Clean hotel and accessible to centre. If you’re going to book for Rooftop make sure it’s suite room as the double room wasn’t that nice view in the balcony. Friendly staff in the breakfast area and to the receptionist who assist us 10th July 2024 (Wednesday) at 15:00 he’s approachable and accommodating I forgot his name he has tattoo. But a bit disappointed. Only continental breakfast you can have it if you’re in a hurry. But for hot breakfast you need to order in the menu and that’s the time they prepare it and serve for you I suggest it’s better everything is ready and hotel guest will just get it by themselves. Second one the receptionist who’s on shift at 11th July 2024 at 12:30 in the afternoon wasn’t that nice. it’s 2 ladies receptionist I pass the key on her and she just said thank you. The other lady just look at us without saying Hello. Front-desk receptionist should be accommodating. not even bother to ask us how’s our stay which should be standard to all Hotel service staff. Receptionist are the front one who promote your Business it’s just my opinion Halyard so I think it’s better to inform them.

Mi dispiace molto quando ho prenotato due notti per mia madre e suo marito che erano in visita al Regno Unito per la prima volta. Mia madre è il più grande fan di Beatles e sono così emozionata a prenotare questo hotel per lei. Quando ho prenotato, ho chiesto all'hotel di assicurarsi di darle una buona vista su un piano alto, non sapendo che ci sono solo 5 piani. Ho allegato una foto della vista letteralmente trascurata che aveva. Ora, se questa vista è l'unica opzione sul quinto piano, allora un'e-mail avrebbe dovuto essere inviata per una migliore vista sul piano inferiore, perché ho chiesto un piano alto non sapendo come si tratta dell'hotel. Non mi sorprende che le foto dell'hotel e delle camere non siano chiare quando la prenotazione. Questo hotel è bellissimo dall'esterno, ma purtroppo l'interno è solo un vecchio hotel con foto dei Beatles scattate intorno. Se non è abbastanza male, uno dei giorni che hanno lasciato l’hotel senza fare una doccia perché non c’era acqua calda e nessun avvertimento. Mia madre era gentile e gentile e mi ha detto che aveva un buon tempo, ma solo perché l’hotel è in una buona posizione. Il parcheggio è stato un mal di testa, non c'era una direzione chiara e non si le è stato detto prima della tariffa. In generale, un'esperienza molto deludente. Qui c'è molto spazio per migliorare.

La posizione è così vicina al centro della città e il personale è così amichevole. Puoi sempre parlare con loro se c'è qualcosa di cui hai bisogno, stare lì 4 notti davvero vale la pena. Sono sicuro di restare lì di nuovo se vado a Liverpool. La cucina è ben attrezzata.

A very lovely, clean and friendly place to stay. Staff are very helpful, had a little issue with the cistern and they moved us rooms without fuss although we would have been happy to stay. You also feel very secure, will be going back in a few months.

Arrived at the apartment for a birthday weekend stay. From the offset there were issues. We booked a 10 person apartment for extra space and arrived into the wrong apartment which only slept 8. Fortunately, 2 of our group had dropped out so there was enough space for us to sleep, but regardless of this, it wasn’t what we had booked and were told there was nothing that could be done. We then began to notice the dirt. The floors were filthy, sticky and most definitely had not been cleaned. The towels were stained with lipstick marks and were wet. The bedding was dirty and the mattresses had marks and stains all over them. We contacted the host and they brought a mattress topper and fresh towels to get us by. The next morning we woke up to a leak in one of the bedrooms and damp all up the wall in the living area. The leak was coming from directly above the bed which then made the bed sopping wet. We called the host and the woman we spoke to was incredibly unhelpful but told us a maintenance guy would be coming out to sort the leak, which is clearly a health hazard. We also explained that the towels given were now being used to soak up the leak so requested more. We told the host we didn’t feel comfortable with the cleaning staff going into the apartment whilst we were out and asked if we could be let know when they are due to arrive so we could make sure we were present. 1 hour later we received a message to let us know cleaning service had been into the apartment and given fresh towels and ‘sorted’ the leak. This was unacceptable as we had previously stated we didn’t want the cleaners in whilst we were out which they completely disregarded. When we got back to the apartment the leak which was ‘sorted out’ was a mop bucket put directly in the middle of the room and the bed shifted about. No extra cleaning had been done at all. We asked to speak to a manager which we were told wasn’t available and would be available on Sunday. We decided to take this dispute through Airbnb instead of directly through the host as they were not helpful at all. We received a call from the manager 30 minutes after the dispute was put through Airbnb to which he told us he would give a discount on the next day and a round of drinks and some sort of monetary compensation. The next day when we went to check out at the hotel which they also occupy, we walked into reception to have an awful women stood at the desk on the phone discussing and bad mouthing our group. We stood and listened (because of course they didn’t know who we were) until she was finished. We then made it clear who we was to her and explained how unprofessional it is to be having conversations like that at a front desk and in front of a whole group of guests. They gave us a £100 refund (12.50 per guest) which is completely unsatisfactory and we left. We then contacted Airbnb again to which they have sorted more of the issue and have awarded a further refund for the booking. Please please please do

Stayed in the 3 bedroom duplex apartment.Friendly welcome when checking in. Great location. 10 minute walk to Albert dock and Liverpool One. Spacious accommodation with everything you need. Views were great. A little tired here and there with minor cosmetic damage, cracked tiles, scratched furniture etc. This didn't really make any difference to our stay. For what we paid we thought it was good value. Smelly stairwell, think bins were stored nearby. This was a bit unpleasant but once in apartment it was fresh smelling. The place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay but I wouldn't stay again with my family of 2 adults and 2 tall teens because of the beds. Bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room but beds are only double size (4ft 6). Really not suitable for 2 adults to have a comfortable sleep. I can't understand why the company don't put larger beds in the 2 biggest bedrooms. Good sleep is important for a good stay. Blackout blinds and/ or curtains would improve sleep quality too. Overall a good place but a few improvements needed

Non è buono, principalmente vicino al campo, sono pochi minuti a piedi. La posizione è assolutamente buona. Ci sono negozi convenienti nella stazione di benzina. Se è necessario cucinare, è possibile comprare piatti semplici. Non ci sono molte scelte per uscire a cena. Il quartiere è molto freddo, perché la prima volta non c'è esperienza di prenotare popolazioni, Non so se non c'è contatto. Ricorda che la casella postale ha la password della stanza.
