Hotel con balcone a Venezia

Il mio volo era la mattina da MXP, quindi ho lasciato l'hotel alle 4 del mattino. Ho chiesto alla reception almeno 5 volte dove si trovasse la stazione dei traghetti e gli orari, e Lorenzo mi ha dato una risposta molto precisa e ha stampato l'orario, indicandomi la stazione sulla mappa. Tuttavia, la stazione che mi ha indicato era sbagliata (sono arrivato con 10 minuti di anticipo), quindi ho perso il traghetto alle 4:21... non c'era assolutamente nessuno vicino alla stazione, quindi sono corso disperatamente con i miei bagagli in hotel, dove c'era un ragazzo anziano alla reception che mi ha detto che era la stazione successiva a quella che mi aveva indicato Lorenzo, il che significava un altro ponte. Eppure, ho chiesto a questo ragazzo anziano prima di lasciare l'hotel alle 4 ed era molto sicuro. Quando la seconda volta ho dubitato di lui, mi ha detto ”Può andare dove vuole, signora!”. Non c'era empatia, come se non fossero affari loro! La seconda volta mi sono precipitato alla stazione giusta e ho preso il traghetto alle 4:55 e ho perso il treno per Milano! Acquistare un altro biglietto Italo non è stato un problema, ma è una questione di vita e di incolumità! Spero solo che la reception sia più professionale e controlli attentamente quando danno suggerimenti. Perderei sicuramente il volo se non ci fosse il treno veloce Italo, inoltre ho preso un taxi subito dopo essere arrivato a Milano Centrale per arrivarci! La camera era piccola, non si potevano aprire bagagli grandi, ma era pulita, la donna delle pulizie meritava una mancia generosa! Mi piace che forniscano acqua e pantofole. La vista dalla mia camera è autentica. L'hotel è comodo se siete nei pressi di Piazza San Marco o se dovete sempre andare in bagno. Se prendete il traghetto notturno per la stazione ferroviaria di Santa Lucia, ricordate che si trova all'estremità destra di San Marco, c'è un altro ponte da attraversare.

L'hotel è molto gradevole e bello. La posizione è ottima, la terrazza del ristorante ha una vista pittoresca e gondole. La stanza è piccola ma bella. Sono disponibili accappatoi, pantofole e persino un ombrello. Il bagno è lussuoso, con illuminazione. Una sala molto bella per varie celebrazioni. Siamo soddisfatti dell'hotel.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

Outstanding in every way. All the staff were friendly and helpful. From the first email to checkout. Helped arrange the water taxi from the port to the hotel dock. Located on the Grand Canal so accessible to all the Venice sights. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional and the roof top bar a must. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended.

Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

Il personale della reception è stato molto maleducato. Quando ho chiesto aiuto per risolvere il problema della velocità di internet, mi è stato risposto: ”Lei è l'unica persona a lamentarsi di questo, se non le piace allora non lo usi. Non c'è molto che possiamo fare?!” La posizione è buona. Nel complesso, questa città non è accogliente per i turisti.

Situato di fronte all'isola principale di Venezia. L'ambiente è davvero splendido. L'hotel offre un traghetto da e per l'isola principale al costo di 15 € a persona, indipendentemente dalla durata del soggiorno. Molto comodo, con due punti di attracco di fronte all'isola principale; l'hotel ha un orario. L'isola stessa ha supermercati e ristoranti, il che la rende molto comoda. È possibile prendere un taxi per la stazione ferroviaria al costo di 70 €. L'ambiente è impeccabile, la colazione è eccellente e la vista è superba. Il personale dello Skybar è stato un po' scortese se non ho lasciato loro la mancia. La piscina sul tetto richiede la prenotazione; non forniscono lettini senza prenotazione. Nel complesso, vale la pena soggiornarci; è molto bello.

Per la seconda volta in questo campeggio, trovo sempre ottimi servizi tra cui le piscine e il ristorante con buon rapporto qualità prezzo, considerando la vicinanza a Venezia. Sicuramente migliorabile la possibilità di comunicare con la struttura, perche alcune cose si possono fare solo tramite sito ma senza la possibilità di avere feedback veloci. Ho fatto una richiesta speciale: che fosse messo in camera un mini frigo, probabilmente non era possibile ma aspetto ancora la risposta da parte della struttura.

We arrived at the hotel on January 12th at 10:30 PM. The room was absolutely amazing and split over two levels. On the ground floor there was a bathroom and a separate shower. Everything was very beautiful, clean, and in perfect working condition. The shower did not leak at all, and there were no unpleasant smells. On the upper floor there was a bedroom with a large bed and an additional sofa. The room was equipped with a large Smart TV, a spacious wardrobe, a safe, and a hairdryer. We were also provided with two 0.5 L bottles of water. There was both a heater and air conditioning, and everything worked perfectly, so it was not cold at all. The location is excellent. It may look a bit confusing on the map at first, but we figured it out quickly. When you see the shop “Ca’ Macana Atelier”, turn immediately to the right. You will see an old public telephone, and between the buildings there is the hotel entrance (the hotel name is written on the door). All access codes worked without any problems. The interior of the hotel is very beautiful. The owner is a very kind and welcoming lady truly wonderful. She speaks English and cleans the rooms daily. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, you can simply inform her or hang the sign on the door. The tourist tax is €3 per person per day. We absolutely loved everything. Out of all the places we have stayed in (priced between €20 and €60 per night), this hotel and room are without a doubt our number one favorite. Thank you so much. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay here again. ❤️

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte. La posizione era comoda e vicinissima alle fermate dell'autobus, il che ha reso facile spostarsi. Tuttavia, abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi durante il nostro soggiorno: 1. La stanza aveva un forte odore di sigaretta, simile a quello di un posacenere. 2. Il letto era piuttosto elastico e non molto comodo. 3. Quando abbiamo chiesto dell'acqua calda per il caffè, ci è stato comunicato che ci sarebbe stato addebitato 1 € per ogni tazzina piccola, cosa che abbiamo trovato deludente. Nel complesso, sebbene la posizione fosse buona, il comfort e le condizioni della camera non hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.
