The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit.
The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue.
We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

房間、環境整體還不錯，就是前台管理混亂，晚上9：36打電話確認是否入住，在已告知10分鐘後到店的情況下，9：42又再次確認是否入住，更讓人抓狂的是在已經辦理完入住的情況下，大半夜11：30把我們從睡夢中吵醒，再次確認是否入住，我就不明白，我們在前台登記身份證辦入住，酒店難道都沒記錄嗎？！

Devo dire che il servizio dell'hotel è buono e senza provocazioni. La reception è molto gentile per introdurre le attrazioni calde intorno, direttamente all'ufficio del governatore, Antichi Piazza, West Street, Grand Mercy, Wu Xiangxian, ecc. Due camere hanno portato tre bambini, e il soggiorno è stato portato a Popcorn, e il bambino è molto felice.A causa del caldo tempo dopo l'alloggio, la stanza ha due bottiglie d'acqua gratis, non abbastanza da bere. Dopo aver contattato la reception, il robot è stato inviato alla stanza per circa un minuto. Quando si lascia il negozio, la reception ha anche portato due bottiglie di bere in più. PPopkL'hotel era pulito e confortevole. Il personale era amichevole e utile. E 'in una grande posizione, vicino ai ristoranti e negozi. La stanza aveva tutto quello che mi serviva per un breve soggiorno. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui.

Housekeeping is polite and helpful. The breakfast is adequate. There are many food places nearby.
The room is modern with all the necessary amenities, including USB charging. Bathroom and laundry are perfect.

UUtente ospiteMio marito e io volevamo trovare un hotel che permetteva il nostro piccolo pecorino. Ci sorprendevamo quanto bene questo hotel fosse. Molto pulito e non troppo vicino alla strada principale. Raccomando molto di rimanere qui se siete nella zona.

Special Thanks to Mr. Guo zihan who was very helpful and always ready to serve whatever he can do inspite the language barrier they were really amazing people .
