Hotel con spa a Lisbona

Everything was above and beyond. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was well appointment, modern and in excellent condition. Comfy bed, with convenient charging stations in the bedside locker. Balcony was lovely and had a pleasing view of the area. Pool area is well maintained with a bar and snacks. We used the gym, indoor sauna and indoor pool, which were also very good. There is even a relaxation room to unwind in. The gym floor was a little slippy, could be the cleaner that was used. Excellent breakfast, the bread and pastry options were fresh and authentic. We also had a few cocktails, which were delicious. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! Thanks for a great stay.

La camera aveva un'atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. Avevo richiesto una camera con vasca e avevo verificato in anticipo quali camere ne fossero dotate, ma purtroppo quel giorno non ce n'erano disponibili, quindi mi sono ritrovato con solo una doccia, il che è stato deludente. A parte questo, è stato molto piacevole.

La posizione geografica è eccellente, la ricezione, l'igiene, il servizio è molto buono, tranne che per la stanza leggermente piccola.La rotazione è molto conveniente. È la carne bovina francese sottostante. È meglio prenotare in anticipo.Il negozio di prodotti alimentari all'interno dell'hotel è anche delizioso, non è molto dolce, vale la pena provare.La colazione è unico e ricco. Vivere due giorni può risparmiare molti corpi.

We arrived but couldn't check-in on time. The first receptionist told us that we'd have to wait 10-15 minutes from the check-in time. Then, we finally checked in, but our luggage was nowhere to be found even after 2hr of wondering about outside of the hotel. Afterwards, my husband went down to the reception and was told to look for the luggage himself because the first receptionist who told us the luggage would be right up had somehow lost the tag somewhere. The initial impression was not great, there were many customers to be served, but we didn't feel respected. However, I want to say thank you to this receptionist (sorry, forgot your name) for paying attention to our needs (that the others couldn't). Thank you for treating us a little champagne!

Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno a Sheraton Lisboa! La posizione è super conveniente just a breve distanza dall'aeroporto e in una facile raggiungimento delle principali attrazioni di Lisbona. Le camere sono spaziali, pulite e ben attrezzate, con grandi finestre che offrono bellissime viste città. Il letto? Super comodo dopo un lungo giorno di esplorazione! Il personale è stato amichevole e utile per tutta la nostra permanenza, e il check-in/check-out è stato facile ed efficiente. Menzione speciale alle strutture spa e ginnastica, erano di prima classe.Dopo un giorno di visione, era un trattamento per sgombrare la zona. Solo un piccolo svantaggio è che la decorazione è leggermente datata in alcune aree, ma in generale è ben mantenuta e ha quel classico fascino Sheraton. Sicuramente lo consigliere per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante a Lisbona

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso all'Hotel Marques de Pombal. Il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile e professionale, in particolare Luis Nunes, che si è prodigato per rendere il mio soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Desidero ringraziare anche gli altri membri dello staff, di cui non ricordo i nomi, ma il cui servizio è stato altrettanto eccellente. La camera era pulita, confortevole e ben tenuta, e la posizione è perfetta per esplorare la città. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel e ci tornerei sicuramente!

The Masa Hotel and Spa is in an excellent location and easily reached by the metro station about 10 minutes walk away. The room was exceptionally clean and the room had a mini bar, safe and was supplied with bath robes and disposable slippers. Also a litre bottle of water was a welcome addition. In regards to the breakfast. The first morning was perfect and the selection was very good. However the second morning I went earlier and it is best described as a chaotic mess. There was a large party of travellers who all descended the dining room at the same time and there was simply too many in at the same time. Maybe somone should have staggered the amount allowed in at once and allowed people to get their breakfast choice in a relaxed fashion rather than it resembling feeding time at the zoo! I stayed over the weekend the clocks went back and was reliably informed by reception staff that in Portugal the clocks went back on the Sunday night going into Monday which was proven to be completely inaccurate and could have caused problems for ongoing travel if they had been believed! It must be mentioned that the major disadvantage of this hotel is that it lies directly under the flight path of Lisbon Airport and from early morning there are plane after plane coming very frequently into land. Even with the windows closed it's still very noticeable. It's obviously not the hotels fault where it's situated, but if you want a peaceful stay then this hotel really isn't going to give you that. The spa and swimming pool I can not comment on as never used. Neither did I use the dining room for an evening meal. Despite the negative comments it is a lovely hotel simply spoiled by being under the flight path of the main airport.

While the guest rooms are more modest, with a simple, 90s-style decor, they are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, making them perfect for family stays. The breakfast area is equally lovely, providing a bright and pleasant start to the day. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a hotel with incredible public spaces and practical, family-friendly rooms.

Molto bel hotel in un bel quartiere. Tuttavia, un po 'di distanza dal centro della città. Tutti sono elettrici. Wifi è buono. Colazione è grande. Hanno una sauna complimentare e doccia di contrasto. Molto freddo! La palestra è decente, ma ovviamente potrebbe avere più attrezzature. Rimanere qui di nuovo.

Hotel molto pulito, super servizio. Poiché abbiamo dovuto andare all'aeroporto, ci hanno preparato qualcosa per la colazione alle 5:00 (possibile a partire dalle 4:00) (caffè, frutta e caffè e tè), ci sono stati piacevoli, perché non siamo riusciti a prendere parte al colazione a soli tempi (a partire dalle 7:00).
