Hotel con colazione a Lilla

Ho adorato questo hotel! È molto spazioso, quasi come un appartamento, con cucina, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, frigorifero e tanti armadietti, perfetti per riporre vestiti e altri effetti personali. Il bagno è spazioso e ha una zona asciugabiancheria. È vicinissimo alla stazione della metropolitana; la stazione ferroviaria di Lille è a pochi passi, circa dieci minuti. Anche il centro storico di Lille non è lontano; una passeggiata di andata e ritorno dura solo un paio d'ore. Il famoso ristorante Chicoree è proprio accanto e la sera c'è sempre una lunga coda. La hall dell'hotel è stata decorata in modo speciale durante le Olimpiadi, creando un'atmosfera meravigliosa, e il caffè è gratuito dalla mattina alla sera. Ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che sarò a Lille.

La stanza era abbastanza pulita ma abbastanza piccola .difficile per ospitare due persone.Non c'era un forno che possa bollire l'acqua.ma in generale ho trascorso una notte accogliente .L'hotel è situato nel centro di Lille centro città.Bel accesso a posizione iconica di questa città.

Convenient location just next to Eurostar terminal and about 10 minutes walk to Lille city center. The room was spacious enough for two people, although it did have an unexpected baby crib, which felt a bit out of place. Overall, comfortable stay with great accessibility !

It is a very nice hotel, but my stay was ruined. The hotel had decided to have a DJ blast music from one of the hotel rooms to celebrate festivities in Lille that weekend. The DJ was blasting music through an open window to the street below at exceptionally high volume levels. My room was above the DJ. The music shook the room, it was impossible for us to stay in the room. It was a lovely room but it wasn't fit for purpose, and should not have been hired out to guests when the hotel had arranged for a DJ to be creating that level of noise below them. I arrived at the hotel after a 15 hour journey, desperate for rest before going out to meet friends in the evening. Rest was simply impossible in the room. As a result my evening out was also ruined. At the very least a hotel needs to provide a quite relaxing room for guests, this wasn't done. I would advise you to consider other options available before considering this hotel.

La posizione è piuttosto buona, ma altri hotel Ibis sono nel cuore della città per solo pochi chili. Finito di arrivare i taxi a casa di notte, perché ci sono alcune sezioni piuttosto buie, solite sulla strada a casa. Il servizio è stato eccellente per un hotel così conveniente - il personale ha portato piastrelle extra su richiesta, ferro e tavolo di ferro, sempre sorridendo, gentile e competente. Nella stanza c'era una finestra piccola, alzata, che faceva sentire buio e caldo. Eravamo al livello 1, le camere da letto più alte sembravano avere finestre migliori. La materassi era comoda ma non legata o ancorata in- tendeva a surfare lontano dal pannello duro e poi la tua unica coperta si è abbassata tra il divario. Le tue palle erano di merda. Mi sentivo come se dormissi su un pallone d’acqua. Quando ti sei riposata la testa su una sezione, si sarebbe piatta e si sarebbe infiammata l’altra. Abbiamo chiesto un'ulteriore assistenza perché avevo recentemente subito un intervento chirurgico e ne avevo bisogno, e un'ulteriore assistenza è stata fornita, e ho finito usando degli asciugamani per un'ulteriore assistenza, che era meno ideale. Il bagno era pulito, moderno e ha una doccia molto potente. Il condizionamento d'aria era FANTASTIC e potente quando era in funzione, ma poi inesplicabilmente si spegnerebbe forse 2/3 volte la notte e il calore ci sveglierebbe, che era vergognoso. Corriamo caldo e come una camera da letto fredda, quindi questo non può essere un interruttore per voi, ma è molto importante per me e ha influenzato la mia qualità del sonno.

This was the second time i booked the hotel. The first time was lovely staying. However , this time is terrible. You can't believe when you enter the room that box tissue and lady bags were running out. And I requested a sofa bed for my son. But they gave me the baby cot. Luckily, the staff came and took away the cot and open the sofa bed for me. But I needed to make the bed and put the blanket cover for myself.i thought i was working in the hotel. Obviously , the room was cleaned roughly. Hotel needs to ensure the staffs to clean every room seriously and make sure to refill enough tissue in the room. You can have a look at the photos. the telephone. Super ..dirty with yellowish tea stain... and the toilet... thousands years limescale sticking on the toilet bowl. Sigh... The air con was super weak. Pls fix it. We slept with sweat for the whole night. When we opened the sofa bed, we found the lice jumped out. All legs and feet felt itchy immediately. Pls make a timetable to steam the furniture and do pest control. Good points : good location and yummy breakfast

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

An excellent address for people who want to visit Lille. It is located less than a mile a way from the station. And it’s easy to get to sights. The hostel is very clean and the service is great. A good place ran by friendly people. The breakfast is amazing by hostel standards as you get bread, cheese, ham, olives, yoghurt, cereals, hot drink and orange juice. There are also some community activities/workshops going on, but haven’t experienced these.

Great location, specially for short stays! Everything is walking distance and if you arrive/leave by bus or train you’ll be only 5 mins away! Staff are friendly, they allow you to leave your bags during the day after check out. Amenities were okay, although when we arrived the room smelled too much like cleaning products, but everything was clean and neat so we only left the window open and was fine. But other than that good stay for the price/cost of the rooms
