Hotel 4 stelle a Baoding

Stavo qui con mia moglie e mio figlio mentre visitavo la famiglia e aveva una grande esperienza. Ho avuto un po' di esitazione in primo luogo perché di solito ci affidiamo alle proprietà di Marriott, ma questo posto superava le aspettative e si sentiva sinceramente meglio di molti hotel Marriott che abbiamo soggiornato. L'hotel si sente brand nuovo, molto pulito e ben mantenuto. La lavanderia era un enorme plus per noi, soprattutto viaggiando con un bambino. Il colazione era conveniente e delizioso, quindi non abbiamo nemmeno dovuto lasciare l'edificio in mattinata. C'è anche un negozio di comodità intorno all'angolo che ha reso le cose ancora più facili. Quello che si è davvero visto era il personale. L'equipaggio di ricezione era incredibilmente gentile e utile, soprattutto quando mio figlio aveva un momento emotivo. Nonostante la barriera linguistica, il check-in e check-out erano lisci con un'app offline di traduzione. Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto qui.

The pool is amazingly beautiful, the receptionist was the nicest and most helpful person I’ve ever met in a hotel. The breakfast meal didn’t offer a big selection as it wasn’t a buffet only a set meal given.

Quando sono entrato nella stanza, l'ho trovata molto piccola. Il lavandino era proprio accanto al letto, senza divisorio. Le lenzuola puzzavano ancora di fumo. Ho dovuto scansionare il codice per guardare la TV online. Per fortuna, l'hotel non era male e ho potuto fare il check-out. Ho deciso di andare a Wanfeng. Wanfeng è davvero molto meglio.

The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

Everting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories. One thing management need to focus on: 1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

房間一如既往。前台服務很好，也很細緻，並且給升級了房間。但是想提一個建議，水世界衹有寒暑假開放，這樣會很影響客流，帶着孩子去了，奔着水世界去的，結果不開放的，退房回去吧，挺遠的去了，住下去也衹能玩兒温泉那邊，所以大概率是不會再去了。當然，我也有建議，如果為了節約成本，週末開放也是可以的呀。另外，這邊的客層基本就是家庭出行比較多，週末北京周邊開車去的也是很多的，基本都會住宿吃飯包其他消費。水世界不開放，肯定客流會受很大的影響。節約成本看的了一時，長遠看就不划算了。個人建議。

It was nice to stay at this hotel. The hotel reception staff are so nice and cooperative. The hotel lobby is well organized and has many options for the guests to use as complementary. The rooms on the 5th floor are really nice and have a great view of the city. I recommend this hotel to every foreigner who wants to stay in this city. This hotel is best on the price with the facilities they provide.

Location of this hotel is convenient near big malls and in the evening the ambience is vibrant and exciting. The decor is old-fashioned but well-maintained. The staff us very helpful and friendly. I stayed on the 23th floor with amazing view of a park. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. In the afternoon, there was a snack and fruit treat in the room.
