L'ambiente è molto pulito e c'è ancora un nuovo odore di decorazione nella stanza.Due bagni e due bagni nella stanza sono molto adatto per un gruppo di amici per le vacanze.La cucina è anche molto completa e è molto conveniente per risolvere tre ristoranti da sola. E c'è un posto di carico gratuito fuori casa, adatto per guidare da soli. Ci vogliono solo pochi minuti di auto qui sotto. La posizione stessa era grande, camminando a distanza da tutto il centro. La stanza era buona, tutto quello che si aspettava. Era una stanza di divisione superiore, così ha un'unità AC. Il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole e il check-in era una brisa. Il check-out era mobile, quindi ancora più veloce. Posso vedere che il parcheggio è un problema, soprattutto in inverno se volete parcheggiare sottoterra. L'unico posto a valle del soggiorno è il colazione. Non era molto buono, molti dei prodotti caldi erano freddi e le loro piccole pancake erano dure e crudeli, la salada di frutta era di un taglio e senza gusto. Avremmo dovuto andare a colazione, ma pensavo che sarebbe stato meglio prendere qualcosa di veloce da quello che abbiamo fornito prima di iniziare il nostro giorno. In generale, un buon soggiorno e prenotare qui di nuovo.

State tranquilli, a pochi passi da Banff ma buoni trasporti pubblici vicino. Parcheggio gratuito all'indietro della proprietà, un grande bonus ma parcheggio è disponibile nel parcheggio sotterraneo.

L'appartamento è ben attrezzato e tutto il necessario per il soggiorno è fornito, ma l'elemento più critico, la sicurezza, non funzionava, il che significa che dovevamo prendere passaporti, carte e contanti con noi durante il nostro soggiorno a Banff.

A must go hotel if you live on IG. You will take great photos anywhere in the hotel. Service is great and the ginger shower gel were so great and unique that made this place very memorable. It was a little dry in the room and the sharp edges of the furnitures might be a pain if you bumped in. Overall I had a good time here. Our Room was beautiful Furnished; the location is next to downtown. Recommend to gern Z and those Millennials without kids.

Un hotel fantastico. Fairmont Golden Eating room / salone è impressionante. Grande piscina interna 33m e fantastiche viste sulle montagne circostanti e il fiume Bow. dall'hotel. Questo è un bel, classicamente stilizzato, costoso e impressionante. Il parcheggio auto è a 3 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Prendi un autobus di 10 minuti a Banff Ave. I biglietti per gli ospiti sono complimentari. Banff è una città molto pittoresca e vale la pena visitare. La via Banff punta direttamente alla montagna Cascade per una vista sorprendente ogni volta che si cammina per la strada.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is on the right hand of the entrance of Banfu town, 3 floors on the ground, with underground parking, heated swimming pool, SPA hall. There is a lift from the underground car park to the lobby and the upper floors.
The guy who checked in was very friendly and patient. We arrived a little early and politely asked if we could check in. He checked and immediately helped us check in.
The room is a standard room, two large beds of 1.8 meters, clean and tidy, very comfortable. There are safes and hangers in the hall, and washing and washing are separated. There are hair dryers, coffee makers, refrigerators, air conditioners. The coffee tastes great.My only regret is no breakfast.

However, the real concern was an unknown person entering our hotel room at 7:30 A.M. My partner and I were unable to fall back asleep after this happening and hotel staff only offered an apology, but no form of compensation. Additionally, parking is scant.

If you are looking for an affordable hotel with Breakfast included this place would be it. Just be careful with the screen doors as they fall off their tracks very easy and the hotel will charge you for it as damage, so if it does happen please notify the staff as soon as possible. Or you will experience like me being charged for damages.

UUtente ospiteVery warm and friendly staff members upon arrival who gave us all the necessary information and directions in an efficient manner. The sauna / steam room area was unfortunately closed but due to this if you went to the Banff Upper Hot Springs and returned with your receipt then they would reimburse you (I forgot to get my receipt but it was fine as we intended to go there anyway). The room was lovely and large with a Mountain View, Nespresso machine and large TV, lots of desk space and plug sockets / USB ports which was great. The wardrobe has plenty of hangers for clothing, lots of draw space, huge bathroom with a large powerful shower and nice shower products to use. The location of the hotel is perfect and having an on-site restaurant, coffee shop and gift shop is very handy. Wherever we went within the hotel it was always warm, which was great when coming out of the snow. However, there were some issues; we weren’t sure if the blinds went down with a switch by the side, as it didn’t do anything, but rolling them down was SO noisy, there was a lot of dust and dirt behind the window facing desk, a random satsuma down the side of the cabinet with the Nespresso machine on (despite all other areas being very clean) and there was no light in the corner where the luggage stands were. We were also curious as to why the heater / air conditioner unit faces directly on to the bed, if it was on then you got so hot and dry in the night. There is big potential for this to be 4/5* with just some simple adjustments and cleaning. Although we would happily say here again.

Nothing really an issue (everything important, like soft bed, cleanliness, and courteous staff, was present), mostly just amusing: 1. No confirmation email sent; I got a confirmation number from the website, though. When I called to confirm it actually went through, it had. They gave me a second confirmation number over the phone (?) 2. Luggage cart is so poor that it’s substantially harder than taking several trips to carry the luggage; the wheels barely work 3. The elevator and main lobby are closed 11p to 7am for some reason, and you take stairs. It’s not clear what the status is on the doors involved in this process; some seem almost accidentally propped open. 4. Room layout and adornment was bizarro. Eg shooting for luxury appearance, but an odd metal side table that was basically a drum; it was in the way of the mini fridge; the mini fridge was in a cabinet that seemed to have room for a microwave also, but didn’t actually have one; the bathroom door didn’t lock; the bathroom door slid and was extremely difficult to close without making a huge banging noise; there was both a bathtub * and* a separate shower, which seemed like a waste of space. The TV stand had what looked like a sheet of granite glued to the countertop. 5. Only one washcloth was in the room, took several requests to finagle another from the front desk 6. No pen and paper to write notes 7. The fridge door was half falling off It was, however, overall nice with a Mountain View, and clean, it’s worth repeating, though.

Hanno fatto manutenzione zero di routine da anni e si mostra.Abbiamo dei bianchi sul divano e così tintura. Ho passato un'ora a lavarsi la cucina, bagno, bagno, ecc. Mentre svuotava il tappeto di immersione sotto lo specchio, la tovagliola bianca tornava infilata. Erano crollate sui contatori e sporco sul pavimento. Ho chiamato il desk tre volte separatamente nel nostro primo orario. Non si brucia neanche, manca. Un sacchetto regalo e un pezzo di retentore trovato sulla parte lontana della camera da letto. Fuori luce in cucina, bagno, scale. Nessuna trappola, tradizionale per i bambini piccoli. Il tetto non si sgombra così non c'è modo di goderlo. La porta anteriore non si chiude. Il bastone non si fermerà l'acqua. Uno strappo per una chalet che dorme sei. È stato assegnato un parcheggio non completamente sgombrato, dopo il furgone portare i bambini fuori dai sedili dell'auto. CchristineIl Bow View Lodge è il tesoro nascosto del Parco Nazionale Banff, situato lungo il fiume con una vista sorprendente. È possibile guardare fuori dalla finestra e vedere Elk e sentire il rumore dei Coyotes. Il personale è estremamente amichevole e accogliente. La stanza è pulita e ben mantenuta.
