UUtente ospiteWe received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service.
The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty.
The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement.
The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner.
The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs.
There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.

In pratica, ogni giorno, Shengli riordina e si alza dal letto, e dopo essere rimasto per una settimana, probabilmente ti sostituirò i volantini... Ci sono altri servizi, praticamente no!

UUtente ospiteShortly after making the booking I contacted the hotel to confirm (I provided my name and the booking number). They told me my booking did not exist and I should check with Trip. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and worry, unfortunately, since we paid upfront. The issue was resolved by Trip very quickly. Late check-in after 10pm was no problem due to their convenient key-safe system (I requested this per Email). Parking in the area was easy enough to find (I believe they also have paid parking available). The carpeting in the room looked rather discoloured and unappealing (no carpet would be better), and the room had a strange, rather unpleasant smell. Kitchenette and fridge were nice extras. A kettle and coffee/tea in the room would be even better. Also, a communal water fountain for drinking would be nice (€2,50 for a small bottle seems a bit steep). The machine with instant coffee is a bonus (€2 perhaps also a bit steep), but there was no milk available on the first morning (only on day 2). The U6 is available from Klinik Großharding which is a short drive away (P+R available for €1.50/day). Overall a good, reasonably priced (except during Oktoberfest for example, when everything is way overpriced) place to stay, with the added convenience of a kitchenette and terrace or balcony. Bathroom was also reasonably sized. Staff were friendly.

\\O_O/Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Jjisen324Easy access to the subway, staff was incredibly friendly, parking was a bit difficult to spot from the outside but was easy to access once we got the instructions (probably should indicate on the website so customers do not have to get out of their car and go inside to ask), rooms are smaller than you think but nothing to complain about. Really chill and chic hotel. Only a couple of mins to get to the city center. Prime location!

La reception e il servizio di pulizia sono molto presenti.La stanza ha un cassaforte, una stanza singole ha finestre, in generale un rapporto costoso.Ci vogliono circa quindici minuti per andare alla stazione ferroviaria centrale. Ci sono bus aeroportuali e supermercati DM vicino.

UUtente ospiteHo avuto un'esperienza incredibile soggiornando in questo hotel! Dal momento in cui ho effettuato il check-in, il personale mi ha accolto con sorrisi calorosi e mi ha fatto sentire come a casa. L'atmosfera dell'hotel era allo stesso tempo invitante ed elegante, creando un'atmosfera meravigliosa per il relax.
La camera era eccezionalmente pulita e ben tenuta e l'attenzione ai dettagli nell'arredamento era impressionante. Il letto comodo assicurava un sonno riposante e i servizi forniti erano di prim'ordine.
Ciò che veramente risalta è stato il servizio impeccabile fornito dal personale dell'hotel. Erano sempre pronti ad assistere con qualsiasi richiesta o domanda e la loro genuina cura per i loro ospiti era evidente in ogni interazione.
Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel era perfetta, con facile accesso alle attrazioni vicine e ai trasporti pubblici. Mi ha permesso di esplorare la città senza sforzo e sfruttare al massimo il mio soggiorno.
Nel complesso, non posso elogiare abbastanza questo hotel. La combinazione di servizio eccellente, splendide sistemazioni e posizione comoda ha reso il mio viaggio davvero memorabile. Ritornerò sicuramente in futuro e consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti la zona.
