Hotel 3 stelle a Banff

È in una bella posizione, molto amichevole personale e un grande servizio. Tutto era accessibile da lì e la fermata dell'autobus era vicino. L'hotel ci ha dato passeggeri di autobus gratis per tutto il giorno viaggiando, tuttavia, perché avevamo la macchina che non l'avevamo usata. Ho preso un alloggio e era molto bello, era l'ultimo sulla proprietà e molto tranquillo, ma molto accessibile. Non ho usato nessuna delle attrezzature, quindi non so, ma tutto sembra piuttosto solido.

La casa sorpresa, abbiamo trascorso due notti felici qui.La stanza è molto pulita e pulita, la cucina e la sala da letto sono insieme, la camera da letto è più grande di quanto immaginato e il letto è molto comodo.C'è caldo e bagno da usare. Andiamo al supermercato per comprare cibo da soli e fare la cena.C'è un piccolo gilet di pasticceria sotto il pavimento.L'hotel ha la propria piscina di zuppa, molto piccola, siamo troppo stanchi per andare a fare il bagno.Il personale è molto entusiasta, la vecchia serratura della porta non è molto utile.

La stanza è molto pulita. La stanza è molto calda quando arriva l'inverno e si apre il caldo per 24 ore.Nel centro di Banf, è molto conveniente comprare e mangiare. C'è un parcheggio accanto, quindi alcuni posti di trasporto aeroportuale sono accanto a questo hotel. Ho appena lasciato l'autobus dall'aeroporto per prendere il camion dal parcheggio dell'hotel. Il ritorno all'aeroporto è anche in auto da questo posto.

On March 19th 2026 at noon, I called the hotel and spoke with a lady who seemed to be the manager. I told her that I couldn’t drive to Banff from Kamloops because of the road closure on Trans-Canada Highway 1 and Highway 93 due to the bad weather—heavy snow, a force majeure situation, Mother Nature herself! That lady didn’t want to cancel my reservation and give me a full refund. I asked her which road I should take, but she couldn’t answer. I had to take alternate roads to Jasper, Hinton, Evansvurg, Drayton Valley, Rocky Mountain House, Sundre, Cochrane, and finally arrived at the hotel around 2 a.m. That lady really should have not been working at the hotel.

Parcheggio ampio, camere sono state modernizzate. Grande caratteristica che si può utilizzare le piscine calde dell'hotel Canoe lungo la strada. Un po' al bordo della città, ma si possono ottenere biglietti d'autobus gratuito per andare in giro Banff.

Hotel is a bit far from town but it provides free town shuttle. We booked the balcony room hoping to get a better view. We have rooms with big trees in front. When asked if we can change rooms, he won’t change since it’s not booked direct. The balcony room has little heat as the heater is smaller and the room is colder.

Il servizio era buono. Il ristorante casa è chili’s. Il tubo caldo/acqua primavera è stato più grosso. Lockers sono 25c, le tovalette da piscina sono libere di uso. La camera 230 era un po 'battuto, sporco e le pareti sono gentile, ma sarebbe tornato.

Stayed for a short weekend trip in Nov. We got a nice corner room on the third floor with 1 king bed and it was really cozy and comfortable with a mountain view. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed at that time for maintenance (?). Overall, I would highly recommend it.

It was my first time traveling solo and I stayed in samesun. The hostel was really nice and they have free breakfast that comes with your booking so whether or not you need food in the morning, it’s available until 10am. Plus the staff are friendly and helpful. Would come back to banff and still choose samesun.

They need assigned parking, otherwise you might end up having to park aways a way from your room. Also the walk way to our unit and stairway was all covered with snow and ice. It would’ve been nice if it was all cleaned before we got there. We had to ask the front desk three times before anything was done. Also we wanted to go into the hot tubs, but we were unable to. Due to there was way too much many people that were in there at the time. So we left for a couple hours and came back, thought ok let’s try again (hot tub). Once again unable to cause it was still packed with the same people. Other than that, everything was pretty good.
