Hotel con spa a Reggenza di Sleman

We had a pleasant time there, food was very good. We stayed in executive suite and the room is amazing. Special highlight to gunthur from f&b who gave us the best service and agnes and irhom front office who is very kind and helpful.

1.5 hrs ride from YIA Airport, but conveniently linked to Pukawon Mall that has pretty much everything you need from nails spa, massage to cinema, shops, eateries, restaurants to supermarket. It's easy (and cheap) to get a grab (local Uber) so not a challenge to get around even to further places. The room was spacious even for 2, including the bathroom area. Clean and well maintained, cute crab-shaped towel art and welcome amenities as a Bonvoy Gold member. Beds and pillows are a bit soft for my liking (even when I opted for a foam pillow from their pillow menu) but that's a personal preference. All amenities provided in the bathroom. Service was amazing, such warm smiles and great initiative, from the bell boy who helped with our luggage immediately after we got off the car, to the friendly front desk staff, to the security guards who holds the doors open for us and most of all, the helpful and thoughtful housekeeping team. They saw that we had limited hanging space with too much clothes and put in a standing laundry rack for us, and additional bottles of water, all without asking. Special shout-out to Deelen, Wahyu for the superb service. The pool looked amazing though I didn't get to try it this time. Breakfast was also excellent, a wide spread of local, western and Asian. They also offer interesting local herbal beverages. Solomon was thoughtful and offered us to order special items off the buffet when he found out it was our 3rd day of having breakfast at the hotel. Overall a wonderful stay and I'll be sure to stay here the next time I visit Jogja again.

Siamo stati accolti calorosamente all'arrivo da Septi che ha organizzato il nostro check-in. Ci è stato detto che le nostre camere non erano pronte perché siamo arrivati ​​molto prima dell'orario di check-in alle 15:00. Siamo andati a Marioboro, la principale via dello shopping della città. E veniamo avvisati da WhataApp quando la nostra camera è pronta. Ci è stata assegnata una camera al 6° piano che ha una bellissima vista sulla piscina e sul campo da golf. L'hotel dispone di un ampio complesso ed è concepito come un resort. È vecchio ma tutto funziona. I servizi non sono tutti lontani. Non li trovi più nei nuovi hotel. La colazione era buona con una buona scelta di piatti locali e internazionali e cambio giornaliero del menu. Abbiamo apprezzato 3 colazioni durante il nostro soggiorno. Nel complesso, tutto il personale è stato cordiale e ha offerto il miglior servizio caloroso con un sorriso. Ci siamo sentiti molto rilassati e accolti. Continuate così Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta!

Front desk is friendly but lack care or professionalism. Waited a while without being told that the golf cart was already there. My wife slipped at the high staircase where the mat skidded because of water beneath. It was scary to imagine what could have happened. Told the front desk a, she did not care or show any concern. TV had no channels. The housekkeping restaurant staff were very very sweet but unprofessional was the pool area. No one there knew how to go all the way through to complete their job in a satisfying manner. When leaving the front desk guy did not ask if we gave deposit or id. Just waiting for us to forget. The best: bathroom, the woods, the bed, the pool, room service, resto is not bad, but pizzas sold out and NO SPA, why? for the price we paid in the holidays. This spa trick, unfortunately, many hotels play it.

I had a pretty enjoyable stay at this hotel! It’s got a villa vibe with a big, spacious yard. The food was tasty, and everything was clean. The location is a bit far from Yogyakarta city, but with online transport options, it’s no longer an issue.

Hotel is not bad. Location is accessible,  But cleanliness wise still can do better. The Toilet , bathroom and balcony is not clean even after doing room service,  Furnishing is a little bit outdated. The room smells musky  The bellboy manning the drop off is not that good cos seeing me struggling with my luggage in the rain, he did not even offer to help despite having an umbrella. Did not even help us to open the door. Me and my partner struggle to bring our luggage up the slope, in the rain and drenched. Im not sure why, but for the 4 days 3 night im there, the doorbell didnt even offer to help or assist..  For a top 10 hotel in jogja, the bell boy can do better with service wise. But the Front desk and concierge is very friendly..

Nel corso del nostro soggiorno di 2 giorni, abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera 3 volte prima di trovare una camera adatta (la quarta) senza alcun problema. I problemi andavano dallo scarico del water rotto, al forte odore di umidità/muffa in camera, alle lenzuola e agli asciugamani vecchi e ammuffiti in camera, ecc. Il personale alla reception è stato disponibile, ma siamo rimasti delusi dall'esperienza.

Qui La proprietà è molto vecchia e non è più gestita da Sheraton, che è notabile in tutto l'hotel. I bagni e i tetti si sentono obsoleti e in necessità di rinnovamento, e lo stesso vale per il sistema di condizionamento dell’aria, che non soddisfa le aspettative. Ciò detto, il personale è molto cooperativo, amichevole e sempre disposto ad aiutare, che è certamente un aspetto positivo del soggiorno.

Per la posizione è molto vicino all'attrazione turistica di lava. La stanza è abbastanza pulita, ma ci sono alcune strutture che sono un po' mancanti, come il bagno non è stato aggiornato e ci sono molte parti dell'edificio che potrebbero dover essere riparate. Il servizio è abbastanza soddisfacente, i dipendenti dell'hotel sono molto amichevoli.
