Hotel con colazione a Banff

La stanza è spaziosa per 4 di noi, molto pulita e moderna. L'alloggio è molto vicino al centro, ci piaceva andare ogni giorno per esplorare il centro della città. La piscina interna è sempre occupata, e la nostra posizione è molto lontana dalla piscina, quindi non abbiamo provato la piscina, ma ero abbastanza felice di avere un tubo caldo ogni notte nella nostra camera dopo le attività. La vista dalla nostra stanza è anche bella soprattutto quando neve. L'alloggio ha un spa, un salone per capelli, un negozio di sci. Ho controllato il prezzo dei guanti nel loro negozio è molto ragionevole. Il parcheggio è molto conveniente (anche se dobbiamo pagare per questo). Il colazione è buono con un prezzo ragionevole per i bambini. Alcuni staff front desk (una donna filipina e una locale) non erano amichevoli, ma la maggior parte dei staff erano carini e utili. Controlla e controlla facilmente, hanno fornito un pre-controllo via whatsapp e ci hanno sempre controllato se abbiamo bisogno di qualcosa.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Parking garage was big but could use signage! The hot pools were refreshing. Lots of cozy areas to sit and relax- perfect for a couples retreat. Would have enjoyed a coffee and water station, and a spot to grab a muffin or fruit. Aside from that, zero complaints here! We’ll be back.

Chiediamo al personale di aiutarci a vivere in fuoco. Ci sono microonde e ascensori, ci sono semplici attrezzi da cucina. Andiamo al supermercato per comprare cibo da soli e fare la cena.C'è un piccolo gilet di pasticceria sotto il pavimento.L'hotel ha la propria piscina di zuppa, molto piccola, siamo troppo stanchi per andare a fare il bagno.Il personale è molto entusiasta, la vecchia serratura della porta non è molto utile.

這次和朋友一行六人到Banff旅遊，入住Moxy Hotel的家庭房，整體體驗很不錯！房間空間寬敞，設計年輕有活力，很適合朋友或小團體一起住，氣氛很好👍 不過有一點小小的不足是廁所沒有門鎖，對於多人入住來說會稍微有點不方便，希望酒店之後可以改善這一點。 整體來說還是一次愉快的住宿體驗，推薦給朋友一起出遊的人！

Great room with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. The balcony offers a stunning mountain vista that feels incredibly open and airy. Bonus: the hot pool is included with the stay!👍

On March 19th 2026 at noon, I called the hotel and spoke with a lady who seemed to be the manager. I told her that I couldn’t drive to Banff from Kamloops because of the road closure on Trans-Canada Highway 1 and Highway 93 due to the bad weather—heavy snow, a force majeure situation, Mother Nature herself! That lady didn’t want to cancel my reservation and give me a full refund. I asked her which road I should take, but she couldn’t answer. I had to take alternate roads to Jasper, Hinton, Evansvurg, Drayton Valley, Rocky Mountain House, Sundre, Cochrane, and finally arrived at the hotel around 2 a.m. That lady really should have not been working at the hotel.

La dimensione della camera era piccola e aveva bisogno di una migliore pianificazione per le strutture interne.Lo stesso vale per il bagno. La stanza potrebbe essere stata meglio luminosa ... il buio dà un'impressione brillante e come se ci fosse qualcosa che si nascondesse (come il tappeto di pavimento che ci sentiamo bisogno di una migliore pulizia). Hanno anche un club fitness e un spa. Il parcheggio è nel seminterrato e è facile. Inoltre offrono biglietti d'autobus per chi vuole esplorare posti in autobus. Non ne abbiamo bisogno, perché avevamo la nostra auto.

Bellissimo hotel. Grande posizione. 5-10 min passeggiata da tutto. Abbiamo dovuto pulire le strutture del tè/caffè e pulire la tavola da soli, ma non molto.Abbiamo prenotato una camera 2 regina superiore - tutti questi tipi di camera sono tutti sul primo piano. Dovresti chiedere di fronte all'interno, non all'esterno verso la strada. Nessuna vista, ma è tranquillo. Altri si lamentano di rumore/privacy se confrontati alla strada al primo piano. Una piscina è stata chiusa per la rigenerazione e bloccata una parte della vista dal tetto.

Pros: Extremely good location. They have an attached restaurant and cafe right next to the hotel. Very clean facilities. Rooms spacious and has nice views of the town. Staff always very polite and helpful in giving recommendations and allowing us to use the telephone. Able to store bags there after checking out as well. Cons: no safe provided in the room Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Royal Canadian Lodge in Banff from March 26–29 with my 7-year-old daughter, and overall we had a great experience. Check-in was simple and straightforward. We arrived in the early evening, and Jason at the front desk was the most approachable and helpful hotel staff member I have ever dealt with. He remembered my daughter’s name, greeted her every day, checked in with us throughout our stay, and added little touches that made the trip feel extra special for both of us. The renovated room itself was fairly standard for a hotel room, but comfortable. Our room had two queen beds, which worked well for us. The bathroom had a shower only, with no bathtub, but that was not an issue. The pillows were big and lumpy, all 8 of the pillows in our room were too high/tall for my daughter to use comfortably. There are robes provided in the room, it would be a nice touch if they could also provide kids size robes. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee, and kettle with tea provided in the room. We ordered room service one night and tried the pulled pork poutine, which was the daily special from the restaurant. Unfortunately, it was not very good, and I would not recommend it. The TV included free cable and on-demand programming, as well as pay-per-view movies. I had brought my laptop and an HDMI cord, and we were able to connect it to the TV easily to watch our own movies. Watching on-demand, my daughter discovered The Simpsons and loved it (lol) The pool area was a big highlight for us. The pool is salt water rather than chlorine. The water itself was on the cooler side, but there was also a good-sized hot tub and a large steam room. My daughter quickly made friends with another family staying at the hotel, and the kids spent multiple hours a day in the pool together. The gym was small but functional. In the four days we were there, it was empty every time we walked by. Parking is $20 per day, which does add up. There is also free street parking behind the hotel if you are able to find a spot. One fun feature in the lobby was the robot, which the kids absolutely loved. We were told that after construction is complete, it will be delivering items to guest rooms. During our stay it moved around the lobby, told jokes, and handed out free apples. The hotel was reasonably priced compared with other options in the area. I chose it specifically for the pool setup, knowing we would be spending a lot of time there, and it worked out really well for that. Shops and restaurants on the main street were about a 10-minute walk away, or you could take the bus that stops outside the neighboring hotel for $2 per ride, with kids riding free. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The price, location, rooms, and pool make this a very family-friendly hotel option in Banff. Biggest thank you to Jason at the front desk for the spectacular service we enjoyed.
