Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Reggenza di Sleman

We had a pleasant time there, food was very good. We stayed in executive suite and the room is amazing. Special highlight to gunthur from f&b who gave us the best service and agnes and irhom front office who is very kind and helpful.

Strategic location with lots of useful ammenities. The apartment was nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable, small kitchen was handy to have and bathroom was clean. I also really enjoyed the cushion on the window seat to take in the view of Mt. Merapi. In the future I think that the check in and check out process could be streamlined, including contacting the guest prior to check in to provide the required information and maybe having a document in the apartment that outlines the check out process. Apart from that I was very happy with my stay and would visit again.

My only concern are the pillows and towel.The pillows are too bulky and too big for a queen size bed. The beddings like the pillows case has yellow stains. Towels smells mushy. Over all stay is very pleasant. Staff are very friendly and polite. Happy with the stay.

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was clean, cozy, and well-appointed. Service was top-notch—staff were friendly and super helpful. The location is incredibly strategic, close to everything I needed. Not to mention the infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the mountains—definitely the highlight of my trip! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience with a view.

Qui La proprietà è molto vecchia e non è più gestita da Sheraton, che è notabile in tutto l'hotel. I bagni e i tetti si sentono obsoleti e in necessità di rinnovamento, e lo stesso vale per il sistema di condizionamento dell’aria, che non soddisfa le aspettative. Ciò detto, il personale è molto cooperativo, amichevole e sempre disposto ad aiutare, che è certamente un aspetto positivo del soggiorno.

Good and old hotel with bad maintenants... The rooms are dusty Bathroom flooded when we shower / take a bath Overall, need more attention on maintenant and cleaning...

Con balcone, si può fumare, si può pulire l'igiene in tempo utile, si può anche inviare la stanza, cibo è ricco e la piscina è anche caratteristica, ma l'apparecchiatura della palestra è un po'insicura, vecchia, l'aria non è corretta, il sapore è un po' pesante
