Hotel 3 stelle a Lilla

Room in the very small size, and the shower was super tini.... to the extent of unconformable. Very good breakfast for me, that I'm not too much of a ” breakfast people” as North Anerican people are.... Jeje in must be because I'm fron South America. Good enough hotel for a short stay.

We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Great location. Beautiful decorated. Comfortable rooms. Lovely communal area. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better hotel. What a fantastic place to stay. I travelled with my 67 year old, and as two females we felt so safe. Really great.

Fairly good location but other Ibis hotels are right in the heart of the city for only a few pounds more. Ended up getting taxis home at night as there are some quite dark, lonely sections on the road home. Service was excellent for such an affordable hotel- staff brought extra pillow on request, iron and ironing board, they were always smiling, polite and proficient. In the room, there was one small, high up window making the room feel dark and hot. We were on level 1, higher bedrooms seemed to have better windows. Mattress was comfortable but not attached or anchored in- it tended to surf away from the hard headboard and your one pillow then fell down between the gap. The pillows themselves were crap- I felt like a I was sleeping on a water balloon- when you rested your head on one section, it would go flat and inflate the other. We requested extras because I had recently had surgery and needed extra support and one extra was provided. I ended up using towels for extra support which was less than ideal. Bathroom was clean, modern and had a nice, powerful shower. TV had access to Netflix and YouTube. The air conditioning was FANTASTIC and powerful when it was on but then it inexplicably would turn off maybe 2/3 times a night and the heat would wake us up which was a shame. We run hot and like a colder bedroom so this might not be a deal breaker for you but it’s very important for me and affected my quality of sleep.

Il servizio è stato eccellente e il signore alla reception è stato estremamente utile. Arrivare al parco auto è confuso perché non abbiamo ricevuto il codice, abbiamo dovuto telefonare all'hotel per ottenere il codice. Questo deve essere riportato sulla conferma della prenotazione in futuro. Ma il ragazzo alla ricezione era molto esplicativo al telefono e lo ordinava molto rapidamente. L

Camera piccola ma molto pulita e ben attrezzata. Sala da bagno impeccabilmente pulita: anche le pareti della doccia erano asciugate. Sono disponibili diversi giochi di scarpe ben bianche e dolci. Camera tranquilla: ho chiesto di stare lontano dall'ascensore e la ricezione ne ha tenuto conto. Altrimenti non ci sono rumori di conversazione o di televisione nelle camere adiacenti, ma forse sono stato circondato da vicini sensibili e delicati? Colazione in se stesso ma molto gentile e tranquillo, variato nelle scelte proposte e molto copievole. Ristorante di sera Le Rococo: cucina ricercata con pezzi di carne deliziosa e ben preparati: sono stata molto piacevolmente sorpresa! Senza dimenticare il personale : certo giovane ma accogliente e sorridente . Grazie a tutta la squadra! 🙋🏻

Bon hôtel, extrêmement bien situé, personnel agréable et sympathique. Espace petit déjeuner cependant trop étroit et isolation phonique problématique.

Abbiamo viaggiato come gruppo per partecipare ai seminari dell'Università cattolica di Lille, ma solo una stanza disponibile, abbiamo deciso di dare la stanza alla nostra vecchia nuniera tedesca. Quando ha controllato, ha lasciato il passaporto taiwanese, concesso dal governo di Taiwan per i suoi contributi.Grazie ai servizi dell'hotel, la cooperazione con l'Università di LC, finalmente ritrova il passaporto attraverso la consegna espressa. Amazing!

Hotel molto ben situato. Nelle vicinanze delle due principali stazioni ferroviarie. Camminare facilmente nel centro della città. Disponibilità di bagagli. Bella stanza di dimensioni per un prezzo relativamente basso.

C'était fun. Très propre même si j'aurais bien aimé que la poubelle soit vidée entre les 2 jours.
