Hotel a 3 stelle in Queensland, Australia

This could be an amazing hotel but it is run down, needs better maintenance and service is non existent. Arrived 30min early asked if room was ready, they wanted to charge money, when said no will just go for a walk can you store luggage, no they wouldn't (most hotels do this). Room was a great lay out, but holes in the wall, black mould in corners of shower, no info on how to work TV. Air con was great. Location is fabulous. Swimming pool was full of leaves and kids pool completely green. Front desk never seemed to have anyone there. A few areas of improvement and this would we a lovely but at the moment not a great place to stay.

Veramente bella vista, buona posizione vicino al centro commerciale e facile da navigare intorno alla città da lì, ha un bel piccolo giardino e piscina e anche un cortile da tennis, così come una sauna, proprio sul fiume per vedere il risalto e il tramonto, Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno ha una cucina completa e tutti gli utensili, le tazze e i panni.

The hotel was clean and comfortable.staff extremely friendly and helpful. Amenities were good for the Price.definitely no complaints

I booked on the day we arrived as I needed accommodation close to Northshore Eat Street. Saw reviews about access issues so I called before booking and was advised access info is sent at 2pm. We had no problems with online booking and receiving access code. Room was good value for money with balcony, plenty of free parking and wifi. Would definitely book again if I need accommodation close to airport.

Ho soggiornato all'Hotel Tropiq a metà ottobre 2023 e ho trascorso un buon soggiorno. Lati positivi: ottima posizione con bar nelle vicinanze, ristorante indiano e ristorante britannico. Solo un taxi da $ 20 per il molo/porto turistico o 20 minuti a piedi dalla città. Il personale della reception era super gentile e disponibile. Piacevolmente, la stanza si adattava perfettamente anche alla mia battuta di pesca in solitaria. Aspetti negativi: l'Hotel Tropiq era molto semplice/ghetto con una disposizione particolare delle camere. I letti erano su rulli ed era difficile dormire. Finestre e porte scorrevoli erano molto dubbie. Nessuna zanzariera su una finestra! Era certamente uno stile di alloggio economico. In futuro alloggerò in un posto più carino se la mia ragazza si unirà a me

Sorprendentemente economico da queste parti. Guardando le recensioni, ci sono alcune recensioni negative su scarafaggi e sporcizia, ma è sorprendentemente pulito. Non era nella mia stanza. Forse se ci sono delle persone rumorose, il suono potrebbe essere forte attraverso la metropolitana? Comunque la pulizia è stata fatta bene e il personale gentile. Puoi venire e restare di nuovo.

We were a group of 4 and we had 4 singles beds with was fine and we stayed 3 night. Room was basic but fine enough for us. Small mini fridge, tea coffee and kettle. We had paid for continental breakfast. The first morning was okay with just a very basic choices of cereal, toast, croissant, packaged cheese and sliced ham, some Greek yogurt, and tinned peaches, and whole fruit. Basic sachet instant coffee available for free but machine coffee was five dollars. What was very disappointing was for the other two mornings there was no yogurt no croissants and no fruit . When asked if they had Greek yoghurt they said they had run out and didn't have any . To me this is very unacceptable considering there is a Woolworths directly across the road from the hotel. No excuses to have run out of food for a breakfast that is paid for . The only option left to eat was either a slice of toast or a bowl of corn flakes ... absolutely ridiculous considering you pay for a continental breakfast.

It’s a minimalistic hotel, but in saying that it is what you pay for. It is great location very close to the city Valley and WooloonGabba. Very affordable discreet and very flexible with checking times. Front desk is not always manned but upon a phone call they are there in a jiffy. My first day wasn’t the greatest but I’ve had much better days since then and it depends on the rooms that you get but most of them are very very cozy. They have air-conditioning a bathroom and an ample space for two or a family of three with small child .  also has a fridge and hot water. there’s a front and a back entrance and ample street parking as well as small amount of parking at the back you can come and go as you please without being harassed by front desk staff. It is ideal if you’re a night owl . on average I would give them 3 1/2 out of five stars however my most recent chips are probably 4 out of 5. 

Nice room with own bathroom and shower. The pillow was like a brick, but otherwise great bunks! Huge and beautiful pool area. The club was also super nice. Nice and clean kitchen areas, multiple of them in the hostel (one in every level) so they weren’t too busy. Customer service was also amazing. Totally recommend!

La posizione è meravigliosa. 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Roma St dove il treno aeroportuale si ferma e l'autobus grigio/flix parte. I letti sono così comodi, grandi matite e cuscini.C'è un cabinetto chiuso nel ponte di letto per memorizzare i valori che è utile, ma è un po' annoiante perché si spacca le gambe su di esso se si muove nel sonno. È pulito abbastanza per dormire e esistere in, ma le norme di pulizia devono migliorare perché è piuttosto sporco. L'ostello cerca di renderlo sociale con attività quotidiane, ma non è davvero un ostello sociale. Ci sono molti viaggiatori asiatici che non interagiscono davvero con altre persone, solo i loro telefoni.
