Hotel 3 stelle a Lijiang

Location is near Shuhe and Baisha Ancient town, as well as a clear view of the Jade dragon mountain on a clear day. Room also came with fruits and tea which was nice. There is also free shuttle service to the nearby ancient town though I did not utilise it. However, I must say the room amenities and layout is average and not amazing compared to some other homestay I experienced at Lijiang Ancient town and in Dali as well. Additionally I experienced some hiccups during my stay. As I had to leave early at 6.30am in the morning, the hot water for shower was not working that early in the morning probably due to the location and not many people using the hot water which causes a huge delay in receiving hot water from their water taps. Do take note of this if you are planning to take a shower early in the morning.

Everything about this place, from location to hospitality, is amazing! The homestay arranged to pick us up at an intersection and carried our luggages all the way. The sound proofing of the rooms are not that good though, so a word of caution for light sleepers. During our stay, 小李 took really good care of us, never failed to ask what we intended to do on each day, provided help and suggestionsto us on what to do. We started and ended each day chatting with him. 😊 On our check out day, we had to leave at 6.30am to Shangri-La and 小李 woke up to help us with our luggages and waited with us till our driver came! We could not thank him enough and appreciate him going all the way to help us. We had a wonderful 5-day stay and Lijiang made an impression on us. We definitely recommend anyone to stay there..

