Hotel 3 stelle a Roma

È il mio hotel preferito che abbia mai vissuto. Esso è vicino a una chiesa e l'ambiente è tranquillo e pulito. La posizione è conveniente per la metropolitana e tutti i punti di vista. Mi piacciono i set di pulizia e shampoo NUXE nella mia stanza. La decorazione dell'hotel è moderna e elegante. Il colazione è vario e delizioso.

Our stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome. Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be our home for four nights. The room was of a good size and well-equipped e.g. towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge (with optional mini-bar), a television and a bathroom - with an excellent free standing bath tub in the centre of the bedroom. Perhaps my biggest gripe with the hotel was the disappointing view from the room. A ‘Viminale View’ it most certainly was not. Interestingly, room number 1 was the only room on the wrong side of the building. All others, including cheaper standard rooms, had the all-important Viminale view. In fact, not from anywhere in the hotel could we see the Viminale, since the reception area too was without any windows. Our two windows looked out onto a gutter on one side and an adjacent building on the other. We paid a little extra for breakfast, which was of a simple but acceptable standard. Given the size of the hotel with just 10 rooms, an extravagant buffet was not expected. More a continental selection, there was enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, yoghurts, toast etc, with scrambled egg and sausage available as hot options. Hot drinks were made on request. As a smaller establishment, this accommodation appeared only ever to be staffed by one person at a time, which somewhat impacted service. Once seated for breakfast, we were provided with a hot drink and then left to it. There was no opportunity to request further drinks, which was a little disappointing. And on one occasion, we watched as a guest had to go in search of a member of staff in order to get a cup of coffee. Perhaps in the mornings, especially with breakfast to provide and guests occasionally checking out, a second staff member would be beneficial. House-keeping was of a good standard but returning on our last night, we were keen to enjoy a coffee, only to find that our supplies had not been replenished and our cups were still dirty on the side. As a hotel unstaffed after 17:00hrs, it wasn’t a simple case of calling for some coffee, rather just going without. Whilst an enjoyable stay, the view from the room and the lack of hotel staff beyond 17:00hrs just didn’t work for us.

La camera era pulita e ordinata, veniva pulita ogni giorno e anche il servizio era abbastanza buono. La posizione è comoda, si arriva a Termini in 5 minuti a piedi e l'autobus fuori dall'hotel porta a Piazza Venezia e altri luoghi. L'ingresso è anche spazioso. I corridoi sono un po' stretti e la TV è piccola.

La stanza è piccola e sufficiente per viaggiare da soli. La posizione è buona. Gli alloggi a Roma sono molto costosi. La stazione ferroviaria è a 10 minuti a piedi. È anche possibile raggiungere a piedi il Colosseo, il Pantheon e Piazza Venezia.

La nostra posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dalla Piazza Navona, dal Pantheon, dal Castel Sant'Angelo e dalla Città del Vaticano, che costituisce la base perfetta per esplorare Roma a piedi. La nostra stanza era ben presentata, con un decoro che si mescolava bene con il carattere dell'edificio storico. Il comodo letto, l'eleganza e il suo unico disegno hanno dato un senso di boutique, mentre il piccolo balcone che guardava la strada era un bel posto per prendere nell'atmosfera. La stanza era pulita, tranquilla, e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva per il nostro soggiorno. Anche se si trovava in un posto così centrale, dormiamo molto bene ogni notte. Se stai cercando un hotel elegante e confortevole nel cuore di Roma con tutte le principali visione a piedi, Con piacere raccomandarei Antica Dimora Delle Cinque Lune e rimarrei certamente qui di nuovo.

La posizione è buona e la colazione non è male, ma l'atteggiamento della cameriera di colore è stato davvero scortese e maleducato. 1. Non solo non saluta, ma non parla proprio. 2. Se le dici che la porta non si apre o che mancano gli asciugamani, fa capire che è seccata e non vuole farlo, poi lo fa con una chiara dimostrazione di malavoglia. Gli altri dipendenti lo fanno subito e con un sorriso. 3. Anche le indicazioni sono state scortesi. La porta era rotta ma non ci hanno informato e l'abbiamo risolta da soli.

Hotel is worth the price. 2km from all the famous attractions. Hotel staff very friendly and can speak English. Room a little bit small and no AC. (Or didn’t work) Restaurants nearby. Good value for money.

Posizione strategica, a due passi da Fontana di Trevi, si può girare la città completamente a piedi. Personale accogliente e disponibile.  La stanza piccola ma con tutto il necessario.  Consiglio questo hotel e lo terrò presente per la mia prossima vacanza a Roma.

A soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale, in una posizione tranquilla ma centrale. La prima camera che mi hanno assegnato aveva un odore di marcio insopportabile, probabilmente a causa di un WC rotto che non scaricava. Ho contattato lo staff, che ha controllato la situazione e mi ha subito cambiato camera. La nuova camera era più piccola, ma aveva un frigorifero e un bollitore, e in realtà l'ho preferita.
