UUtente ospiteBest stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

However the cleanliness of the bed blanket is poor.there is dots of unknown stain on both of the towels and the blankets.eventhough they change the towel every housekeeping, the towel is still stained.
Other than that the hotel is spacious and relatively well cleaned.

IIrvin Jonah CheungThis hotel is definitely at a very convenient location to 2 Malls (Batam City & Batam Grand), right in front of a day and night food court, and surrounding environment of foot reflexology, massage parlors, coffee shops, retail shops, Kueh Lapis shops, etc., etc.
The hotel is very basic. The rooms are pretty bare. All the necessary are there, but there are no ”extras” inside or outside the rooms. The flooring is parquet, and the hallways are very echoey. No breakfast. There are no restaurants in the hotel.
There is a body and foot massage parlor, a barbershop, and a small wine shop attached to the hotel. Those are the only shop services you get in and around the hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and pleasant! We had many fabulous stays there and will definitely come back again!

They have a good terrace and a rooftop. Can smoke as well and bring your takeaway food to eat, with tables and chairs & enjoy your meal under the calm 🌃🌇🌙 🌟 🤩
The address is a little confusing when you book Grab, indicate the hotel name to be sure and you will see it by the roadside...

UUtente ospiteCheap. Good value for money as i don’t expect free breakfast. Food is nice. Cleanliness poor as the floor needs to ask them to sweep, change the bed sheet cause got stained. My both sons got bites from mosquitoes or dust mite, im not sure.. and i need to change another room as the curtain road fell off luckily not hitting my kids. The toilet smells bad and the water heater burning smells while showering, need to stop immediately so dangerous. I think a lot of things need to improve and the most important is the hygiene.

A few things that I think can be improve:
Unpleasant Smoking Smell: Unfortunately, the entire premise, including the room, was filled with a strong smoking odor. This was quite disappointing as I expected the fresh and clean scent that is typical of most hotels. Even after some time, the smell did not subside, which affected the overall experience.
Bed Sheet Cleanliness: The bed sheets were not as clean as expected, which further added to the discomfort. Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any hotel stay, and this fell below the standard

The green mosque, sederhana restaurant for nasi padang and other shop such is indomaret, alfomaret and other souvenirs shop are just walking distance.
It is just the road always busy with morning market.
The toilet cleanliness is quite poor.
Bedsheet is old.

YYy91Hotel di bilancio in mezzo alla bata. Forse 10-15 minuti di auto da terminale di traghetto di bata. Hotel di bilancio molto di base non si aspetta troppo. Vale il prezzo di 300k rupiah.
La dimensione della camera è abbastanza per il prezzo, non troppo cramp.