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero memorabile allo YUNDU e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un posto confortevole, accogliente e arredato con gusto a Lijiang. Nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata molto positiva, con un servizio eccellente, un design accogliente e tanti dettagli curati. C'erano alcuni piccoli aspetti da migliorare, ma non hanno influito negativamente sul mio soggiorno. La colazione era eccellente e sinceramente migliore di molti pasti che ho consumato fuori. La zia locale che prepara la colazione è incredibilmente cordiale e amichevole. Il mixian è molto amichevole con gli stranieri, leggero, confortante e non unto o salato come molti ristoranti all'aperto. Ho richiesto verdure extra e uova sode in più, e lei è stata più che felice di accontentarmi. Questa attenzione mi ha davvero colpito. Il cane samoiedo dello YUNDU, Sanjin (三斤), è davvero il cuore e la mascotte dell'hotel. È estremamente amichevole e intelligente. Il personale diceva cose come ”去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” e Sanjin si avvicinava immediatamente. Durante il mio tè pomeridiano, si è avvicinato silenziosamente e si è seduto accanto a me, un momento davvero toccante. Al momento del check-out, ho persino ricevuto delle calamite da frigo di Sanjin e una foto Polaroid, un gesto incredibilmente premuroso. La prima impressione è stata fantastica. Come parte del pacchetto, YUNDU ha organizzato il trasferimento dall'aeroporto di Lijiang a bordo di un veicolo elettrico pulito e confortevole. L'autista è stato cordiale, loquace e disponibile, e il viaggio verso l'hotel è stato fluido e rilassante. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dall'upgrade gratuito della camera. La camera di categoria superiore era spaziosa, perfetta per lo stretching mattutino, e includeva una vasca da bagno grande e pulitissima. Sono state fornite delle palline da bagno e una maschera in tessuto, un tocco invernale davvero delizioso. Il letto era molto comodo. I cuscini erano un po' morbidi per i miei gusti, ma ce n'erano di più rigidi disponibili, e stratificarli era perfetto. La coperta era spessa, morbida e calda, e anche durante le interruzioni di corrente sono rimasto a mio agio. I servizi erano ben pensati, tra cui un asciugacapelli Laifen con un potente flusso d'aria, una grande TV ad alta definizione di fronte al letto con accesso VIP allo streaming e un grande umidificatore adatto all'uso notturno. La disposizione del bagno era eccellente per l'inverno, con WC e doccia separati. Il WC elettronico è dotato di riscaldamento e scarico automatico, e la zona doccia include aria calda dall'alto. Anche l'illuminazione dello specchio è ottima per il trucco. C'erano alcune piccole pecche nella disposizione. Non c'è il riscaldamento a pavimento e le pantofole erano posizionate lontano dall'ingresso. Il bollitore elettrico era posizionato su un mobiletto senza una presa di corrente nelle vicinanze. Il servizio era uno dei punti di forza di YUNDU. Il personale mi ha aiutato con i bagagli, mi ha fornito visite guidate delle camere e mi ha fatto il check-in regolarmente tramite WeChat. Quando ho accennato a un possibile disagio dovuto all'altitudine, mi hanno persino regalato una bombola di ossigeno. Il capo è stato gentile e mi ha aiutato volentieri a scattare foto con Sanjin. L'unica piccola lacuna è stata il servizio di maggiordomo. Ho scoperto chi fosse il mio maggiordomo solo l'ultima sera, e uno dei servizi inclusi era una visita con accompagnatore all'antica città di Baisha, che non è mai avvenuta: né io né il personale ce ne siamo ricordati finché non ho recensito il mio pacchetto su Trip.com. Detto questo, il mio maggiordomo è stato estremamente efficiente nell'organizzare il trasporto per il lago Lugu, con un coordinamento impeccabile e prezzi ragionevoli. L'intera struttura è arredata con gusto, accogliente e invitante. Il camino nella hall è un punto forte, perfetto per le serate invernali. Durante le mie prime due notti, ci sono state delle interruzioni di corrente. Anche se questo ha ritardato un po' il mio lavoro, la stanza è rimasta calda. Il lato positivo è stato l'assenza di inquinamento luminoso e la possibilità di ammirare un cielo stellato, che è diventato uno dei miei momenti preferiti del soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente YUNDU a chiunque cerchi una vista meravigliosa, un design curato, un servizio cordiale e un soggiorno confortevole ma conveniente a Lijiang. Se amate Lijiang, venite a Baisha. Se amate Baisha, venite a YUNDU.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Most Memorable Stay of My First Trip to China I did a lot of research before choosing this guesthouse in Lijiang. Then I saw a photo of Aobai and somehow felt a calling 😂. I'm so glad I booked it because this turned out to be the most memorable stay of my entire trip. From the moment we arrived, Ah Zhi and Xiaofei came to pick us up from the drop-off point and helped with our large and heavy luggage. We were travelling with children and walking slowly, but Xiaofei patiently walked with us while Ah Zhi pulled the luggage trolley all the way. My first impression was that Ah Zhi and Xiaofei looked quite serious and intimidating 😂, but after getting to know them, I discovered they are some of the kindest and most helpful people I met during my trip. The guesthouse is tucked away among the shops, making it peaceful, quiet, and cozy. We were welcomed by beautiful lady boss Wang Hui with high-quality Pu'er tea and flower pastries. The hospitality started immediately, and the tea never seemed to stop flowing. Xiaofei, who constantly made sure I never went thirsty. Every time he saw me, he would offer me tea or stop by for a chat. Although my Mandarin is limited, communication was never a problem. We used Google Translate whenever needed and even had a few of our famous ”fresh air sessions” together 😂. Before long, it became an inside joke whenever Ah Zhi or Xiaofei saw me. Of course, I cannot forget Aobai, the true star of the guesthouse! The owners were always happy to let Aobai out whenever my children wanted to see or play with him. After one play session, Xiaofei even noticed my coat was covered in Aobai's fur and handed me a lint remover. Such a thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was one of the most unique experiences. All guests sit together at one long dining table, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. As a Muslim, I couldn't eat the noodles, but that was not a problem. I enjoyed steamed sweet potatoes, corn, and eggs, while the staff kindly prepared hot water for the cup noodles I brought for my children and even provided milk drinks. Everyone was respectful of my dietary restrictions. There is also a free-flow coffee machine in the lobby using freshly ground coffee beans. Thank you, Ah Zhi, for making fresh coffee for me. When I requested milk for my coffee, Ah Zhi and Xiaofei happily helped. These little gestures made me feel so welcome. It rained throughout our stay, but Xiaofei and Ah Zhi constantly reminded us to take umbrellas whenever we went out. Even when they were having dinner, they would come out to assist us, greet us when we returned, or see us off when we left. A special thank you to Wang Hui, Ah Zhi, and Xiaofei. Their warmth, kindness, and hospitality made us feel completely at home. On checkout day, our train was very early, and Ah Zhi kindly sent us off with flower pastries and milk drinks for the journey. Xiaofei also recommended a halal restaurant nearby, and the food was exceptionally delicious. I would also like to thank the other staff members whose names I unfortunately did not get. Every single person we met was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. I already miss Aobai and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making my first trip to China such a memorable one. Ho dato un'occhiata a questa locanda prima di fare il check-in e aveva delle buone recensioni. Non sono rimasto deluso dopo il check-in e sono stato molto soddisfatto. Innanzitutto, la posizione della locanda è molto buona, gli spostamenti sono comodi, anche le camere sono belle, c'è un bellissimo salice davanti alla porta, secondo il proprietario, anche il nome della locanda deriva da questo albero, anche la colazione è buona, i noodles di riso sono deliziosi! Il capo è anche molto premuroso. Quando usciamo per visitare la città antica di notte, ci ricorda sempre di indossare più vestiti e di non prendere freddo! Un'esperienza di soggiorno fantastica.

