Hotel 3 stelle a Banff

In generale, molto buono, il parcheggio sotterraneo era brutto con poco spazio un terribile parcheggio. Purtroppo non c'è nulla che l'hotel possa fare sulle competenze di guida delle persone. Raccomanderò questo hotel ma tornare presto e camminare se puoi se vuoi avere un posto per il tuo veicolo.

La casa sorpresa, abbiamo trascorso due notti felici qui.La stanza è molto pulita e pulita, la cucina e la sala da letto sono insieme, la camera da letto è più grande di quanto immaginato e il letto è molto comodo.C'è caldo e bagno da usare. Chiediamo al personale di aiutarci a vivere in fuoco. Ci sono microonde e ascensori, ci sono semplici attrezzi da cucina. Andiamo al supermercato per comprare cibo da soli e fare la cena.C'è un piccolo gilet di pasticceria sotto il pavimento.L'hotel ha la propria piscina di zuppa, molto piccola, siamo troppo stanchi per andare a fare il bagno.Il personale è molto entusiasta, la vecchia serratura della porta non è molto utile.

バンフのメインストリートに近く、移動がとてもしやすかったです。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりをしてくださったのもとても助かりました。受付の方もとても丁寧でした。 またバンフに行く時には利用したいです。

La posizione è molto buona, parcheggio gratuito nel dungeon. Il servizio di check-in è lento, ma la camera è molto, molto pulita e bella. A causa del COVID 19, la struttura non ha aperto. E non c'è il buffet per la colazione, chiedi alla reception, l'ordine è caotico.

Overall, it is a good stay in Banff. Walking distance to the mail street. There is one thing that can be improved, you can only go to the basement carpark after you check in at the counter. However, there is no space around the hotel front to temporarily park your car while you check in.

The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. Wasn’t happy about the Spa as the sauna was not hot enough and the dial to increase the temperature didn’t work. The whirlpool was a nice temperature. The restaurant at the hotel was giving smaller portions but charging high prices. I ordered a large salad for dinner and got something comparable to a small salad. The waiter was impatient as he wanted to run over with the payment machine as soon as I had finished my salad and tea.

Stayed for a short weekend trip in Nov. We got a nice corner room on the third floor with 1 king bed and it was really cozy and comfortable with a mountain view. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed at that time for maintenance (?). Overall, I would highly recommend it.

Pros: Extremely good location. They have an attached restaurant and cafe right next to the hotel. Very clean facilities. Rooms spacious and has nice views of the town. Staff always very polite and helpful in giving recommendations and allowing us to use the telephone. Able to store bags there after checking out as well. Cons: no safe provided in the room Highly recommend staying here!
