"Location is SUPER B. It's just across the MRT station and bus stop. We took the local MRT from Taipei to Chiayi instead of the High Speed Train. If you wanted to go to Alishan is super easy to DIY since the bus stop is just across the hotel. And from Alishan the bus will drop you 1min away from the hotel. Room is spacious enough and clean. There is a bathtub, perfect to finish the tiring day. Wenhua night market is only 10-13minutes walk. There is a resto near the hotel that serves cheap and good local food. It's just in the corner of hotel. I included it in picture.
Staff are also nice and helpful."

"Stayed for 2 nights and everything seems ok except the wifi is poor. There is a laundry room on the 8th floor with 2 washers and 2 dryers. You can get free detergent from the lobby but both the washer and dryer need to pay : NT50 for the washer and NT50 for the dryer. Breakfast was ok."

"Il personale del servizio frontale era amichevole e carino, ma quando siamo arrivati alle 1:00, abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 3:00 per entrare, perché non era consentito l’ingresso precoce, che era un po’ deludente. La lavastoviglie aveva un odore sgradevole, probabilmente a causa del sistema di drenaggio, ma avevano fornito con pensiero un freschiatore d’aria. La camera da bagno tripla era un po’ piccola, probabilmente a causa del design, e mancava spazio per appendere i vestiti. La posizione è molto conveniente, a circa 10–15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Chiayi. Una delle migliori parti del soggiorno era il servizio di deposito bagagli dal momento che andavamo a Alishan il giorno dopo, potevamo lasciare le nostre valigie all'hotel per tutta la notte e raccoglierle quando siamo tornati. Inoltre, il vicino ristorante che serve la zuppa di carne Chiayi è davvero un grande merita un tentativo!"

JJannnnnService staff was great in helping me with everything i need e.g getting a taxi , amenities are sufficient and there is washing machine if you need to wash clothes. Room is clean, bed is comfy for the night! location is near wenhua night market as well! will consider staying here again next time if i am in chiayi!

Di fronte a un centro commerciale e abbastanza vicino anche ad alcuni luoghi turistici. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera è spaziosa con ciò di cui hai bisogno. Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza.

TTanystropheusQuesta volta ho alloggiato in una camera doppia al primo piano. La stanza era grande e aveva soffitti alti. Tuttavia, poiché la stanza era piuttosto vuota, l'isolamento acustico dell'altra stanza non era molto buono stile buffet, ma ho sentito che il personale della cucina era un po' occupato e non aveva tempo per lavare i piatti.
L'esperienza complessiva è buona. Lo sportello può aiutare a depositare i bagagli e chiamare un taxi, il che è molto comodo.

UUtente ospiteUn hotel molto economico, il panorama è grande, il servizio è buono, l'unico isolamento sonoro non è buono, il suono della porta della stanza è troppo facile per penetrare molto, molto ricco ogni sera o prima mattina, ma ancora penso che la posizione geografica sia buona, dal mercato notturno, il cibo è molto vicino, e la farmacia del parco, e ci sono molti posti di parcheggio.

DDelonXDFirst I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too?
Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything??
This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover.
The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter.
We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!

UUtente ospiteDue notti e due camere, il primo giorno fuma molto. Il personale di stanza ci aiuta immediatamente a cambiare la stanza. Le condizioni sono migliori, ma il pavimento è sporco, il pavimento è anche in trappola, il letto è morbido e il sonno non è molto stabile.
Quando torniamo all'hotel il giorno dopo sera, ho scoperto che l'aria fredda era completamente infallita. La macchina di risposta del personale di stanza non ha mostrato un difetto. Portiamo l'ascensore e poi toliamo l'ascensore per ‼️ Ma l'aria fredda del terzo piano è tutto difetto ‼️
Ancora una volta al bancone, siamo finalmente disposti a cambiarci per la stanza del secondo piano.Ma l'intero corridoio del secondo piano ha inondato la luce (il giorno dopo, la mattina), possiamo solo trovare la luce con il portafogli cellulare.Fortunatamente, la stanza è buona, il pavimento è ancora pulito, il letto è comodo e duro. La pulizia del bagno è peggio, e le tracce di acqua
Non so se la stanza è così scarsa (o con piano fisso per gli ospiti di rete) a causa della prenotazione sul sito web della camera.Ma l'hotel ha molti gruppi scolastici che partecipano alla competizione. Pensiamo che l'ambiente così pulito possa essere migliorato; Ora i bambini sono anche allergici. Se possono trasformare completamente il suolo in pavimenti, sarà più facile pulire e non assorbire gusti cattivi.

UUtente ospiteI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Chiayi Train Station, with 小北百貨 and a 7-11 nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier. They also went out of their way to prepare extra pillows when we requested them, and had them ready by the time we returned from dinner.
The buffet breakfast offered a variety of western and ********* options. While the food was decent, it was filling enough to start our day. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk to the night market, making it easy to explore local food and shops.
My family and I stayed here both before and after our trip to Mt. Ali, and we even extended our stay due to a typhoon. We felt well-rested and enjoyed our time. When double beds weren’t available, the staff combined two single beds, creating a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, warm service, and comfortable accommodations!

UUtente ospite很好的體驗，首次到訪入住1晚，房間佈置很溫馨，床品軟硬適中，個人很喜歡！服務人員親切友善，早餐雖然種類不多，但該有的都有，且提供的粥品味道不錯，位置離夜市也不會太遠，隔音還可以，超級安靜，第二晚因有活動所以入住的房客比較多，環境整理的部分還滿貼心的，新備品，當天早餐因未取用水果，床頭燈具的木頭框框似乎不在打掃範圍內，故有些灰塵，但瑕不掩瑜，是還會想要再訪的飯店
