From the property, you are treated to breathtaking, unobstructed views of the mountains that remind you exactly why Lijiang is so special. 🛎️ Seamless Service from Start to Finish Navigating an ancient, car-free city with luggage can be daunting, but the hotel made it effortless. They provided a free car pickup from the train station, and upon arrival at the city gates, they arranged a human rickshaw to whisk our luggage through the stone streets directly to our door. A special shoutout to 阿龙 (A-Long), 李琳 (Li Lin), and the entire team. They truly go out of their way to make you feel like family rather than just a guest. Posizione Si trova in alto nel vecchio castello, quindi lo scenario che lo sovrasta e la Montagna innevata del Drago di Giada sono molto belli. 2. Condizioni della stanza È uguale a quello che vedi nella foto. Tuttavia, pensavo fosse una terrazza privata, ma si è rivelata una terrazza condivisa, quindi ero confuso, ma l'ho detto allo staff e, fortunatamente, c'era una stanza libera, quindi mi hanno cambiato in una stanza migliore. Sarebbe una buona idea tenerlo presente al momento della prenotazione. 3. Gentilezza Anche se è stata colpa mia se ho effettuato la prenotazione senza fare le dovute ricerche, mi hanno cambiato la stanza. UUtente ospiteAbbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso al Le Manson di Lijiang. Il fascino dell'hotel è assolutamente incredibile: l'architettura aperta e il bellissimo cortile con le ruote idrauliche ti fanno sentire come se fossi tornato indietro nel tempo, nell'antica Cina. Nonostante il suo design tradizionale, l'hotel offre comfort e tecnologia moderni. La nostra camera era dotata di aria condizionata, riscaldamento a pavimento, TV/proiettore, bollitore e altro ancora: tutto ciò di cui si possa aver bisogno. Il bagno era immacolato, con un sedile del water riscaldato e persino una vasca da bagno (anche se non l'abbiamo usata). La ​​colazione giornaliera in stile cinese era eccellente, con un'ampia varietà di piatti. Su richiesta, servivano anche riso o noodles appena cotti. Se siete interessati a provare i Mixian (noodles di riso) locali, potete gustarli direttamente a colazione. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dal centro storico di Lijiang, con facile accesso dall'aeroporto e dalla strada principale. È anche a pochi passi dalle strade vivaci e dall'atmosfera vivace del centro storico. Nel complesso, il Le Manson fonde splendidamente tradizione e comfort moderni. EeuseAmbiente: La posizione della locanda è impeccabile, a metà strada tra Lion Rock e il Monte Leone. La vista è mozzafiato, con le montagne in lontananza e l'antica città di notte. Servizio: Il nostro gruppo, un mix di giovani e anziani, aveva quattro valigie da 24 pollici e diversi bagagli a mano. La locanda ha organizzato con cura una navetta per venirci a prendere alla stazione. Diversi ragazzi e una ragazza, la signora Su, ci aspettavano al punto di consegna in anticipo per aiutarci con i bagagli. La padrona di casa è stata molto disponibile nell'organizzare il nostro itinerario, liberandoci da ogni preoccupazione. Ci ha anche consigliato ristoranti e attrazioni nelle vicinanze, e abbiamo subito prolungato il nostro soggiorno. È stato uno spreco totale! Altamente consigliato!!!

SSheryl 宜芬Cleanliness: room was slightly dusty. Spiders and insects in the room, but expected because it has many oriental decorations that require constant cleaning to prevent dust accummulation. Location: convenient, it’s of walking distance to the north gate, easy to stroll around to different parts of the ancient town. Service: I have never given a bad review for the service attitude of any accomodations which I’ve stayed at in China, but I honestly think that the service here is mediocre and more reactive than proactive. They fulfil the basics of bringing your luggage up to your room, giving directions to the laundry and breakfast areas and arranging for pick up from the station to the hotel for a stay of at least three consecutive nights. I cannot speak for all the service staff, but the service staff that mainly tended to me during the stay definitely needs to be improved. He was helpful when I needed help for the laundry setting. However, when I needed help with booking tickets to snow mountain (I’m a foreigner and do not have a local number), it was a rather frustrating experience. He shared that the booking of tickets to Yulong Snow Mountain can be done 3-4 days in advance, and he could help me when I arrive at the accommodations. When I arrived, it was 4 days in advance but he was rather nonchalent and did not manage to help me secure tickets for my intended date of visit and had to eventually rely on the tour group to help change dates. The night before the tour visit, I had to reach out on wechat to ask about when and where the meeting point is for the tour. Even after the tour, I even had to ask several times to pay for the tour tickets as he had helped me to secure the ticket to the glacier park cablecar eventually. I had already shared that I could not transfer money on wechat and could only do via scanning his wechat/alipay qr code or vice versa. I feel that given that you guys are located in Lijiang and located near to Jade Snow Mountain, you should have encountered other customers who need help with the booking and this shouldn’t have been such a stressful tour booking experience. Amenities: they have two all-in-1 washing machine and drying amenities which was rather helpful. In the original room which i had booked, the air con leaked at around 10pm+. I texted the service staff on wechat and another staff came 5-10minutes later to check. This staff said it’s normal for the air con to leak at times especially if it’s blocked. After checking, he offered to change rooms for me. He helped me to move my luggage to the new room. There was no form of apology by any of the staff on the day itself when the incident happened. It was only on the next day when I requested for check-out transportation services to the railway station for the following day, where the staff who mainly tended to be apologised for the aircon leakage and offered complimentary transport services to the railway station. I’ve stayed in many accomodations in Yunnan but this was the most disappointing stay thus far and I will definitely not be back again.

