Hotel 4 stelle a Liverpool

La posizione è molto eccellente. La stazione ferroviaria di Lim Street e il porto di Albert sono a circa dieci minuti a piedi. Le strutture dell'hotel sono ancora complete, ma i dentisti e altri oggetti devono essere portati alla reception. Non c'è posto nella stanza comune. L'atteggiamento del personale dell'hotel è anche amichevole. La colazione 📱 è auto-aiuto aggiungere il modo di pranzo, Anche se non è ricco, il cibo per il pasto è ancora molto delicato e l'esperienza complessiva è buona

The spa was the best we’ve ever been too , bath was lovely and deep , hotel room was spotless , lovely coffee in room , staff were great , especially the lady on reception didn’t catch her name but you could tell she was happy in her job , it was like checking into Disneyland she was that happy , Would definitely stay again :)

The hotel is located at the city center, within walking distance to attractions like Liverpool Cathedral, Royal Albert Dock, and many restaurants/ shopping centres nearby. Surprisingly, the kitchen facilities are well equipped , with microwave, refrigerator, and utensils. The air conditioning is cool.Highly recommended!

All staff were fantastic & extremely helpful. But, unfortunately 2 of the staff acted like they didn’t want to be there. Please management, don’t have people working weekends who don’t want to work it lets teamwork down & the company. I will return as I didn’t take anything personal. It’s a great hotel and value for money. Thank you

I stayed at the Pullman Liverpool Hotel for one night as a last-minute booking after reading several reviews and watching a few TikTok videos—and I’m glad I did. On arrival, I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and made my way up to my room without any hassle. I had emailed ahead requesting a nice view as it was my first time in Liverpool. I was placed on the 8th floor, which was great, but unfortunately my view overlooked the roof of another building. I did ask if this could be changed, but the hotel was fully booked due to the Easter break, which I completely understood. The room itself was comfortable and overall made for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to the Liverpool Museum, bars, restaurants, the wheel, and plenty of shops for a bit of retail therapy. Parking is quite expensive, but the hotel does stamp your ticket which gives you a discount. I checked in at 3:30pm, checked out at 12, and paid £18 for parking—without the discount, it could easily cost 5–8 times more. Now for the negatives: cleanliness could definitely be improved. I met some of the cleaners when checking out—lovely, friendly staff—but the room needed more attention. There was dust on surfaces, hair on the tissue container, only two tissues left, the bathroom and mirrors weren’t cleaned thoroughly, and the shower gel hadn’t been refilled, so after a few pumps there was none left. Overall, despite the cleaning issues, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Great two night break at Novotel Liverpool City Centre. The location was perfect for all the sights bars and restaurants. We went to see Barry Manilow concert and the arena was approx 10 -15 minute walk which was great. Had a freshly cooked meal in the restaurant called Ropewalks inside the hotel, we ordered fish and chips and New York Cheese cake. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced two courses for £20. The pool initially felt cold but was fine after a few minutes of swimming. I thought it was a very good hotel with good facilities in a perfect location and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Liverpool

Hotel in the city center with friendly staff. We had a spacious room with comfortable beds. Good to know that there is a nightclub in the building (open until 05 am) and during our stay, there were one or several other guests that played loud music from more or less 03 to 06 am. The hotel is great if you are there for a late party night, not so much if you appreciate a good nights sleep.
