sacco di bug fluttuanti, e anche non è stato regolarmente pulito dal personale. Ha molti ristoranti vicino, e la qualità e il prezzo sono migliori di quelle pasti turistiche nella vecchia città. Il primo giorno è stato rotto, il secondo giorno ci hanno informato che è stato fissato, ma ha ancora un po' di problemi di sgorgatura. Credo che la Croazia non abbia una regolamentazione per il controllo a tempo determinato dell'ascensore, poiché non ha alcun certificato all'interno o all'esterno dell'ascensore. Se l'hotel mostrasse 3 stelle e il prezzo fosse più basso. Il lato destro del balcone ha un grande campo da tennis al livello 2nd-floor, è molto vicino, ed è piuttosto fastidioso che le persone possano guardare facilmente. La suite non vale quattro stelle, la spazzatura è super vecchia, ha alcune tinture su di essa. La chiusura della porta frontale sembra nuova, è sicura, ma alcune installazioni elettriche non sono state installate correttamente, sembra che si possa tirarle facilmente fuori. La casella di sicurezza elettrica non funziona con la password, l'hotel ha lasciato una chiave per l'uso. Il colazione è ben gestito per gli ospiti con una visita precoce, possono organizzare la scatola di colazione con 1 frutta, 3 pane e 1 yogurt alle 06:00-07:00.

Great location, view was amazing and room was clean and nice furniture ! -Staff was very absent and you need a key to get in the hotel and in room. we forgot our key in our room and realised after dinner around 11pm and even though staff should be in hotel until 3am : no one was there . We had to contact by phone only but being Canadian we didn’t have a working phone . We almost slept outside. . We got help from neighbour restaurant. - staff supposed to start again at 7 am ; we left at 8 without checking out as again there was no one . - my daughter got her EarPods stolen in our room we could locate them with the Apple app and could see exactly where they were . Again no staff at all in hotel to tell them cleaning person stole. (We are SURE 100% they were stolen as they didn’t leave the room we never brought electronics with us anywhere and the location they were at was 7km away from hotel where we had never been. - they offer steaming service, I wanted to use it but they told my it took 1 week to fet my clothing back .. we were there for 4 days. Staff offered to bring a steamer to my room so I could do it myself . They never brought it… -there was a beautiful terrace on the 4th floor but we only found out about it on our last night . - we wanted to go to a beach and the staff said it was a 45 min walk and that’s only way to go. We walked . Finally when we got there .. we could have takes a trolley for 3euro …. We took it to come back. -

L'hotel è situato nel terzo piano di un centro semifunzionale. La posizione è grande e a piedi di tutte le principali attrazioni sulla spiaggia di Split. Mangimi, baccheria, luoghi per negozi sono tutti a piedi. La posizione è anche a pochi passi dalla stazione di autobus principale dove si possono ottenere autobus per l'aeroporto. La stanza tripla era enorme e noi manterremo. Il letto era comodo. Il personale era amichevole e utile. In generale una grande esperienza. La varietà e la qualità della vanità nel bagno devono essere migliorate nella mia proposta.
