Hotel con colazione a Liverpool

Quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo notato che ci avevamo dato una stanza molto inferiore a quella che abbiamo mai avuto. La vista era terribile. Non c'era nessun frigo che abbiamo sempre avuto prima e la stanza sembrava 'cansata'...in bisogno di TLC. Sono andato alla ricezione per dirgli che non ero felice, ma hanno ordinato, ci hanno dato un'altra stanza con una vista migliore, e la giovane ragazza alla ricezione ci ha portato un vecchio, ma lavorando un mini frigo. Quindi alla fine ha funzionato bene ( ho bisogno di un frigo per mettere qualche del mio farmaco in.) Un'altra signora sul desk era molto corta quando ho detto che non c'era frigo e ha detto ....non tutte le camere hanno automaticamente un frigo in loro. Mi dispiace, ma ho pensato che lo avessero fatto. Chi fa del tè libero al ristorante deve imparare è 1 tsp di tè per persona e 1 per il pote. In questo caso 3 tsp di tè e non metà di un pote pieno. Non ti ho figliato. Vedi il foto sotto. Abbiamo un rimborso per un po' di tè, ma non per il tè crema aveva il mio amico. Il mio amico aveva ordinato un tè crema e me, solo un tè. Tuttavia, hanno portato un bicchiere di tè per due, che è l'etichetta sbagliata per un ordine come questo. Pertanto abbiamo solo due tazze di te' fuori, a causa della quantità di tè libera. Credo di essere stato distrutto dallo standard superiore delle camere, quando abbiamo soggiornato prima ....I solo presume che tutte le loro camere sarebbero come questo

I had l lovely stay with my daughter, we were delighted to be upgraded to a HUGE room, and we had a lovely spa morning together too. It was a bit further out of the city than I expected but just a short uber ride. Breakfast was lovely too! Highly recommend for a spa getaway.

The hotel was ideally situated where we didn't have to walk far to the venues which were approx 6-10 minutes walk. The hotel has a large underground car park that kept our car safe and secure, not many hotels have a bar and seating for guests which we thought was convenient, the room was modern, very clean and loved the high pressure shower that is adjustable, breakfast was lovely we prefer a full English with all the trimmings, though there is the continental option and as it was a buffet we ate as much as we pleased. Lots of things to do and see in Liverpool and a large shopping centre that we discovered on our way back from the Cavern club and eateries on the dock side All in all a brilliant first stay in this hotel and 2nd time in Liverpool...oh and a shout out to the receptionist who helped me with our parking, very patient. We are planning our next stay at this hotel for the near future.

I stayed at the Pullman Liverpool Hotel for one night as a last-minute booking after reading several reviews and watching a few TikTok videos—and I’m glad I did. On arrival, I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and made my way up to my room without any hassle. I had emailed ahead requesting a nice view as it was my first time in Liverpool. I was placed on the 8th floor, which was great, but unfortunately my view overlooked the roof of another building. I did ask if this could be changed, but the hotel was fully booked due to the Easter break, which I completely understood. The room itself was comfortable and overall made for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to the Liverpool Museum, bars, restaurants, the wheel, and plenty of shops for a bit of retail therapy. Parking is quite expensive, but the hotel does stamp your ticket which gives you a discount. I checked in at 3:30pm, checked out at 12, and paid £18 for parking—without the discount, it could easily cost 5–8 times more. Now for the negatives: cleanliness could definitely be improved. I met some of the cleaners when checking out—lovely, friendly staff—but the room needed more attention. There was dust on surfaces, hair on the tissue container, only two tissues left, the bathroom and mirrors weren’t cleaned thoroughly, and the shower gel hadn’t been refilled, so after a few pumps there was none left. Overall, despite the cleaning issues, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Il personale è fantastico, un bel appartamento con vista sull'acqua e vicino alla porta della arena M&S. Chloe era in grado di lavorare bene e aiutare. Sicuramente resterà ancora 👍

Amazing room view with some decent facilities within the room. The location is fine and it takes 10 mins walk to the famous royal Albert dock.

It’s a nice hotel … an old building and once was ymca building by the sign at the roof of its building. Small room, kind a very small if being a large suitcases 🤭 Still on the renovation by the time I got there … so the room still smells like paint … but overall it’s nice enough

This was one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant front desk clerk. The lobby has a lot of character in keeping with the Titanic theme and the pictures of the rooms had the same theme. We arrived at our room (fourth floor #46) located on a dark hallway that was being painted. The room was large and also had some plush features like the curtains, furniture, chandelier and wallpaper. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Our room was very hot, with no ventilation and one small fan. The desk clerk offered to bring a second fan when we requested a hair dryer, but the second fan never arrived. The windows could not be opened even a crack ”due to safety reasons”. The room was sweltering and sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the carpet was very dirty, there was mold on the wall above the bathtub and the sink, the lights beside the beds needed to be replaced, and the towel rack was missing from the wall. There was a small kitchen which was nice, but it was missing the basics (glassware, silverware, plates) and one of the drawers was missing its front. In short, the room was in bad shape and we are very surprised they would host anyone in that room. In the lobby, there was a young man sitting at the Concierge desk and when we asked him for directions, he said he was security and had no idea. He could not have been less interested and barely looked up from his phone. Apparently, the rooftop bar is nice, but we did not go there. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and are pretty easy going when it comes to our expectations. This hotel has so much potential, but the experience was a huge disappointment and we would not stay there again and cannot recommend anyone stay there.

L'aeroporto di Crowne Plaza Liverpool era pulito in tutta, molto comodo letto (Abbiamo un letto matrimoniale in una stanza 003 e 2 doppie in un'altra 049).  Alimento: abbiamo mangiato nella zona del ristorante la prima notte. Due di noi hanno scelto il tonno e uno per la torta di ribecca. La torta era bella. Il tonno doveva tornare per cucinare in piu', mentre entrambi erano ancora nuotando. A quanto pare c'era un ”cacciatore di agenzia” in cucina. Il tonno era molto delizioso quando l'abbiamo ripreso.  Saremmo tutti sicuri di restare di nuovo la prossima volta che visiteremo Liverpool.
