La vista dall'alloggio è assolutamente mozzafiato! Si trova proprio nel centro storico, il che lo rende incredibilmente comodo per spostarsi, con un'infinità di ristoranti nelle vicinanze. È facile fare una passeggiata nel centro storico di sera. Ma soprattutto, il personale ha offerto un servizio eccezionale: sono rimasto più che impressionato. Se potessi dare loro un milione di stelle su cento, lo farei senza esitazione! Il personale è stato incredibilmente disponibile. Ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli (il che è stato una vera salvezza, visto che trascinare le valigie per il centro storico è piuttosto faticoso) e ci hanno persino aiutato a pianificare il nostro itinerario per trovare i percorsi più comodi. I loro consigli erano azzeccatissimi! Inoltre, ci hanno preparato un tè delizioso ogni giorno e la colazione era assolutamente fantastica. Se visitate Lijiang, vi consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui. È davvero meraviglioso! La vista da questo posto è assolutamente incredibile! Si trova proprio nel centro storico, il che lo rende comodissimo per spostarsi, e ci sono tantissimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. È facile fare una passeggiata nel centro storico di sera. Non solo ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli (visto che il centro storico ha strade acciottolate, trascinare le valigie è davvero faticoso), ma ci hanno anche aiutato a consultare gli itinerari turistici, analizzando i percorsi più comodi e fornendoci consigli estremamente pratici. Ci preparavano persino il tè ogni giorno, che era squisito, e anche la colazione era deliziosa! Se visitate Lijiang, vi consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui. Recensione dal Malaysia - vale ogni penny! 1. Prima di tutto, questo posto è una vera definizione di lusso. L'architettura e il design sono davvero ben pensati con un giardino privato dedicato. Il loro spazio comune ha sezioni diverse, dandovi scelte su dove e cosa si desidera vivere. Il suo interno sta scritto lusso in ogni angolo. Anche hanno un posto incendio che è in realtà un umidificatore - molto importante per un posto freddo. 2. In secondo luogo, come il suo nome, è la vacanza più imprudente che abbiamo avuto, dove tutto è ben preparato e ben pianificato. 3. Infine, ma non meno importante, l'ospitalità. I suoi proprietari sono sempre intorno. Abbiamo molte conversazioni accanto al fuoco (un fuoco legittimo) e quando partimo, le parole più toccanti sono state detto: ”Chiamaci se c'è qualcosa come siamo persone locali, possiamo aiutarti”. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso al Le Manson di Lijiang. Il fascino dell'hotel è assolutamente incredibile: l'architettura aperta e il bellissimo cortile con le ruote idrauliche ti fanno sentire come se fossi tornato indietro nel tempo, nell'antica Cina. Nonostante il suo design tradizionale, l'hotel offre comfort e tecnologia moderni. La nostra camera era dotata di aria condizionata, riscaldamento a pavimento, TV/proiettore, bollitore e altro ancora: tutto ciò di cui si possa aver bisogno. Il bagno era immacolato, con un sedile del water riscaldato e persino una vasca da bagno (anche se non l'abbiamo usata). La ​​colazione giornaliera in stile cinese era eccellente, con un'ampia varietà di piatti. Su richiesta, servivano anche riso o noodles appena cotti. Se siete interessati a provare i Mixian (noodles di riso) locali, potete gustarli direttamente a colazione. We had an amazing stay at this Mountain Spring in Yunnan! The place was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The food was delicious and we especially loved being surrounded by the animals around the property. They added so much charm and joy to our stay. The peaceful atmosphere truly made this place feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (Yulong Snow Mountain) right from our room. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. What made the experience even more special was how much our kids enjoyed their time there. They were able to feed the animals, interact and play with them freely, and even pick fresh vegetables and fruits from the farm. It was a wonderful hands-on experience that allowed them to connect with nature and learn where food comes from. The owner was incredibly friendly and passionate about what he does. He personally took us around his plantations, shared his knowledge about farming, and patiently explained how different fruits and vegetables are grown. We learned so much during our stay and truly appreciated his generosity in sharing his experience with us. The farm stay also has a lovely café where guests can relax and enjoy afternoon tea while taking in the beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of the farm and the stunning mountain views. Another huge bonus is that there is a ranch right next to the property with even more animals. Our kids absolutely loved it! They had plenty of space to run around, interact with the animals, and feed them. It added another layer of fun and adventure to the trip, making it an unforgettable experience for the whole family. They’ve in house professional photographer provided by the farm stay. It was fantastic because we get to dress up in their traditional costume which was also inclusive!! We were pleasantly surprised that complimentary photos were included for guests staying there. Photos were awesome because the Yulong snow mountain is right outside our resort. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yunnan, especially families with children. If you’re looking for a cozy, authentic, educational, and memorable experience, this is definitely the place to stay. We left with wonderful memories, beautiful photos, and a much deeper appreciation for farm life and nature. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back again!

