Hotel con balcone a Roma

Ho soggiornato per quattro notti nella camera king-size, che è paragonabile a un hotel della catena Hanting Express in Cina. Il prezzo, inclusivo di due colazioni e cancellazione gratuita, superava i 2000 [unità monetarie non specificate, presumibilmente CNY]. Al momento del check-out, ci hanno addebitato una tassa di soggiorno di 7,5 [unità monetarie non specificate, presumibilmente EUR] a persona e hanno cercato di farci pagare una tassa di servizio di 12 euro a notte, che ho categoricamente rifiutato. Tra tutti gli hotel in cui ho soggiornato per oltre dieci notti in Italia, questo è stato l'unico a chiedere una tassa di servizio. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e a 8 minuti a piedi dalla linea M1 della metropolitana. Dopo il tramonto, la zona sembra piuttosto insicura, quindi bisogna fare attenzione ai borseggiatori. La camera era molto tranquilla e la colazione era decente. Il personale del bar era sempre disponibile e cordiale nel fornirci acqua filtrata. Il mio più grande ringraziamento va a Kelly, l'addetta alla clientela che parlava cinese! Ci ha aiutato tantissimo, e la prossima volta che verrò a Roma, soggiornerò di nuovo qui!

Il nostro hotel preferito quando siamo a Roma. L'o conosciamo da anni e sempre ci siamo trovati molto bene.Personale molto gentile, le stanze molto confortevoli, Letti grandi con materassi molto comodi, al ristorante si mangia bene,c'è anche il bar con tanta scelta di insalate, pizze e altro. Poi la piscina all' aperto è molto grande, pulita. C'è anche la palestra. E sempre bello tornare al ” Midas”!

Le pareti della nostra stanza erano sporche e polverose. Muffa in bagno e intorno alla finestra. L'aria condizionata era controllata dalla reception, quindi dovevi chiamarli per accenderla e spegnerla, un po' fastidioso. L'ingresso ai musei del Vaticano è dall'altra parte della strada, quindi c'erano troppe persone di fronte all'hotel tutto il tempo. Il rumore al mattino degli altri ospiti e delle pulizie può essere forte. La parte peggiore è il check-out alle 10:00. Sicuramente non ci tornerò.

A fantastic stay at Nobu Hotel Rome. A small boutique hotel in a great location, tucked away in a quiet area yet perfectly central. There were a few minor hiccups, but they were immediately and efficiently addressed by Giovanni and the front desk team, who genuinely went out of their way to make sure my family and I were well taken care of. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience overall.

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo splendido villaggio turistico e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, immersa in un ambiente rilassante che permette di staccare completamente dalla routine quotidiana. I bungalow sono confortevoli, puliti e arredati con gusto, mentre gli spazi comuni risultano sempre ordinati e accoglienti. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ottima anche la qualità dei servizi offerti, pensati per garantire comfort e relax a ogni tipo di ospite. L’atmosfera che si respira è tranquilla e familiare, ideale sia per chi cerca momenti di riposo sia per chi desidera vivere una vacanza all’insegna del relax. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia concedersi un soggiorno rigenerante in un contesto naturale e ben organizzato. Un valore aggiunto davvero speciale è la presenza di gatti coccolosi ed educatissimi, perfettamente integrati nell’ambiente: convivono negli spazi comuni in maniera discreta, rispettosa e mai invadente, lasciando agli ospiti la libertà di interagire con loro solo se lo desiderano. La loro presenza contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera ancora più calda e familiare, senza in alcun modo interferire con la tranquillità o la privacy degli ospiti. Esperienza da ripetere!

Durante il mio viaggio a Roma, ho prenotato inaspettatamente questo Ibis, che offre un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero eccezionale. La metropolitana dista meno di un chilometro. L'hotel è situato in una tranquilla zona collinare nei pressi di una comunità. È molto tranquillo e la mattina presto c'è gente che fa jogging. Il trasporto è comodo. Nelle vicinanze ci sono autobus e tram leggeri che consentono di andare ovunque. Il punto forte è che la colazione è particolarmente ricca. C'è un ristorante cinese aperto da un abitante di Wenzhou accanto alla stazione della metropolitana. Di tanto in tanto puoi aggiustare la posizione dello stomaco. Non è costoso ed è abbastanza autentico. Sono uscito per un giorno per visitare Pompei e ho lasciato i bagagli in hotel; anche il servizio è stato molto buono. La prossima volta sarà comunque la mia prima scelta.
