Hotel 4 stelle a Taipei

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Humble Boutique Hotel from March 30 to April 5, 2026, for our first sightseeing trip to Taipei. We would like to express our genuine gratitude for the hospitality we received during our six-day visit. Commendable Service & Hospitality The true highlight of our stay was the staff. From the concierge and housekeeping teams to the gym and restaurant staff, everyone worked diligently to ensure the hotel ran smoothly. We were particularly impressed by the team’s English proficiency; communication was seamless, making us and the many international guests we encountered feel very much at home. We would like to extend a special thank you to: * Kaley, Tina, and Mary at the restaurant for their attentive service. * Our dedicated housekeeper (the kind lady from Vietnam) who looked after our room on the 9th floor. Excellent Facilities & Location * Prime Accessibility: The hotel’s location in the central district is incredibly convenient. Being just steps away from the MRT station made our sightseeing effortless, and the 30-minute shuttle ride from the airport was very efficient. COMPACT GYM: It’s compact but contains most of the equipments I need including treadmill, stairclimbers, Multi- purpose gym stations and dumbbell.  WARM SWIMMING POOL: nice, long and warm - the water is kept at a temperature of 28 degree. Towel will be provided. Make sure to bring your own swimming hat if you prefer to swim. * Accommodations: Our corner King Room on the 9th floor was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a very cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. * Wellness & Dining: We enjoyed the well-equipped, compact gym and the lovely heated pool, which was maintained at a comfortable 28°C. Furthermore, the semi-buffet breakfast on the 2nd floor was a daily highlight. Each of the five main course options was delicious and well-prepared. Constructive Reflections In the spirit of helpfulness, we noticed two small areas for potential improvement. First, the installation of a few coin-operated laundry machines would be a wonderful convenience for long-term travelers. Second, as the hotel is so centrally located, there is some audible road noise even on the higher floors; however, this is understandable given the prime location. FINAL We would rate our experience a 9.5/10. Had there been laundry facilities, it would have been a perfect 10. The Humble Boutique Hotel will undoubtedly be our first choice when we return to Taipei. Thank you for making our first visit so memorable.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole all'Hotel Gracery Taipei! L'ambiente è bello e confortevole. È comodissimo: a soli 3 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso della stazione ferroviaria. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza di acqua minerale gratuita su ogni piano e il design della camera è davvero curato nei minimi dettagli: c'è un WC separato con sedile intelligente, una vasca da bagno separata e persino un'area dedicata per lavarsi le mani. Il letto è molto comodo e il personale dell'hotel è estremamente gentile e disponibile. C'è anche una lavanderia all'interno dell'hotel, quindi non ho avuto bisogno di uscire per cercare una lavanderia a gettoni. Inoltre, ci sono un 7-Eleven e un FamilyMart proprio fuori dall'hotel: comodissimo! Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Taipei! 🌟

Unfortunately, two full days of our stay were declared typhoon holidays, so we couldn’t go out to explore the city. Thankfully, the hotel has a cozy lounge on the 5th floor that offers complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea from 1:00 p.m. until midnight. It was a wonderful place to relax and unwind instead of staying in our room all day. We also really enjoyed the daily breakfast, which offered a delicious variety of food and was consistently excellent. Take the Exit X5 elevator to reach the hotel.

We booked 6 rooms and stayed 3 nights. After we checked out and about to board the flight homebound one of us found out that his had left his wallet in the hotel's room. We called the hotel and although they had found the wallet, however they did not contact us immediately (so we may return to hotel before heading to the airport). Also they were not willing to return the wallet to us by courier, and require us to arrange courier to come and collect by ourselves. We then asked them to assist packing the wallet for safety (due to cash, credit cards, ID involved) but they also refused to assist. We are rather disappointed for the hotel's unhelpful behaviour and attitude, if they can contact us at first instance then it can save all of us time and costs. Hope the management can review and improve their quality.

