📍 Prime Location & Traditional Charm
The hotel is tucked away on a quaint, cobblestone street within the Lijiang Ancient Town. The design is stunning—traditional Chinese wooden architecture that creates a rustic, soulful, and deeply relaxing vibe. From the property, you are treated to breathtaking, unobstructed views of the mountains that remind you exactly why Lijiang is so special.
🛎️ Seamless Service from Start to Finish
Navigating an ancient, car-free city with luggage can be daunting, but the hotel made it effortless. They provided a free car pickup from the train station, and upon arrival at the city gates, they arranged a human rickshaw to whisk our luggage through the stone streets directly to our door.
A special shoutout to 阿龙 (A-Long), 李琳 (Li Lin), and the entire team. They truly go out of their way to make you feel like family rather than just a guest. Their attentive, friendly, and proactive service is the heart of this boutique stay.
🛏️ Modern Comfort Meets Tradition
Our room was a dream—clean, incredibly spacious, and centered around a large window that framed the mountain views perfectly. While the aesthetic is traditional, the amenities are high-tech, ensuring a stay that is as convenient as it is comfortable.
🍎 Heartwarming Touches
We happened to stay during Christmas Eve, and the staff surprised us with two beautifully wrapped Lijiang Apples (平安夜苹果) for good luck and peace. It was such a thoughtful, culturally resonant gesture that made our holiday feel so personal.
✨ All-Inclusive Ease
The value here is exceptional. We loved that breakfast, afternoon tea, and even laundry services were included. It took all the stress out of our travel, allowing us to simply sink into the relaxing atmosphere of the inn.
🏮 Final Thoughts
This wasn't just a hotel stay; it was a highlight of our trip. We are already planning to return next summer and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. Thank you to the wonderful team at 一见云宽客栈 for the memories. See you again soon!

这次丽江之行，最正确的决定就是选择了一见云宽客栈。在这里住的几天，真正体会到了什么是“宾至如归”。
🏮 古香古色的韵味，绝佳的景观
客栈坐落在丽江古城内一条静谧的石板路旁，完美避开了喧嚣。建筑是极具韵味的传统中式木质结构，古朴雅致。最惊艳的是房间的大落地窗，足不出户就能将远处的山景尽收眼底，每一帧都像画一样。
🤝 无微不至的管家式服务
古城内车辆无法进入，但完全不用担心行李问题。客栈贴心地安排了火车站免费接送，到达古城口后还有人力神同步拉车帮我们把行李一路护送到客栈，服务非常周到。
特别要感谢 阿龙、李琳 以及每一位工作人员。他们不仅仅是员工，更像是在丽江的老朋友，那种发自内心的热情和细致，让整个旅程充满了温情。
📱 科技与舒适的完美结合
房间空间非常宽敞，干净整洁，床品很舒服。虽然外观是传统的，但内部设施非常现代化，各种智能高科技设备一应俱全，既有格调又保证了居住的便捷性。
🍎 充满惊喜的平安夜
我们入住期间正值圣诞平安夜，客栈的小伙伴竟然悄悄准备了两个包装精美的丽江“平安果”。这份突如其来的小惊喜让我们在异乡感受到了满满的祝福，真的太有心了！
🍵 像家一样的自在感
在这里完全可以开启“懒人模式”。客栈提供的早餐、下午茶以及洗衣服务全部包含在内，品质都很高。每天下午在院子里喝喝茶，看云卷云舒，这才是向往的生活。
🌿 约定夏天再见
这次的体验接近完美，临走时满是不舍。我已经决定明年夏天还要再回来住，到时候一定还选一见云宽。感谢大家的照顾，我们后会有期！

