入住很滿意，前台服務特別好，房間設施齊全，附近交通也非常方便，距離萬達廣場，軍校廣場也很近，房間乾淨敞亮，床品舒適，服務特別到位，早餐也很不錯，讓人感受到温暖，前院後院都有停車位，免費停車，衞生間和淋浴室都是乾濕兩用的，周圍打車也很方便，真的推薦這個酒店，性價比很高，推薦！

We had a wonderful family stay at Zhuozheng hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and was amazed by the food. Breakfast buffet is also very good and diverse. Thanks to manager Niu Xue Mei who was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room. For me the best hotel in Baoding!

設施：非常齊全，有燒烤架、KTV、麻將桌，每個卧室都是獨立衞浴都有吹風機 衞生：打掃的非常乾淨，一點也不臟，床上用品都是新換過的，衞生間也很乾凈整潔 環境：環境優美，別墅小院可以喝酒燒烤，一樓有廚房、KTV、大客廳可以做飯玩遊戲，二樓有麻將桌、榻榻米 服務：老闆非常非常非常非常熱情，幫我們規劃行程，打電話問景區設施開放情況，幫我們訂景區票、來回車票，甚至幫我們做早飯，我們帶去的食材沒吃完老闆的飯點也能加工!

The service was excellent I arrived quite late but the woman unlocked the door and check in was no problem. The location was about 5 minutes from the east entrance of Baishishan but it was a bit of a challenge to find a taxi to get to the entrance of the park. When I arrived at the room I saw a hot water bottle on the bed kindly remindijg me to be careful of the temperature differences between the daytime and the night time The breakfast was excellent with lots of nice little side dishes and fresh milk and tea.  The room was spacious enough and had a heater and a comfortable bed so I do not really have any complaints. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel because of the value in the excellent service. La posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto conveniente e il parcheggio è abbastanza grande.La camera è grande e luminosa, il letto è comodo, il giardino è molto bello, il tè è comodo e il processo di alloggio è molto piacevole.La prossima volta torno 👍👍👍👍

Questa esperienza di soggiorno è fantastica!Quando entrate nell'hotel, il sorriso della ricetta Xiaoxa è come il sole caldo inverno, e il viaggio è disperso in un momento.Quando si tratta di soggiorno, l'efficienza è eccezionale.Il tipo di camera è particolarmente buono, pulito, la colazione è ricca e nutrita, e il cliente è molto soddisfatto! Il personale è molto attento agli ospiti.Raccomandiamo davvero questo hotel, loderemo anche per l'estate, torno la prossima volta!

👿👿先説吐槽的一點就是“管家”，讓我對這個五星酒店的第一印象特別不好，説是賓客關係，但她的網名叫【少來煩我】這合適嗎？好不專業。而且他這個頭像讓我覺得我是加了個什麼人？我的房間裏沒有咖啡機。我先是聯繫了前台，前台説一會兒給我送，但是半天都沒來。我就用微信問了她，她説我的房間裏不包含。我沒理他，過了一會兒前台給我送來了。好無語……明明能辦的事兒不辦…… 😄😄説回酒店體驗☞ 5月3號去的，本來已經做好人滿為患，服務跟不上的準備了。但是所有的都超預期的好，帶孩子雖然人多，但玩的地方也多。 考慮到人用餐比較多，酒店早餐特意多準備了一個廳。所以吃飯也沒問題，不排隊，可能會拼桌。 游泳池衹要錯峯，在別人吃飯的時候去遊，沒有多少人，但就是水實在是有點兒臟，眼見的渾濁啊。 5月3號，4號應該是五一假期人最多的時候了，但是全程感覺還不錯，平日去的話應該會更好，值得推薦。
