Hotel 3 stelle a Venezia

Molto ben situato vicino a San Marcos Piazza, il Bascilica e il Palazzo Doge. Facile da camminare fino al ponte Rialto o alla stazione di vaporetto San Marcos. Tuttavia, la camera tripla che ho prenotato non ha nemmeno un piano, quindi mi fa un po 'divertita. Ma non c'era problema quando sono a letto. L'hotel ha una regola strana per raccogliere una copia della carta di credito per garanzia.i pensava che tale processo potrebbe essere soggetto a rischio di frode con carta di credito. In generale, sono ancora felice con questo hotel al punto di prezzo per la sua posizione.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

La posizione è ideale, si arriva rapidamente camminando dall'autobus dell'aeroporto e da ogni lato camminando. Ci sono bar intorno e è una zona tranquilla. Quello che potrebbe migliorare sono le istruzioni di check-in, perché ho contattato con un po' di anticipo l'app per fare il check-in e ho avuto problemi al momento di arrivare. La cosa buona è che rispondano e risolvo rapidamente, devo sottolinearlo. La vista dalla nostra stanza era bella, dava un piccolo patio.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui mentre visitavamo Venezia con i miei genitori in auto. Il campeggio offre un'esperienza diversa rispetto agli alloggi tradizionali. Qui si può cucinare, ci sono pentole e stoviglie, e il parcheggio è gratuito. Il bungalow superior può ospitare 5 persone e le due camere hanno ciascuna il proprio bagno, il che è molto comodo. Attenzione: alla reception bisogna prendere il numero dal totem e il fornello si accende con l'accendigas (lo si trova nell'armadietto). Il campeggio e i bungalow sono un po' datati, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo.

Situato in una posizione comoda a una fermata del traghetto, quindi non devi trascinare i bagagli troppo lontano. Non ci sono scale nell'hotel, quindi è un po' una lotta. La nostra camera si affacciava sull'acqua, il che era molto carino. La colazione era piuttosto buona. Non hai scelta, ti portano solo quello che offrono. L'hotel e la camera sono datati, ma penso che questo abbia dato loro un po' di carattere

We found the location quite easily. It’s conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance from the bus stop where the airport buses arrive, which was a big plus after traveling. The administrator was very welcoming — we would especially like to thank her for the warm reception. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags, which was very convenient. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were able to access our room without any issues. During our stay, renovation works started in a neighboring apartment (apparently upstairs). Because of this, there was a bit less natural light in our room, and we could hear construction noise in the mornings, which started quite early. It turned out that the host was not aware that the work would begin so early either. We would like to especially highlight how the situation was handled. The host personally spoke with us, apologized, and managed to arrange for the work to start later. It was clear that our comfort truly mattered. For us, the situation was completely resolved. The room itself met our expectations. It was spacious — not one of those layouts where you walk straight into the bed with the bathroom door right there. The room was warm thanks to central heating. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathroom was simple but cozy. There was no breakfast option during our stay, but that did not significantly affect our overall experience. We had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the hospitality. It is clear that guest comfort is a priority here — if you experience any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.

Buona struttura per posizione e accoglienza; il personale è stato davvero disponibile e molto gentile. La camera è un po’ datata e avrebbe bisogno di essere ammodernata. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma in camera mancava il televisore. Colazione a buffet buona e prezzo complessivo ottimo. Molto comoda la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia al check-in che al check-out. Non sono riuscito a far funzionare il condizionatore, quindi ho dormito una notte con la finestra aperta: il canale è un po’ rumoroso, ma il problema principale sono state le zanzare.

We arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor. I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases. The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would. The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed. The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it. The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it. The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket. The safe was not working. The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them. The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working. You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool. The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off. The bathroom bin was broken and filthy The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am. I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy. Un'opzione relativamente più economica a Venezia. Le camere erano molto antiche e le condizioni non erano delle migliori, ma comunque funzionali. Potrebbe essere un po' rumoroso, dato che c'è un molo dei vaporetti proprio di fronte. Buona colazione e servizio, comunque. A piedi sarà piuttosto distante dal centro e dalla stazione ferroviaria, ma il vaporetto sarà una buona opzione da questo hotel.