La vista dalla mia camera al quarto piano è stata il vero punto forte: uno spettacolare panorama senza ostacoli del Monte innevato del Drago di Giada. Potrete godervi questo incredibile spettacolo direttamente dalla vostra camera, rendendo superfluo frequentare costosi caffè! Per una vista ancora migliore, la struttura offre posti a sedere sul balcone al terzo piano.
Ciò che distingue davvero questo posto, tuttavia, è il servizio caloroso e familiare. Gli operatori sono incredibilmente disponibili e attenti. Mi hanno portato i bagagli fino al punto di ritiro auto e ritorno con soli 5 minuti di preavviso. Siamo stati accolti con un delizioso rituale a base di tè Pu'er locale e biscotti ai fiori. Mi hanno persino ricordato quando era ora di prendere il treno ad alta velocità!
La posizione è molto comoda per esplorare l'antica città di Lijiang. La colazione offriva opzioni accoglienti e locali come porridge o noodles.
Una nota importante: l'accesso alla struttura avviene tramite scale, che potrebbero rappresentare una difficoltà per i viaggiatori con mobilità ridotta o per gli accompagnatori anziani. L'hotel si trova all'interno dell'antica città di Lijiang, il che lo rende molto comodo per raggiungere ristoranti e negozi, e la vicinanza al parcheggio lo rende accessibile in auto, nonostante si trovi nel centro storico.
La camera è enorme e dotata di controllo intelligente, con altoparlanti Marshall, asciugacapelli Dyson e umidificatore. Il letto è molto comodo. L'hotel è stato splendidamente ristrutturato con molti angoli perfetti per Instagram. La colazione offre i deliziosi noodles di riso dello Yunnan e un buffet, e anche la zuppa dolce della buonanotte è deliziosa. Peccato aver perso tutti e 3 i giorni della pausa tè pomeridiana, che sembrava un'ottima idea, visto che sono stato fuori quasi tutto il pomeriggio.
La parte migliore è il servizio del personale, tutti sono molto cordiali e disponibili, soprattutto il nostro maggiordomo/direttore Ah Hua, che ci ha mostrato come visitare l'antica città di Lijiang e ci ha dato consigli su cosa provare ed evitare, il che è sicuramente molto utile per chi visita la città per la prima volta come noi. Ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa a La Maison e sicuramente la prossima volta soggiorneremo qui e lo consiglieremo ad altri!

TTAESUB SHIN1. Il personale del ristorante e delle pulizie ha lavorato sodo e si è impegnato al massimo per il comfort dei nostri ospiti.

Per evitare di arrivare in ritardo alla partenza del treno, abbiamo chiaramente comunicato al direttore il nostro orario di check-out alle 6:20 (l'ora in cui abbiamo lasciato il cancello principale) il giorno prima e abbiamo anche confermato con lui. Tuttavia, alle 5:50 del mattino successivo, abbiamo avuto la conferma che il cancello principale non si sarebbe aperto. Siamo andati all'ufficio della direzione, ma non c'era nessuno. Abbiamo mandato messaggi e chiamato diverse volte, ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. Eravamo molto sorpresi e in preda al panico. Finalmente, nel buio pesto dell'alba, io e mia moglie abbiamo bussato alla porta, l'abbiamo tirata e siamo riusciti ad aprirla, scappando finalmente. Cosa sarebbe successo agli ospiti in preda al panico e addormentati se fosse scoppiato un incendio? Fine.

UUtente ospiteInutile dire che i servizi dell'hotel sono eccellenti e la sua posizione con vista sulla città è fantastica. Il servizio è impeccabile. Diverse persone sono state incaricate di ritirare i miei bagagli alla reception, trasportandoli su per le scale e poi lungo la faticosa salita. A causa dei miei impegni, mi sono stati offerti tre giorni di deposito bagagli gratuito. Il quarto giorno, fuori orario, ha preso in spalla la mia valigia da 71 cm, ha camminato per 15 minuti attraverso gran parte della Città Vecchia e l'ha consegnata gratuitamente a una pensione dall'altra parte della Città Vecchia di Lijiang. Questo servizio è stato commovente.
La prossima volta che visiterò Lijiang, andrò sicuramente a trovare il signor Zhou per una chiacchierata a cuore aperto attorno al fuoco.

As Muslim travelers, we truly appreciated the convenient location—nestled in the charming, rustic old town yet just a short walk from the main road, making it easy to find halal meals without trekking far or uphill. The modern toilet with a bidet was a delightful surprise and added so much comfort to our stay.
The inn’s thoughtful design, impeccable cleanliness, and warm hospitality made our trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Mu Xue Oriental Inn to anyone visiting Lijiang—whether for culture, comfort, or convenience, this place has it all!

The accommodation itself exceeds a 5-star hotel standard. From the moment you enter the room, it is clear that every element has been carefully considered. The design, attention to detail, and overall comfort reflect the work of a top-tier designer. As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement.
It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others.
Location:
Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience.
Customer Service & Staff:
The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs.

NNelJoQuesto splendido hotel ai piedi della Montagna Innevata del Drago di Giada ha superato le mie aspettative! L'accoglienza è stata molto cordiale e disponibile e, da straniero che non parla cinese, ho apprezzato molto l'ospitalità di tutti, incluso il proprietario che parla inglese. La mia camera era bellissima e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ottima, vicino a molte attrazioni ed è stato sorprendentemente facile prendere un taxi ogni volta. L'atmosfera dell'hotel è davvero unica: tranquillità, solitudine, un'atmosfera da fattoria felice! Gli animali hanno tutti le loro piccole ”casette hobbit” e vivono la loro vita migliore in questo splendido e pulito hotel. Inoltre, gli snack e il tè pomeridiano erano deliziosi e presentati molto bene. Mi sono divertito moltissimo a fare il servizio fotografico di viaggio in hotel e ho guardato con stupore il sole sorgere sulla montagna ogni mattina.

