Le camere sono molto accoglienti e confortevoli. La posizione è perfetta - proprio in centro ma in una piccola strada tranquilla. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è un po' minimalista :) ma si può ordinare tutto ciò che si desidera essere preparati. Hanno una tessera anche per la colazione. Il ristorante dell'hotel è uno dei migliori della città per il cibo giapponese.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. I think it is probably the best experience for the cost as any I have stayed in all over the world. The room was very nice. I was a little disappointed that we didn’t get an upgrade with Amex special . The restaurants and bar food and service were excellent. The location is perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I was not familiar with Munich so location was an unknown.

Mi sono davvero divertito al Louis Hotel. La posizione non può essere battuta da nessun altro hotel in tutto Monaco. La stanza era davvero bellissimo mobili. Il letto e il letto erano davvero lussuosi. Il minibar era inclusivo, che è bello e rende la camera più piacevole, ma il desk front potrebbe essere più amichevole, forse più addestramento per essere più genuino, come a volte i sorrisi erano davvero forzati, ma potrebbe essere una cosa di Monaco, Dunno.

Schade, dass das Hotel derart schlecht beschildert ist. Als Ortsunkundiger muss man schon ganz konzentriert unterwegs sein, damit man den Hoteleingang findet, denn eigentlich sieht es immer noch wie die Bank aus, die das Hotel einmal war. Innen überzeugt eine luxuriöse Innenarchitektur, die seinesgleichen sucht; die Räumlichkeiten sind hochwertig und modern, ohne opulent oder kalt zu wirken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber leider hatten wir wahrscheinlich das Wochenende der Negativauslese erwischt: In der Bar wird man gesetzt; das Personal merkt aber nicht, dass man die Leute etwas verteilen könnte, anstatt alle Tische nebeneinander zu besetzen. So kommt keine Privatsphäre zustande. Die Barspeisen sind sehr vielfältig und von höchster Güte; wer aber satt werden möchte, geht besser ins Restaurant; die Portionen sind mickrig. Der Frühstücksservice war zu Beginn sehr aufmerksam, das Konzept des Buffetts ist allerdings zu überdenken: entweder ist alles bedient und entsprechend der Service am Tisch, oder es hat eben ein Buffett, das in seiner ganzen Vielfalt zur Verfügung steht. Die Mischform, zu der man mangels Alternative greifen muss, macht es nicht einfach. Eine ganz tolle Brotauswahl wird durch das minimalistische Kaltspeisen Buffett zunichte gemacht: 3 Scheiben Kochs*****en und 6 daumengrosse Salametti resp einen Anschnitt Blauschimmelkäse, einen ebenso kleinen Weissschimmelkäse und eine völlig vertrocknete Scheibe Halbhartkäse war die komplette Auswahl. Daraufhin haben wir uns entschieden, das Käsesortiment à la carte zu bestellen. Auf diese Bestellung haben wir dann gut 20 Minuten gewartet. Das check-out war ebenfalls äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend; auf unseren Wagen (”Ein Mitarbeiter ist bereits unterwegs, um Ihren Wagen zu holen”) haben wir dann allerdings auch warten müssen, so dass sich unsere Reise kumuliert um eine halbe Stunde verzögert hat. Schade, in so einem prunkvollen Haus hätten wir einfach mehr erwartet. Im Wissen, dass die Eröffnung erst Ende Oktober war, sind wir überzeugt, dass, wenn sich alle Prozesse eingeschliffen haben werden, 5* in der Bewertung locker erreicht werden können. PS: als Gast empfiehlt es sich, ein Zimmer nicht strassenseitig zu buchen; die Fenster sind miserabel schallisoliert.

La visita è molto buona.C'è un vegetariano e un delizioso hamburger.Anche in vacanza, devo essere salvato.Veder tutti i tipi di colazione di cognac è molto interessante.Non c'è BGM, vocale di lavoro, vocale di cibo, vocale d'oro e vocale di uccelli nel luogo di colazione. Posso mangiare colazione in un'atmosfera molto tranquilla.Questa volta vivo da solo, ma è un hotel ideale per una persona.Anche all'interno è molto carino.Voglio ancora usarlo.

Il servizio era eccellente, siamo atterrati la mattina presto dopo un volo di 14 ore, abbiamo potuto effettuare il check-in anticipato e anche il check-out tardivo. La posizione è eccellente in quanto sei a pochi passi dal centro di tutto, come Marienplatz, inoltre accanto all'hotel c'è una stazione di servizio che ha un ottimo negozio se hai bisogno di qualcosa, compresi i pretzel freschi. Inoltre c'è un'ottima pizzeria dietro l'angolo che è aperta fino a tardi e hanno una vetrina che vende pizza al taglio se ti viene fame. Buone strutture, l'unica cosa che desiderava era una piscina coperta dato che l'holiday inn ce l'ha a volte, ma questa posizione no. Comunque, ottimo soggiorno, ottimo servizio, ottima posizione, ottimo prezzo.

