There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Shang Residence - Shuiyun Urban Hot Spring, WanDa GuangChang BuXingJie and Wangjiang Pavilion Park all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Guests of this Chengdu hotel can make use of the parking facilities. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

The location is superb. Only a few minutes walk to Dongdalu subway station that can easily connect to Chengdu East railway station, Chunxilu station, and other attractions. The room is clean and spacious exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff is very nice, helpful, and answer to every question very quickly. :)

We only stayed for one night because we discovered there were rats in the apartment - they came out in the night and went through our left over food, we discovered rat droppings in the cupboard under the sink and on the kitchen counter next to the kettle.
The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful - they offered to change us to a different room but we refused and asked for a refund for the rest of the stay.

Di recente ho trascorso una fantastica vacanza in una casa vacanza e la consiglierei davvero a tutti! L'appartamento è in una posizione eccellente, vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e al centro città, facilitando gli spostamenti. L'arredamento interno è moderno, pulito e ordinato e completamente attrezzato con utensili da cucina, permettendoci di cucinare facilmente.
La camera è spaziosa e luminosa, con una bellissima vista dal balcone. Il personale di servizio è cordiale e amichevole, sempre pronto ad aiutarci a risolvere i nostri problemi, il che ci fa sentire a nostro agio.
Ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi vicino all'appartamento, rendendo la vita molto comoda. In breve, questa esperienza di soggiorno ha superato le mie aspettative e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è molto alto. La prossima volta che avrò l'opportunità di tornare, sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo appartamento!

Ho prenotato la stanza con 2 letti grandi, ma uno dei letti era davvero duro. Ho dovuto piegare il giacca in 2 per cucire la durezza del letto. L'atteggiamento del pulitore può essere migliorato. La vide gettare tantrum quando puliva le stanze al 17° piano. Non era contento quando abbiamo chiesto di fare i bagni che non erano stati riempiti per la nostra stanza. Tuttavia, il personale di ricezione è stato utile e assistito nel prolungare il tempo di check-out a 3pm dalle 2pm sulla base della nostra prenotazione.

工作人員服務非常好！因為鐵建這邊飯店比較多一到飯點會有油煙味，前台的客服小姐姐特別耐心和周到幫忙換了一個帶浴缸的大房間～連住的話酒店阿姨也會在下午為你打掃房間並把垃圾和一次性用品全部換掉感覺真的超級貼心～～～
在這裏住交通、吃喝都特別方便！星巴克、燒鳥、電影院、足浴應有盡有～～～而且旁邊就是成都自然博物館，8公里是春熙路太古裏IFS，6公里是熊貓基地。
真心推薦他家！淡季非常便宜～～～

L'appartamento è molto trovato, proprio al contrario di due ospedali, a pochi minuti dalla strada Primavera e lavanderia. Il capo è molto buono. La stanza è pulita e pulita. LLanJiangWhen you yearn for a different lifestyle but not ready to commit yourself to changes? For me, traveling is a way to get a sneak peek into “what would it be”, even if just for a moment. I feel incredibly fortunate to have come across Several Mountain Houses, and I’m grateful for the owners’ generosity in creating such a beautiful place and sharing their mountain life with guests.
Many guests have already praised the lovely courtyard, the nature-surrounded rooms, the sensorial bed linens, and the warm, earthy aesthetic of the space. I wholeheartedly agree. Beyond that, there was something even more special. I was wowed by the tidy kitchen, thoughtfully designed and completed with high-quality appliances and tableware. It’s a place that move your mind from “I’m staying in a B&B” to “I’m staying in a home.” The cherry on top? Having the owner made you a perfect cup of latte or cappuccino in the morning. Of all my travels in China, this is the first homestay where I’ve experienced that personal touch.
We arrived by Didi and had to drop off by the roadside, cross a wooden bridge, and then tackle a steep hill path. We called for help and the owner came down to meet us and made sure we felt welcomed. My friend told me she felt like we had stepped into a scene from a web novel—the little challenge at the start, the homey atmosphere, the owners and their charming “career life to mountain life” story all made the experience very special.
I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful mountain retreat. It's the perfect spot to unwind and reset.
A small tip: if you're in the mood for trekking, head up to the Wulong Gorge scenic area and work your way back. If we had known, we would totally skip Baiyun (White Cloud) temple / village and spend more time relaxing at the house.

WWen KaiGreat and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well.
The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26.
There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess)
The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced.
Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

NNomadica BryanOverall I love it because of its location. Just right in front of the subway entrance. The service of the front desk is not too bad. They tried to help but I feel they could do more. They don’t really have any suggestions as to where you ought to visit if you are new here. Perhaps do your own homework before coming cause asking them for suggestions will probably yield nothing. The room and hotel is clean. Room rather small as compared to all my other hotels. But it is clean. That’s all that matters. The location is perfect to get around with the metro. But I ended up taking Didi for most rides. Regretted it because in the city of this size, there are just too much traffic and to go thru the number of traffic lights takes such a long time. If in a hurry, take the subway. If traveling with family, it is easier to just hop on a Didi. Food wise, I didn’t really eat around the hotel area. But there are convenient store right around the corner. Overall a good experience.

CCatherine HumeLe ragazze di ricezione sono molto gentili, amichevole e utile. La stanza è pulita e grande, il letto è molto comodo. Il colazione cinese stile è una dieta libera ed equilibrata, adatto a chiunque adora cibo cinese! I pomodori di ciliegia gratis sono freschi e dolci. Lavastoviglie - lavatrice è disponibile al quarto piano.La stanza ha un po'di odore di molda, ma il manager ha promesso di risolvere il problema con la pulizia. In generale, l'hotel è prezioso per i soldi, sono molto felice del soggiorno e lo consiglio ai miei amici e alla famiglia.