Accommodation: The accommodation itself exceeds a 5-star hotel standard. From the moment you enter the room, it is clear that every element has been carefully considered. The design, attention to detail, and overall comfort reflect the work of a top-tier designer. As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement. It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others. Location: Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience. Customer Service & Staff: The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. It is evident that they love what they do, and that passion translates into an atmosphere where guests truly feel valued. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. We were deeply touched by the manager’s generosity and thoughtful parting gifts. The service is fabulous and they always ready to help and suggest tour place for us. Specially thanks to the lobby for helping me to receive the ******* delivery. We especially like the complementary coffee bean bracelet making experience. We also got to experience cooking the coffee bean and brewing the coffee. The afternoon tea and the supper dessert are also very nice. Although we stayed in 3rd floor, they still offered to send us the dessert to the room and help to carry the luggage during check in and check out. As I stayed 3 nights here, they also offered complementary airport transfer to Lijiang airport early morning at 5.20am. Not to forget, they always have a nice smile on their face and very welcoming.

Aprendo le tende della camera si apre una vista panoramica sulla Montagna Innevata del Drago di Giada. Al mattino, non c'è bisogno di uscire di corsa; si può ammirare l'”alba dorata” dal proprio letto: è davvero mozzafiato. 🐑L'hotel ha un pascolo da sogno: non mi sarei mai aspettato che ne avesse uno così grande! I bambini si sono divertiti un mondo a dare da mangiare agli agnelli e a rincorrere i cani. Poter entrare in contatto con la natura senza uscire dall'hotel è incredibilmente comodo, soprattutto per le famiglie con bambini. Noi stessi abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza rilassante e bucolica. ☕️Il cibo e le bevande erano fantastici: il tè pomeridiano era delizioso e delizioso, e la colazione era abbondante. KKarena TI appreciated the convenient location and service, but the misleading tour arrangements, unexpected extra charges, and poor coordination made my overall stay frustrating and disappointing. Location: The hotel is in the southern part of the Old Town, which has fewer crowds than other areas. It’s quieter, still beautiful, and easily accessible. Service: The hotel offers one complimentary train/airport pickup if arranged in advance (for 3 night stay). The staff helped carry my luggage from the South Gate (cars can’t enter the Old Town) and provided welcome fruit upon request. Breakfast was as described, though the noodles were undercooked. The staff were responsive and helped me book tickets, including a trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain—but this is where things went wrong. Initially, the hotel staff quoted me a reasonable price that matched my research and said the schedule was flexible, I could spend as much time as I like. When I went to book, they suddenly told me I needed to pay about 200 RMB more because I was a foreigner—something I knew wasn’t true from my experience in other cities. They also said lunch was mandatory. I was short on time and wanted convenience, so I accepted the extra charges. Although I was told that jackets, oxygen bottles, and water would be provided, the driver took me and other Chinese tourists to a store to buy additional oxygen and energy drinks at four times the normal price. There I was told the “free” oxygen bottle was too small—information the hotel hadn’t mentioned. I bought one just in case but never needed it. I booked a sunrise tour with a 5 a.m. pickup, but we didn’t actually see sunrise at the mountain—partly due to weather, partly because the schedule wasn’t designed for it. The driver took me to Blue Moon Lake first, then the cable car, and the Impression of Lijiang show last. He kept saying I was short on time, so I needed to buy an additional ticket for battery car to get around and rushed through Blue Moon Lake without knowing how long the walk should take, only to end up waiting an hour at the cable car. After the show, we were taken to lunch, which had no menu—just a very basic hot pot shared with random strangers seated at the same table. The driver texted me to hurry up because other passengers were waiting and even told me that they didn’t pay for lunch because they knew it wasn’t good. That upset me even more. Overall, I felt rushed, overcharged, and misled, and the whole experience made the trip far less enjoyable. Amenities: The amenities were as described, but there was no daily housekeeping or towel replacement.

He was incredibly attentive, warm, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire stay. From the smallest details to every request we had, he handled everything with patience, efficiency, and genuine care. What impressed us most was not only his responsiveness, but also his sincerity always made us feel welcomed, remembered, and truly looked after. 小杨 went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. His service was never just formal or routine; it felt personal, heartfelt, and full of warmth. He anticipated our needs, checked in on us appropriately, and made every arrangement feel effortless. Because of him, the stay felt less like a hotel visit and more like being warmly hosted by someone who truly cared.
