UUtente ospiteLa posizione geografica è eccellente, la ricezione, l'igiene, il servizio è molto buono, tranne che per la stanza leggermente piccola.La rotazione è molto conveniente. È la carne bovina francese sottostante. È meglio prenotare in anticipo.Il negozio di prodotti alimentari all'interno dell'hotel è anche delizioso, non è molto dolce, vale la pena provare.La colazione è unico e ricco. Vivere due giorni può risparmiare molti corpi.

UUtente ospiteLa camera aveva un'atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. Avevo richiesto una camera con vasca e avevo verificato in anticipo quali camere ne fossero dotate, ma purtroppo quel giorno non ce n'erano disponibili, quindi mi sono ritrovato con solo una doccia, il che è stato deludente. A parte questo, è stato molto piacevole.

UUtente ospiteThe staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we first arrived we were booked into a very small room. But since we were staying for 4 days they changed us into a slightly larger one upon request. This made it better for 2 people and lots of luggage. The hotel is really well situated, within 15 minutes to walk to the old town, and very close to Edward VII park. Loved the spa for daily relaxation. Highly recommend. It has a minimalist vibe, but very friendly. and the breakfasts are incredible all you can eat buffets.

SSalopian125The Masa Hotel and Spa is in an excellent location and easily reached by the metro station about 10 minutes walk away.
The room was exceptionally clean and the room had a mini bar, safe and was supplied with bath robes and disposable slippers. Also a litre bottle of water was a welcome addition.
In regards to the breakfast. The first morning was perfect and the selection was very good. However the second morning I went earlier and it is best described as a chaotic mess. There was a large party of travellers who all descended the dining room at the same time and there was simply too many in at the same time. Maybe somone should have staggered the amount allowed in at once and allowed people to get their breakfast choice in a relaxed fashion rather than it resembling feeding time at the zoo!
I stayed over the weekend the clocks went back and was reliably informed by reception staff that in Portugal the clocks went back on the Sunday night going into Monday which was proven to be completely inaccurate and could have caused problems for ongoing travel if they had been believed!
It must be mentioned that the major disadvantage of this hotel is that it lies directly under the flight path of Lisbon Airport and from early morning there are plane after plane coming very frequently into land. Even with the windows closed it's still very noticeable.
It's obviously not the hotels fault where it's situated, but if you want a peaceful stay then this hotel really isn't going to give you that.
The spa and swimming pool I can not comment on as never used. Neither did I use the dining room for an evening meal.
Despite the negative comments it is a lovely hotel simply spoiled by being under the flight path of the main airport.

AAngelalanlanThe common rooms of decoration is elegant and beautiful. Very suitable to take photos and I love the huge Christmas tree in the hall as I took many beautiful photos there. Breakfast has a lot of choices and you can order cappuccino and latte, they brought them effectively. Overall, it is very good. But I don’t know why they gave me the room at the very end of the building.

DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance.
Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock.
Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant.
Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared.
Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened.
Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

RRay KsaiMolto bel hotel in un bel quartiere. Tuttavia, un po 'di distanza dal centro della città. Tutti sono elettrici. Wifi è buono. Colazione è grande. Hanno una sauna complimentare e doccia di contrasto. Molto freddo! La palestra è decente, ma ovviamente potrebbe avere più attrezzature. Rimanere qui di nuovo.