MMs LingCosy for a family of four, but fit for purpose.
The good: great location close to East Lake park, 7min walk or so to the metro, easy for taxi to most central locations, clean apartment. Have a washing machine and a couple of small laundry detergent concentrates
The needs-improvement:
- Owner / reception had an extension for our original allocated flat and so organise to put us in a different flat bit requested for us to move the next day (and apparently forgot that they had my WeChat contact). Had to reason quite a bit including owner asking us to cancel on the platform so that I could pay her directly. Only succumbed after I very resolutely refused and said I'd submit an official complaint to trip.com
- Only have big towels. No small towels even for drying hands
- There's a kitchenette but no pans, microwave or anything to cook or even heat up food with, and very limited glasses and cutleries, no cups bowls or plates

UUtente ospiteQuesto è un posto molto carino e accogliente, molto vicino a Chun Xi Rd, quindi è molto comodo da raggiungere e andare ovunque, incluso l'autobus per l'aeroporto nelle vicinanze. Ma è abbastanza lontano dalla folla frenetica. Ho soggiornato in 3 stanze diverse durante il viaggio. Anche il cibo è facilmente accessibile. C'è anche un negozio proprio di fronte con un sacco di panda e souvenir locali. L'area della reception è una buona area relax e ha anche un bel bar sul tetto Aloha. C'è un tavolo da biliardo per coloro che amano questo. L'unica cosa è che è un po' strano con un mercato umido su L1 e solo un piccolo ingresso per l'ascensore che porta alla reception su L3. Ma non è una cosa negativa perché puoi sperimentare la vera vita quotidiana in CD. Non è un mercato rumoroso, solo un mercato tranquillo con spezie e forniture locali. Due feedback (1) Non c'è un posto dove appendere i vestiti nella stanza, anche se sono fornite delle grucce (2) La bottiglia per il lavaggio a mano è di tipo schiumogeno e il liquido all'interno non è di tipo schiumogeno. La bottiglia non è compatibile con il liquido. Quindi quando si preme non può uscire nulla. Si prega di sostituire la bottiglia con una normale bottiglia con pompa invece che con una bottiglia di schiuma.

We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.

Expectation/Reality: you have to manage your expectations when you pay about 40RMB a night for a place. Compared to the photos, they are generally consistent, other than the bathrooms. The air conditioner worked for the first 2 nights and broke the last 2 nights.
Security: very secure, it’s on the 4th floor with 24/7 person at the desk, the room has a lock and there are good quality lockers in the bunks.
Hygiene: this is where the cracks are. Hygiene is very low in the public places. The bathrooms are like a frat house and the garbage around the shared spaces might get cleaned once a day. In the morning there was a dirty cup on the dining room table and when I got back in the evening it was still there. The toilets get clogged and over flow with no one fixing it for a long time, the showers need to be bleached. The private bunk area I was in was perfectly fine and clean.
Hospitality: the folks at the desk are very young, maybe early 20’s. I asked for a bowl to eat my cereal in the morning and the kid offered me a used plastic bowl and said I had to clean it myself, so I took a glass cup. When I asked to extend my stay, the kid was playing video games while talking to me and told me to do it myself online. There was one guy who was helpful, but it generally seems like the attendants are just too young to be very professional.
Social Atmosphere: quite good, there’s usually plenty of folks lounging around and there is a lot of public places, so lots of opportunity to meet and chat with people.
Overall: if you’re on a budget and can tolerate camping level hygiene in the showers and toilets, then this place is adequate. It’s very close to the main subway lines and there’s lots of activities and food options very close by. The public areas are social and it has everything a traveler really needs, certainly no frills. If the bathrooms were cleaned more frequently and the public areas cleaned more frequently this place would be excellent.

UUtente anonimoIl volo è arrivato a mezzanotte e il pick-up dell'aeroporto gratuito è ancora disponibile. Non hanno un numero WeChat da chiamare. Non ho un numero locale, quindi ho chiesto a un servizio clienti all'aeroporto di TFU di aiutarmi a chiamare il pick-up dell'hotel e ottenere il numero del veicolo. Il mio pick-up è stato A DM7885. È bello avere questo servizio disponibile dall'hotel. Anche altri passeggeri vengono raccolti da altri hotel prima di lasciarci.
La posizione è buona, molte opzioni alimentari disponibili fino alle 2 (può scegliere direttamente accanto all'hotel o camminare 10 minuti per ancora più opzioni alimentari). Era una piccola città agricola che si è trasformata in molti hotel per occuparsi dei passeggeri di transito dell'aeroporto di TFU.
Il personale di servizio di notte era amichevole e utile, anche per aiutarmi a pianificare il mio trasporto per il giorno successivo. Tuttavia, il personale di turno mattinale era un po' sconfortabile, perché mi hanno chiesto di cancellare la mia prenotazione a Chengdu perché cercavano di convincermi a sottoscrivermi al loro pacchetto di vacanza.
La stanza era di base. La doccia d'acqua calda nella mia stanza era inconsistente, doveva aspettare molto tempo per ottenere acqua calda (non calda). La caldaia d'acqua era un po' fuoriuscita quando bolliva l'acqua, che spero avessero già sostituito. Le luci del corridoio sono operate dal sensore, e sembra buio finché non si inizia a camminare. Il cortile è bello, ma non così affascinante come le foto.
Ok per un soggiorno di soli 1 notte.
