B&B a Spalato

This is an intimate 5-room establishment situated amidst the alleys of the Old Town, hence cars cannot drop passengers at the doorstep. Easy enough to catch a shuttle bus for EUR 8 from the airport to the bus station at the port, from which a Makarun staff will meet you and assist you with your luggage to the hotel, a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast is a la carte, as is to be expected for such a small establishment, comprising 3 courses - pastry/toast, eggs of your choice with cold cuts, and a dessert, complemented by tea coffee and/or juice. Food was more than adequate in terms of quantity and quality. My room was comfortable enough, though 2 issues were noticeable: * Instead of a flat cotton bed sheet, there was a fitted sheet made of what seemed like jersey, and looked more like a mattress protector.This was pilled and coarse, in contrast to the far smoother cotton quilt cover. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they explained that this is standard for the hotel. Whilst it did not affect the quality of my sleep, the coarseness of the sheet wasn't entirely pleasant * In the bathroom, the shower was mounted at waist height, hence one either had to hold the shower in one hand, or, if there was a need to use both hands to wash, then one would have to crouch under the shower while it was in its holder. Not particularly convenient. Overall a comfortable stay in a convenient location, enhanced by the friendly and solicitous Ivan and Mario.

Toen we vorige review lazen konden we dat niet geloven. Maar we hebben het zelf mogen meemaken....wow, wat een hotel. Bij aankomst werden we zeer hartelijk verwelkomt door Željka en kregen we meteen een welkomstdrankje. We ontvingen een kaart van split met daarbij heel veel nuttige informatie. Ze begeleidde ons daarna naar onze prachtige suite. Niets kon je op de kamer aanmerken. Safe, frigo, waterkoker, haardroger,....alles was er!! Ons eerste ontbijt was een zeer aparte, maar positieve ervaring. Een selectie van lekkers werd ons aangeboden en bleek perfect gekozen. De bediening was 200% in orde en zoals enkelen voor ons al schreven....soms te, maar dat went gauw. Dag twee maakten we kennis met Marija. Zij schitterde evenzeer, net als Željka. De laatste dag mochten we Dea leren kennen. Zij evenaart de beide andere dames en heeft ons perfect geholpen met de problemen die we mochten ervaren met onze vliegtuigmaatschappij. Tijdens ons verblijf was de kamer elke dag piekfijn onderhouden. Dus onze dank ook aan de poetsdames!! Dit hotel is zeker en vast een aanrader en.....wij komen hier zeker nog terug!!!!

Il padrone è molto amichevole e entusiasta. Presenterà il ristorante delizioso vicino e il gruppo di viaggi intorno. Anche se vive in una stanza di tre livelli più alto, mi aiuterà a prendere il bagaglio.L'alloggio è molto vicino alle attrazioni, è davvero situato nel centro della città, basta dire che sono quelle attrazioni sotto. Tuttavia, sarà relativamente dolce, ma finché non ci saranno problemi di chiusura delle finestre.La stanza è molto pulita e confortevole, con la fornitura di tè e caffè, è possibile lavare direttamente con il serbatoio di acqua calda nella stanza, e anche congelatore, che può essere messo per bevande. Il bagno è anche molto ampio, con tovaglioli, lavastoviglie, ventilatore, ecc.L'alloggio offre anche la colazione. È disponibile un ristorante a due minuti di distanza, il colazione offre tre pranzi opzionali, e cibo e caffè. In conclusione, oltre a camminare per il terzo piano, si può dire che è perfetto.

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico! La proprietà era super facile da trovare utilizzando Google Maps, e il ricevitore era gentile e molto utile fin dall'inizio. La mia stanza era spaziale, pulita, e sembrava esattamente le foto nessuna sorpresa. Bonus: la TV ha Netflix! La zona intorno all'hotel è tranquilla e tranquilla. A volte ho sentito chiudere le loro porte, ma altrimenti era molto tranquillo. È circa un cammino di 12–15 minuti a piedi alla Old Town, che rende facile esplorare mentre ancora in grado di tornare a un tranquillo e rilassante spazio.

Excellent location right in the centre of great restaurants and the tourism hotspots. The room and bathtub are great. Good wifi and television box for plenty of viewing options. Rooftop garden/outdoor area is amazing at sunset (see attached photos). A couple of things to prepare yourself for which are out of the control of the hotel owners: there are 90 steps to the floor where the rooms are so would not recommend if you are physically challenged, and the restaurants in the square do have music till quite late which is audible in the rooms so light sleepers may like to try ear plugs. Sound did not bother us and the walk up the stairs was good for our health! The whole of the city has bell ringing at various times during the day (7am, Midday, 8pm) No need to set an alarm to wake up in the morning!

Mentre l'ospite ha un grande atteggiamento, è davvero utile e offre un buon contatto con i colpi di brandy gratis, la proprietà è molto meno di quanto si aspetta per il prezzo. Gli ospiti dovrebbero essere avvertiti in anticipo che si trova sul pavimento 2nd/3rd senza ascensore, rendendo il trasporto di bagagli pesanti su 2.5 voli delle scale una questione importante. In cima a questo, il Wi-Fi era inutilizzabile durante il mio soggiorno; l'ospite è consapevole del problema, ma non l'ha risolto, anche se un aggiornamento di base del Wi-Fi 6 o del router di maschera potrebbe facilmente risolverlo. In ultima analisi, si paga 5-star prezzi dell'hotel per un'esperienza di B&B senza ricevimento, ascensore, bagagli e un check-out precoce alle 10:00 AM.

Pro - molto vicino alla Porta d'oro e facile da trovare. Check in è semplice. La stanza è al primo piano sopra il pavimento, quindi non è stata la cosa più difficile da sollevare i bagagli. Con - (1) la camera reale non sembra niente come le foto online. Le foto online (prese con la moda di lente ampia) mostrano la camera molto più grande e luminosa, mentre la camera è in realtà molto piccola e relativamente poco luminosa. Per una, il letto è letteralmente due passi dalla porta, e ci sforzavamo di trovare spazio per aprire i bagagli. (2) Uno dei letti nella stanza è in realtà un letto da divano, ma la proprietà non lo ha dichiarato quando abbiamo prenotato. Abbiamo passato molto tempo cercando di prenotare posti che non usano letti da divano, ma letti reali, quindi non possiamo aiutare, ma sentirci sbagliati e mal rappresentati. (3) C'è un po' di rumore. La proprietà è vicino alla strada e vicino a un pub con alcuni giovani raffinati a volte. (4) Le strutture sono minime. Ci sono solo una sedia, e la tavola è molto piccola. Tutto il resto è fondamentale. Niente di lusso su di esso nonostante il suo nome e le foto. (5) Non c'è ascensore alla proprietà. Non avremmo scelto questa proprietà se avessimo avuto una seconda possibilità.

観光スポットやバスターミナルから近いので便利でした。近くに美味しいレストランもたくさんありました。セルフチェックインするのにオーナーさんに電話しないといけなかったので、近所のお兄さんに助けてもらいました。