Our stay at Yinjian Inn was absolutely delightful, and we’d strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to Lijiang. The hospitality here is unparalleled and truly top-notch. From the moment we booked, the inn's owner reached out to us via WeChat. She responded promptly to all our queries, making us feel cared for and welcomed. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout our 3D2N stay. I really need to point out the EXCEPTIONAL service provided by the owner and staff. For those familiar with 丽江古城 (Old Town of Lijiang), you’d know how challenging it can be to navigate its cobblestone streets, especially with heavy luggage. The inn owner kindly helped us carry our bulky luggage from the Didi drop-off point to our rooms, which was a lifesaver. Moreover, she noticed that my grandparents had some difficulty walking and graciously upgraded us to a larger family room on the ground floor to spare them from climbing stairs. Every day, we were treated to dessert soup, fresh fruits, and a hearty breakfast. It felt like being pampered with home-cooked meals that left us feeling nourished and too full to enjoy the other street food sold in the 古城. Situated on 狮子山 (Lion Hill) within 丽江古城, Yinjian Inn boasts one of the best locations in the area. Perched at the highest point, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city, both from the rooms and the nearby Didi drop-off point, which is just a minute's walk away. While the walk down to the busier parts of the 古城 is easy and filled with charming shops and eateries, the climb back up can be a bit of a workout. However, the picturesque views and opportunities to rest and visit the stores along the way more than make up for it. Our room was clean and well-furnished, blending modern comfort with traditional Chinese aesthetics. The room included all the necessary amenities- also don't worry, there is a bidet with all sorts of cool functions. My family and I left with full hearts (and stomachs!) and immense gratitude for the care we received. Alloggi molto unici nel centro della città antica di Lijiang. Questo hotel ha bellissimi cani e gatti di animali domestici. Abbiamo incontrato anche un paio di parrucche molto divertenti con un comando di intrattenimento della lingua nativa. Il curiosamente eclectic decor è stato aggiunto anche al fascino. Se si sta cercando negozi e ristoranti senza fine, questo è un grande luogo di soggiorno. Il mercato tradizionale vicino a Zhongyi con il suo mercato notturno molto occupato e pieno di notte offre un gran numero di stalle alimentari per i visitatori di cibo. Il punto negativo è che veicoli come le auto o gli scooter non sono ammessi sulle strade strette della città antica, che per noi significavano un cammino di dieci minuti per raggiungere le strade circostanti per catturare autobus e taxi verso gli attrazioni commerciali o turistiche esterne. Ma in generale questo è un grande posto per rimanere se siete ragionevolmente mobili. Vorrei aggiungere che l'ospite è stato incredibilmente ospite nel garantire che le nostre esigenze siano soddisfatte e nel aiutarci a organizzare un trasferimento alla fine del nostro soggiorno.

È difficile scegliere una casa vacanze a Lijiang. Ho scelto questa. È molto vicina a Mufu e al mercato di Zhongyi. Il cancello non è completamente affacciato sulla strada. È un po' in mezzo al vicolo. È riservata e non rumorosa. Ci vuole solo 1 minuto a piedi per raggiungere Mufu e 5 minuti per il mercato di Zhongyi. Ci sono molti piatti deliziosi in giro. Siamo rimasti per 3 giorni consecutivi. Il proprietario del negozio è stato molto accogliente. Ho aggiunto WeChat e li ho trattati come se fossero di famiglia. Abbiamo usato una piccola auto per spedire i bagagli sulla strada principale all'andata e al ritorno. Era troppo faticoso trascinare i bagagli per strada nella città antica. I noodles di riso ”cross-bridge” consigliati dal proprietario del negozio erano davvero deliziosi. Ho mangiato un'altra celebrità di Internet, ma non era deliziosa come quella consigliata. Penso sia meglio scegliere una locanda vicino alla strada per un facile accesso. Penso che il mercato di Zhongyi sia più divertente per mangiare e passeggiare rispetto ai negozi della città antica, ahah!

When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
