Hotel con spa a Monaco di Baviera

Le persone dell'hotel sono molto amichevole e utile. Abbiamo soggiornato questa volta con un gruppo di ＞30 persone. Eccellente! La camera è stata aggiornata a una con vista sulle montagne. Era spaziosa, situata in un angolo con una vista a 270 gradi, e si potevano ammirare le Alpi in lontananza. Servizi: Hotel in stile appartamento con angolo cottura essenziale, macchina del caffè e supermercato al piano inferiore. Pulizia: Molto pulito. Servizi: È disponibile un parcheggio coperto nel seminterrato, molto comodo per chi arriva in auto. Tuttavia, il parcheggio Velet è un po' caro, a 35 € a notte.

Ottimo hotel, il personale è davvero cordiale e la piscina coperta e la palestra sono ben attrezzate. Colazione ottima, con tanto di riso fritto e porridge. La lounge VIP è piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario.

I am not familiar with Munich. So I made book in a wrong hotel. I thought this hotel is located next to Alstad. In fact it's located in Munich neighborhood called Scwabing. My Mom has Osteoarthritis knee pain. So she can't walk too far. The hotel refused to cancel for free since we booked non modified reservation. This hotel is okay. But not for old people there is no kettle, no refrigerator, no tea, coffee, no shower cap. Hotel also didn't prepare shampoo for us. Design is okay but too simple. Location is not at Alstad and it's too expensive overprice for hotel located on Scwabing

L'hotel si trova di fronte alla stazione centrale di Monaco, proprio dall'altra parte della strada. La colazione dell'hotel è molto buona e anche i cinesi sono abituati a mangiare. L'ambiente è molto buono e anche il servizio è buono.

Overall, I was very happy with the staff, cleanliness, location, and condition of the rooms. The only area I’d mention as having room for improvement is the Wi-Fi. The connection in our room on the 3rd floor was quite unreliable for a business trip. I was attending an exposition and needed to upload and post a significant amount of video content to social media, and the low Wi-Fi performance made this difficult. Additionally, it would be appreciated if drinking water could be provided in the room daily (ideally in glass bottles, if possible). Thank you for your kind attention.