Cleanliness: room was slightly dusty. Spiders and insects in the room, but expected because it has many oriental decorations that require constant cleaning to prevent dust accummulation. Location: convenient, it’s of walking distance to the north gate, easy to stroll around to different parts of the ancient town. Service: I have never given a bad review for the service attitude of any accomodations which I’ve stayed at in China, but I honestly think that the service here is mediocre and more reactive than proactive. They fulfil the basics of bringing your luggage up to your room, giving directions to the laundry and breakfast areas and arranging for pick up from the station to the hotel for a stay of at least three consecutive nights. I cannot speak for all the service staff, but the service staff that mainly tended to me during the stay definitely needs to be improved. He was helpful when I needed help for the laundry setting. However, when I needed help with booking tickets to snow mountain (I’m a foreigner and do not have a local number), it was a rather frustrating experience. He shared that the booking of tickets to Yulong Snow Mountain can be done 3-4 days in advance, and he could help me when I arrive at the accommodations. When I arrived, it was 4 days in advance but he was rather nonchalent and did not manage to help me secure tickets for my intended date of visit and had to eventually rely on the tour group to help change dates. The night before the tour visit, I had to reach out on wechat to ask about when and where the meeting point is for the tour. Even after the tour, I even had to ask several times to pay for the tour tickets as he had helped me to secure the ticket to the glacier park cablecar eventually. I had already shared that I could not transfer money on wechat and could only do via scanning his wechat/alipay qr code or vice versa. I feel that given that you guys are located in Lijiang and located near to Jade Snow Mountain, you should have encountered other customers who need help with the booking and this shouldn’t have been such a stressful tour booking experience. Amenities: they have two all-in-1 washing machine and drying amenities which was rather helpful. In the original room which i had booked, the air con leaked at around 10pm+. I texted the service staff on wechat and another staff came 5-10minutes later to check. This staff said it’s normal for the air con to leak at times especially if it’s blocked. After checking, he offered to change rooms for me. He helped me to move my luggage to the new room. There was no form of apology by any of the staff on the day itself when the incident happened. It was only on the next day when I requested for check-out transportation services to the railway station for the following day, where the staff who mainly tended to be apologised for the aircon leakage and offered complimentary transport services to the railway station. I’ve stayed in many accomodations in Yunnan but this was the most disappointing stay thus far and I will definitely not be back again.

I appreciated the convenient location and service, but the misleading tour arrangements, unexpected extra charges, and poor coordination made my overall stay frustrating and disappointing. Location: The hotel is in the southern part of the Old Town, which has fewer crowds than other areas. It’s quieter, still beautiful, and easily accessible. Service: The hotel offers one complimentary train/airport pickup if arranged in advance (for 3 night stay). The staff helped carry my luggage from the South Gate (cars can’t enter the Old Town) and provided welcome fruit upon request. Breakfast was as described, though the noodles were undercooked. The staff were responsive and helped me book tickets, including a trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain—but this is where things went wrong. Initially, the hotel staff quoted me a reasonable price that matched my research and said the schedule was flexible, I could spend as much time as I like. When I went to book, they suddenly told me I needed to pay about 200 RMB more because I was a foreigner—something I knew wasn’t true from my experience in other cities. They also said lunch was mandatory. I was short on time and wanted convenience, so I accepted the extra charges. Although I was told that jackets, oxygen bottles, and water would be provided, the driver took me and other Chinese tourists to a store to buy additional oxygen and energy drinks at four times the normal price. There I was told the “free” oxygen bottle was too small—information the hotel hadn’t mentioned. I bought one just in case but never needed it. I booked a sunrise tour with a 5 a.m. pickup, but we didn’t actually see sunrise at the mountain—partly due to weather, partly because the schedule wasn’t designed for it. The driver took me to Blue Moon Lake first, then the cable car, and the Impression of Lijiang show last. He kept saying I was short on time, so I needed to buy an additional ticket for battery car to get around and rushed through Blue Moon Lake without knowing how long the walk should take, only to end up waiting an hour at the cable car. After the show, we were taken to lunch, which had no menu—just a very basic hot pot shared with random strangers seated at the same table. The driver texted me to hurry up because other passengers were waiting and even told me that they didn’t pay for lunch because they knew it wasn’t good. That upset me even more. Overall, I felt rushed, overcharged, and misled, and the whole experience made the trip far less enjoyable. Amenities: The amenities were as described, but there was no daily housekeeping or towel replacement.
