Hotel 4 stelle a Amsterdam

L'hotel è molto carino, molto vicino alla stazione RAI di Amsterdam. L'area colazione è molto ampia e molto ricca. Ci sono più di una dozzina di scelte di cereali e condimenti, e c'è anche una lunga fila di formaggi e fette di carne. Il porridge cinese è un po' troppo denso e le uova al tè sono piuttosto buone. C'è anche una vasta gamma di varietà di latte e il succo di frutta e verdura verde vagen è delizioso. Anche se la stanza non è grande, è adeguata. Il letto è di buona qualità e lo spessore della trapunta è adeguato. Ho dormito bene entrambe le notti. Anche la macchina del caffè, che non vedevo da molto tempo da quando viaggiavo in Europa, è abbastanza nuova. Il bagno è simile ad un pezzo unico giapponese, molto pulito. La pulizia delle camere in Europa è migliore di quella del Regno Unito. Il Regno Unito in realtà deve presentarsi alla reception ogni giorno🥵 È il miglior hotel in Francia, Spagna, Portogallo e Paesi Bassi.

Soggiorno fantastico nel complesso! L'hotel è proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria e vicino alla stazione degli autobus, quindi è molto facile spostarsi. Il personale è stato gentile e molto disponibile. La camera era pulita e confortevole, ma un po' piccola con spazio limitato per aprire valigie di grandi dimensioni. Mancavano alcuni articoli da bagno come la cuffia per la doccia, ma il personale ha gentilmente provveduto a procurarmeli quando richiesto. Consiglierei questo hotel a chiunque visiti Amsterdam.

I love this hotel! My 4 night stay with them is awesome! The river view is stunning 🤩 Tho it is a walking distance (~15mins) to the central station, it doesn’t feel that long as we were enjoying the river view during the walk. I love the location as it is quiet and peaceful, compare to those in the city centre. The room is spacious for 3 person and we can all open our luggages at the same time! The smart TV allows us to have some leisure time by playing the YouTube videos too! The receptions are very nice and helpful! They are genuinely explaining the details during the check in! All in all, I will definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Amsterdam! Superb!

La struttura della doccia è un po' particolare. Non c'è una porta che impedisca all'acqua di raggiungere il WC. Il personale dell'hotel è gentile e disponibile. La stanza è ordinata e confortevole, il wifi è stabile, ma non so perché usare la TV per guardare YouTube non sia abbastanza stabile, continua sempre a caricare, ma il canale TV non è un problema. Il bagno utilizza la modalità di risparmio elettronico, se si faceva il bagno troppo a lungo, la luce si spegneva. Quindi, devi uscire dal bagno per far sembrare che le luci siano dentro. Strano che le persone al piano superiore spostassero le cose di notte e talvolta fossero rumorose. Ma non disturba il mio sonno. La posizione è buona, vicino alla stazione centrale di Amsterdam, molti ristoranti e pub si trovano nelle vicinanze, e a pochi passi si può raggiungere The Pancake Bakery, l'ufficio postale e la fermata del tram è di fronte all'hotel, comodo prendere il n. 2 tram per il Museo Van Goh.

The second issue concerns my food delivery. I had ordered food late at night, and it was left at the reception. When I went to collect it a few hours later, I was informed that the food had been thrown away. I was never contacted, no attempt was made to inform me that my order had arrived, and no explanation was provided as to why my personal property had been discarded. This is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a shocking lack of respect for guests and their belongings. The combination of these incidents reflects an alarming lack of professionalism, respect for guest privacy, and basic customer service standards. I expect the following: 1. A formal investigation into the conduct of the staff involved. 2. A written explanation as to why my room was entered against my explicit instructions. 3. An explanation as to why my food delivery was disposed of without my consent or any attempt to contact me. 4. An apology addressing the unacceptable treatment I experienced. 5. Il servizio e le condizioni dell'hotel sono piuttosto buoni, la camera è abbastanza spaziosa e la colazione a buffet è abbondante. La vicinanza alla stazione della metropolitana è un plus notevole. L'unico inconveniente è la scarsità di strutture commerciali nelle vicinanze.

A pochi passi dalla stazione centrale, l'hotel è molto conveniente per i turisti, si può vedere la vista del canale attraverso la finestra. Anche se la posizione è perfetta, il servizio non è perfetto, poiché l'armadio non è stato sostituito durante la pulizia, e anche la cuscino è stato lavato dopo l'uso.

Hotel non centralissimo, con stazione per arrivare in centro a 800 metri di distanza, ma comodamente raggiungibile a piedi. Personale gentile e professionale, struttura moderna e dotata di tutti i comfort. Camere “con vista”. Pulizia impeccabile e molto attenti ai dettagli. Non manca una palestra al 19esimo piano.

La camera e la colazione erano ottime. Anche il personale era molto gentile e disponibile. Peccato solo che il bar fosse chiuso, quindi non abbiamo potuto prendere da bere o altro. Però c'era un bar con biliardo e freccette nelle vicinanze ed è andato tutto bene lì 👍