KKarena TI appreciated the convenient location and service, but the misleading tour arrangements, unexpected extra charges, and poor coordination made my overall stay frustrating and disappointing.
Location: The hotel is in the southern part of the Old Town, which has fewer crowds than other areas. It’s quieter, still beautiful, and easily accessible.
Service: The hotel offers one complimentary train/airport pickup if arranged in advance (for 3 night stay). The staff helped carry my luggage from the South Gate (cars can’t enter the Old Town) and provided welcome fruit upon request. Breakfast was as described, though the noodles were undercooked. The staff were responsive and helped me book tickets, including a trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain—but this is where things went wrong.
Initially, the hotel staff quoted me a reasonable price that matched my research and said the schedule was flexible, I could spend as much time as I like. When I went to book, they suddenly told me I needed to pay about 200 RMB more because I was a foreigner—something I knew wasn’t true from my experience in other cities. They also said lunch was mandatory. I was short on time and wanted convenience, so I accepted the extra charges.
Although I was told that jackets, oxygen bottles, and water would be provided, the driver took me and other Chinese tourists to a store to buy additional oxygen and energy drinks at four times the normal price. There I was told the “free” oxygen bottle was too small—information the hotel hadn’t mentioned. I bought one just in case but never needed it.
I booked a sunrise tour with a 5 a.m. pickup, but we didn’t actually see sunrise at the mountain—partly due to weather, partly because the schedule wasn’t designed for it. The driver took me to Blue Moon Lake first, then the cable car, and the Impression of Lijiang show last. He kept saying I was short on time, so I needed to buy an additional ticket for battery car to get around and rushed through Blue Moon Lake without knowing how long the walk should take, only to end up waiting an hour at the cable car.
After the show, we were taken to lunch, which had no menu—just a very basic hot pot shared with random strangers seated at the same table. The driver texted me to hurry up because other passengers were waiting and even told me that they didn’t pay for lunch because they knew it wasn’t good. That upset me even more. Overall, I felt rushed, overcharged, and misled, and the whole experience made the trip far less enjoyable.
Amenities: The amenities were as described, but there was no daily housekeeping or towel replacement.

The room was absolutely beautiful: spacious, luxurious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It was designed with great attention to detail, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere. One of the highlights was being able to enjoy a stunning view of Yulong Snow Mountain directly from the room, which made the stay feel even more special and unforgettable. The amenities were also excellent, especially the Le Labo toiletries, which added a lovely touch of luxury.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the exceptional service from our butler, 小杨. He was incredibly attentive, warm, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire stay. From the smallest details to every request we had, he handled everything with patience, efficiency, and genuine care. What impressed us most was not only his responsiveness, but also his sincerity always made us feel welcomed, remembered, and truly looked after.
小杨 went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. His service was never just formal or routine; it felt personal, heartfelt, and full of warmth. He anticipated our needs, checked in on us appropriately, and made every arrangement feel effortless. Because of him, the stay felt less like a hotel visit and more like being warmly hosted by someone who truly cared. He made us feel completely at home, and his outstanding service left a very deep impression on us.
The food and drinks were also impressive. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The afternoon tea was generous, with a wide variety of food, and the drinks were very enjoyable as well. Every part of the dining experience felt carefully curated.
Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations in every way. With its beautiful rooms, breathtaking views, excellent amenities, delicious food, and truly outstanding service from 小杨, this was a perfect stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would definitely love to return again.

小杨真的做到了超出期待。他不仅反应很快，也很会照顾客人的感受，很多细节都安排得非常妥帖。他的服务自然、温暖、有分寸，让整个入住过程变得非常顺畅和舒服。因为有小杨的照顾，这次住宿不只是一次普通的入住，而是一次非常温馨、难忘的体验。他让我们真正感受到宾至如归，就像回到家一样放松自在。小杨的用心服务为这次旅程大大加分，也给我们留下了非常深刻的印象。
餐饮方面也非常优秀。早餐很好吃，食材新鲜，准备得也很精致。下午茶的内容非常丰富，食物种类很多，饮品也很好喝，整体感觉很用心。无论是住宿、服务还是餐饮，都可以感受到民宿对品质的追求。
