Between the birthday toast and the 30th-wedding-anniversary room welcome, you went above and beyond. This program is clearly in great hands. Staff & Service Highlights: Ivan (Front Desk/Reception): Ivan absolutely "has it." After an unfortunate mess I personally created at check-in, he treated me with total dignity, respect, and a fantastic sense of humor. Learning about his background made total sense. He bleeds hospitality and is a phenomenal leader and role model for the students. Huge thanks to him for a seamless room switch and the laundry support! Sara (Front Desk/Reception): Again, another polished, professional and SO NICE receptionist. I asked her is she had finished the program. She politely smiled and said, "I'm an employee her and 27 years old" OOOPS, she looks all of 18! Must be the Croatian olive oil? Emma (Student): So young, yet so incredibly polished, polite, and detail oriented. She also has "it." I would have hired her at any of my past hotels in a heartbeat.
