Hotel a Liverpool, Regno Unito

We had 2/2 sleeplessnights, the bed had springs stuck in our backs in the first room, we then asked to change rooms, we were given a different room which the bed was slightly better. The second night we realised we had left something in the first room, it was an important part of my husbands cpap machine as he has sleep apnea. I went to ask at reception and they told me that housekeeping would of put it in lost property, I asked if I could look in lost property but the answer was “no” you will have to come back at 9 am the next morning. I tried to explain the importance as my husband can’t sleep without it as he stops breathing… the answer was still “no” so we had another sleepless night. I understand it was our fault for leaving this part in the first room but surely this wasn’t the first time this kind of thing had happened??? I felt it was a very unreasonable situation…. Surely someone other than the housekeeping staff would have had a key to lost property. We will not be staying at The Adelphi Hotel again. Regards Gill Sellars 1st room 676 2nd room 370

Molto pulito e fondamentale avevamo la doppia camera accessibile con grande bagno bagnato era impossibile non ottenere l'acqua ovunque quando si utilizza il bacino ma in generale una comoda notte dormire

Location perfect for the M&S arena and the sights of the docks and pier head. If you are looking to fall out of a bar for a stag or hen do then back to hotel then this is a bit of a walk from Concert square or the Baltic triangle. Room was massive double with a sofa. Walk in shower. No bath. Fine for our stay but if you like a soak after a day of walking around the city either sight seeing or shopping then a room with a bath may be available on request but I don't know. The breakfast is brilliant. Lots of cereal to choose from, porridge, scrambled eggs, baked beans, bacon, sausages (vegan ones available on request), fruit, yoghurt, muffins, croissants fruit juice and make your own teas and coffee

Ho dovuto prenotare a breve termine a causa di un familiare che riceveva cure palliative nell'unità del cancro dell'ospedale, che si trova entro 5 minuti a piedi. Mi sono alzato da Devon, arrivando a mezzanotte, e mi sono fermato vicino alle porte frontali del Novotel. Il signore della ricezione mi ha visto arrivare, mi ha aperto e mi ha prenotato. Era amichevole ed efficiente e durante la nostra conversazione mi chiedeva se fossi in vacanza, quindi ho spiegato perché ero li'. Era così simpatico e offriva il suo aiuto e quello dei suoi colleghi se dovessero fare qualcosa, tra cui prolungare il soggiorno o il check-out, direzioni all'ospedale e parcheggio vicino. La mia stanza era pulita e temperata e il ristorante era eccellente, come tutti i membri del personale. Il giorno dopo, altri tre membri della famiglia si sono prenotati e si è fatto una differenza così vicina all'ospedale, in grado di trascorrere un prezioso tempo aggiuntivo con papà fino a quando non si è trasferito. Abbiamo dovuto completare alcune cose all'ospedale e poi con il registratore, e, per loro parola, il personale ha organizzato un lungo periodo di check-out, che ci ha spinto a sopportare la pressione. Siamo così grati per la gentilezza che abbiamo ricevuto dal personale e con piacere consigliamo questo hotel/personale a chiunque andrà a Liverpool.

Room was nice and clean enough for one night three people stayed. We went out all the evening and finished last drink at the hotel. The waitress who I don't remember her name was very kind and helpful providing a good service.Breakfast needs improved at 9:00h it was already run out of any kind of pastries just croissants and muffins, no yogurt left.Anyway no bad for a night.thanks

Lovely stay, very attentive to requests such as fixing the moving bed. Overlooking the ferris wheel was quite a nice touch. Also close to Albert Dock and accessible to city centre. Breakfast was decent. Staff were polite and let us store our luggage with no extra charge. Definitely recommended

Amore la posizione vicino al regalo Alberto del doc bello, aveva la questione con la colazione doveva essere incluso nel prezzo ma il personale della reception ha detto che non lo fanno!! Non sembravano preoccuparsi, ma diversamente che è un bel hotel buon soggiorno! Trip.com erano utili, ma mi hanno dato monete da viaggio per compensare i 2 colazione

- E' un posto fantastico. Faye ha migliorato la nostra stanza, mio figlio era in luna con le strutture. Faye era il manager, ma anche il capo della casa. Faye ha ordinato il nostro taxi direttamente a Anfield, Faye ci ha anche dato il numero locale del taxi. La stanza che avevamo il skyliner aveva un bagno enorme che doveva essere riempito, ma solo da personale. Molte tovalette. Sicuramente consigliere alle famiglie, ai single e ai coppie.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte e abbiamo scelto il colazione. L'iscrizione e il soggiorno erano senza problemi e ci è piaciuto la stanza. Il letto era comodo, il bagno e il bagno erano solo belle. Lo stesso non può essere detto per il colazione, che era tardi nel setup (dopo le 7). Era solo pronto per circa 720m che era tardi per noi quando avevamo un treno da prendere.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. You can hear the train station announcements which didn't wake us up but did stop us from going back to sleep. Some issues this morning with the water going off randomly and the electrics in one of our rooms stopped working for a few minutes the previous night. We had drinks and food in the Castaway bar and these were good but service was slow - only 1 bar staff on during happy hour on a Saturday night! I would happily stay at the liner again but would hope that the few small glitches would be remedied xx