Siamo rimasti molto delusi dal servizio offerto, soprattutto considerando che abbiamo pagato 600 dollari a notte per una camera familiare. Ci è stato comunicato che l'hotel non offre il servizio di pulizia giornaliero e che gli ospiti devono richiederlo lasciando un biglietto alla reception. Abbiamo richiesto specificamente il cambio degli asciugamani e lo svuotamento del cestino, poiché l'hotel ha affermato di avere carenza di personale (un problema che non dovrebbe essere a carico degli ospiti). Tuttavia, al nostro ritorno in camera, abbiamo trovato asciugamani sporchi lasciati in bagno e rifiuti ancora sul lavandino e accanto al cestino. Nonostante quanto sopra, consiglierei questo hotel solo a chi viaggia con bambini, in quanto dispone di un'area giochi interna e offre snack gratuiti e aperitivi per gli ospiti.

i always love my stay at this main station location because it’s so convenient. Walking distance to dihua street, loads of food options, your next to the train station so if you need to get to airport or anywhere it’s right next door. It makes travelling around so simple. The staff are friendly. The room is always clean! It’s one of my favorite spots to stay!

Our stay at Green World Zhonghua was a mix of positives and disappointments. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. It is right in the heart of Ximending, with the Ximending Shopping District just across the street. There is also a 7-Eleven right beside the hotel, which is very convenient. If you’re arriving by MRT, the hotel entrance is located beside Exit X5, and you can also easily access it from Exits X4 and 5. It is definitely one of the best locations for exploring Taipei. Unfortunately, our experience with the hotel itself was disappointing. Some of the staff were not very friendly and were extremely strict with the check-in policy. Check-in is exactly at 3:00 PM, and if you want to check in earlier, they charge TWD 300 per hour. We had just completed a 24-hour journey, arrived early in the morning with six pieces of luggage, and had to wait almost six hours. We completely understand that hotels have check-in policies, but considering how exhausted we were, a little flexibility or hospitality would have been appreciated. What made it even more frustrating was that when we finally entered our room, it wasn’t clean. We found stains on the pillowcase and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. (Photos attached.) This was unacceptable, especially after waiting so long. We booked a Standard Room for a seven-night stay, knowing it would be small, but we did not expect the air conditioning to stop working after only two days. Two maintenance staff attempted to repair it but were unable to fix the problem. We ended up using only a fan for the remainder of our stay. The hotel also had no water for one evening, which added to the inconvenience. When we raised our concerns about the cleanliness and the air conditioning, the response from the staff was disappointing. Instead of offering a proper solution, they simply suggested that we cancel our reservation and move to another hotel. With our luggage and after everything we had already gone through, that was not a realistic option. The breakfast was another letdown. The weekday menu was almost exactly the same every day, while weekends only had two or three different dishes. Considering the hotel’s location, I would actually recommend skipping the breakfast and eating outside instead. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and local food stalls nearby that offer much better food at reasonable prices. Overall, I would rate this hotel mainly for its outstanding location. If convenience is your top priority, it’s hard to beat. However, based on our experience with the cleanliness, staff attitude, unresolved air conditioning issue, water outage, and repetitive breakfast, I don’t think we would choose to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Innanzitutto, la posizione è buona, vicino alla stazione principale di Taipei, e il prezzo è accettabile. C'è un'area comune alla reception con snack e bevande, quindi nel complesso non è male. Tuttavia, sono arrivato nel pomeriggio e, dato che non era ancora l'orario del check-in, mi sono registrato prima. C'erano solo due gruppi di ospiti, incluso il mio. Il personale ci ha detto di sederci prima, e poi si è alzato per servirci. Volevo solo alzarmi e sgranchirmi le gambe perché ero seduto da un po', ma il membro dello staff mi ha ordinato di sedermi. Non ho nemmeno il diritto di alzarmi? Sembrava che solo un membro dello staff di sesso maschile si comportasse in questo modo. Inoltre, c'era una crepa nel soffitto, ma non dovrebbe essere un grosso problema.

The room was not as nice as the pictures online, it was old and felt kind of dirty. Bathroom is a basic wet bathroom. I booked the place for a night with my girlfriend and was frankly disappointed. The one redeeming factor was that there were very few other gusts as most people don’t go to hot springs during the summer. The pools on the roof were okay, also felt a bit old, but we basically had the whole rooftop for just the two of us.