Il Novotel Munchen City è un hotel decente e pulito al di fuori della città antica di Monaco, ma molto accessibile a tutti i suoi abitanti attraverso la S Bahn. Abbiamo una stanza standard a livello 3 e nonostante la nostra stanza sia all'opuscolo dell'ascensore che alla faccia della strada, la nostra stanza era molto tranquilla. Non potevamo ascoltare l'ascensore. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita con un bagno separato. Una buona parte di questo hotel è stato colazione - una selezione molto vasta con multipli caffè in tutto il ristorante, quindi non è necessario aspettare! Abbiamo anche organizzato un check-in precoce per le 9:00, che costa £30 e è arrivato in super comodo. Si trova anche un parcheggio sotterraneo, una palestra e una piscina. In sintesi, un buon hotel a prezzi accessibili in un luogo tranquillo - consigliere.

Hotel molto carino e pulitissimo. Una cosa che ho trovato meravigliosa è stato il letto, mai visto un letto più comodo di questo, infatti non riuscivamo ad alzarci tanto che era comodo. Personale gentilissimo, in particolare menziono Sergio all'accoglienza e il concierge Nat che ci ha consigliato il ristorante e il locale da prenotare per trascorrere capodanno. La zona so che è la migliore di Munich, ma io non l'ho tanto trovato vicino al centro, anche se fermata della metro è praticamente sotto. Lo consiglio vivamente, l'unico appunto negativo che devo fare è che non ci sono state fornite ciabattine su richiesta, direi che un hotel come l'Hilton questo non se lo può permettere, abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti e purtroppo non avevo le ciabatte. La complimentary water la danno solo il primo giorno del soggiorno. Nel complesso validissimo!

This fairly small private hotel is a joy. The rooms are extremely well appointed and hold one great advantage over similar hotels in the vicinity of Munchen Hbf. ...... they feature kitchenette facilities (microwave, fridge and two electric rings). For supplies there is a Rewe supermarket a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are fabulous; from reception to room service. Although Schilerstrasse may not be to everyone's taste the hotel is virtually at the Hbf. end of the street so a visitor, if he/she so wishes, can avoid the 'Hostess' bars which are further down the street. Within a 10 minute walk you are right in the main shopping centre of the city. All the main brewery run restaurants are also within a 30 minute meander ...... Weisses Brauhaus, Andechser am Dom, zum Augustiner and zum Franziskaner.

What an enjoyable 4 nights we spent at the Torbrau it is a 10/15minute walk from Marienplatz and 10 minutes from the Hofbrauhaus but across the rd is the Augustiner Keller whose bier is better and cheaper, The Torbrau may be 4 star rated but you get 7 star treatment from the staff so polite and friendly, offering great advice during our stay they couldn’t help enough , Rooms were spotless, the Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, it is ideally situated and couple of minutes walk from the Isator S Bahn station a word of advice when catching the S8 train from the airport get a group ticket for 27 euros up to a maximum of 5 persons. If more than 2 of you as it’s 13 euros per person if not. Torbrau thank you we definitely hope to return in the future.

Loved it! Full of tiny suprimes to delight guests and make your stay more enjoyable. Staff: incredibly friendly and attentive. I was offered a welcome and check-out beverage (water, coffee, tea), ability to check in/out online, they have a virtual concierge which gives good suggestions! I visited again in the evening, where there was a nice vibe, and again received great service throughout. Location: 3 min from Marienplatz, 10-20min walk to museums and other restaurants. Only downside is you are in a city center, so I would suggest to bring ear buds. The glass cleaners came at 4am! Rooms: super clean, the bed and sheets are very comfy, the music in the bathrooms (which can be turned off) is a nice touch. Modern bathroom with the basic amenities you need. Overall, I loved it and hope to return! Thank you!

There were 5 of us with 2 rooms/apt. We had a Garden Studio (2 adults) and City Suite (3 adults) for 4 nights Garden Studio: 4th floor and no view of any garden, just construction and buildings. Apt. was in a separate building several doors down from main lobby entrance. The toilet ran for two nights and eventually fixed, sink did not drain properly and stopper eventually not working, had to be repaired and air conditioning never cooled off the room. City View: Major construction across the street with a hugh fence around it. However, construction noises began early in the morning and impossible to sleep after 8 a.m. Staff was friendly. The location of the two rooms was most undesirable. They tried to get our rooms close together which we appreciated, but we made the reservation so far in advance, I would have thought a better location was possible, especially when paying over 800 E for the two rooms each night.
