"Le Check-in était rapide, la chambre était propre et les toilettes aussi. On était entre amis mais pas dans la même chambre, du coup, on a demandé au personnel de nous trouver une solution et malgré que y avait plein de monde, il a pu faire le nécessaire."

"Questo hotel non è troppo lontano da Lille Flanders. Il personale è amichevole. Situato all'interno di un vecchio centro commerciale. Il ricevitore è al secondo piano. La stanza è un po' calda anche con la finestra aperta. Poiché è in una zona occupata della città, è stato piuttosto rumoroso di notte."

SSahara travelssI recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The room was spacious and clean, offering good value for the price. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient that there was no kettle or fridge in the room. The metro station was within walking distance, making it easy to get around and explore central Lille quickly. The staff was friendly, but I did have an issue when I requested an extra pillow. I was told there were already extra pillows in the room (which we were using), even though the customer info page mentioned that extra pillows could be requested. That was a bit of a letdown.

UUtente ospiteConvenient location but Apartment a bit dated. Booked a one bedroom apartment and the listing has a photo with a washing machine, but it turned out that only the deluxe studio has it. It’s confusing because we wanted to use the washing machine as shown in the photo but it’s not what the actual room is. We might have chosen another one if we knew washing machine is not included. We had to go down to use the washing machine and dryer for an extra 9 euro. Only 1 lift to that floor.
There’s renovation going on and we started hearing drilling at 8:30am and lifts were busy with workers going up and down doing the work afterwards.
Strong smell of butter in the corridor all along, perhaps because people are cooking with butter? ( no cooking oil provided in room)

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

UUtente ospiteIt is a very nice hotel, but my stay was ruined. The hotel had decided to have a DJ blast music from one of the hotel rooms to celebrate festivities in Lille that weekend. The DJ was blasting music through an open window to the street below at exceptionally high volume levels. My room was above the DJ. The music shook the room, it was impossible for us to stay in the room. It was a lovely room but it wasn't fit for purpose, and should not have been hired out to guests when the hotel had arranged for a DJ to be creating that level of noise below them. I arrived at the hotel after a 15 hour journey, desperate for rest before going out to meet friends in the evening. Rest was simply impossible in the room. As a result my evening out was also ruined. At the very least a hotel needs to provide a quite relaxing room for guests, this wasn't done. I would advise you to consider other options available before considering this hotel.

However, when I asked them to help keep my luggage, they just opened a room door for me and asked me to put my luggage by myself, and when I wanted to get back my luggage, they asked me to take it on my own without even looking at what I was doing. I think they should at least give out a tag or something and mark down our luggage, what if someone comes in and steal the luggage?

MMochichimmyTruly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. Baggage storage is available as the hotel as well. Hotel is well situated near city center which is really convenient.

DDrignoidBe aware that this is a budget hotel. Initially we were given a room that was dirty and not maintained properly, another room was issues and it was great. The shower in the bathroom was a little cramped but manageable. The location is good and it's easy to find. It's close to the cities restaurants and a short walk to the old city. There is a main shopping centre attached and a great place to find breakfast.

FFlorine BEAUMONTC'est la seconde fois que j'allais dans cet hôtel, j'ai eu une chambre en bas, vu qui donne sur l'entrée, avec un rideau qui ne tenait pas. Donc pour se changer c'est compliqué...mais j'aime assez l'endroit, même si un peu moins abîmé ça serait sympa
