Hotel a Giacarta con piscina

stayed at Discovery SCBD Jakarta for 3 nights from Sunday to Wednesday during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. Situated directly opposite Pacific Place Mall in the heart of the SCBD area, it offers easy access to restaurants, cafés, shopping and office buildings, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. The room was modern, spacious and exceptionally clean. My favourite feature was definitely the in-room coffee machine. As someone who starts the day with coffee and often works late during business trips, being able to enjoy a freshly brewed cup in the comfort of my room was a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. The large work desk by the window was also perfect for catching up on work after office hours, while the comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi made the stay even more enjoyable. I also enjoyed the breakfast concept. Instead of a traditional buffet, guests order their preferred dishes from a menu. I appreciated this approach as it helps reduce unnecessary food waste while ensuring that the meals are freshly prepared. What impressed me most was the speed of service — despite being individually prepared, the food was served promptly without a long wait, making breakfast both convenient and enjoyable before heading out for the day. The lobby and common areas are stylish, modern and well maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment of arrival. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient throughout my stay, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, Discovery SCBD Jakarta exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience and thoughtful amenities. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the SCBD area.

Il servizio era molto buono e la camera era molto pulita. Anche l'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono. Il parco acquatico è uno dei preferiti dai bambini e la piscina è molto grande. Ci sono un sacco di scelte per la colazione. Durante il Capodanno cinese ho anche fatto dei piccoli regali ai bambini dopo il check-out. Non c'è niente di interessante a Giakarta, quindi anche soggiornare in un hotel è una buona opzione. Verrà di nuovo la prossima volta!

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Citadines Gatot Subroto Jakarta oggi, 27 luglio 2026. Grazie in particolare alla signora ii per il suo caloroso benvenuto e un servizio eccellente.   L'hotel è stato molto pulito, facile da accedere, con buon colazione, compresi i piatti orientali, e un supermercato in piedi. Molto raccomandato.   - Omar Al-Oufi Gli onorevoli sono l'Hotel Sitdens Gatut Sutroto. Grazie per la buona ricezione, per il buon alloggio, per il buon trattamento, e soprattutto per la signora: cioè, perché l'accesso all'hotel era facile, l'igiene pubblica era eccellente, e il cibo era buono in alcune varietà orientale per colazione.  E c'è un supermercato sotto l'hotel.

Everything was good.I was surprised upon entering the room as it was decorated for my advance birthday.The rooms were huge but the set back was that the interior furnitures are outdated and the breakfast was very limited.Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful and i dont mind returning to this hotel again if i were to come to jakarta again due to its strategic location and i will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Il check-in è stato decente, abbiamo dovuto aspettare 20 minuti per la stanza per essere pronta e per essere giusto è stato il giorno del nuovo anno il 31 dicembre, quindi non si può lamentare. La stanza è moderna e in alto scala con un toccamento di tradizionale design del patrimonio indonesiano. Quello che amo più è il letto e il bagno.. soprattutto la pioggia più la pressione idrica è perfetta. Abbiamo anche ricevuto il cacao complementare per celebrare il nuovo anno. Infine, il menu del colazione era buono, servivano menu occidentali e indonesi, pasticceria e dolci. In generale era eccellente.

Buon hotel per un soggiorno di business, ma non abbastanza 5-star livello In generale, ho avuto un buon soggiorno a Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta. La posizione è molto conveniente, soprattutto per le riunioni di affari vicino alle uffici di Kota Kasablanka / Casablanca. L'hotel dispone di un'atmosfera solida e classica, ma anche di un po' obsoleti e può beneficiare della rigenerazione. La debolezza principale è l’attenzione al dettaglio. Non c’era asciugacapelli o bagni nella stanza, e solo un paio di mutandine per due ospiti. Dopo aver chiesto un asciugacapelli, ci voleva circa un’ora per arrivare. La stanza di tè/caffè non era molto conveniente, senza tazze adeguate per bevande calde. La colazione è stata accettabile, ma si è concentrata principalmente su ospiti locali e asiatici. Per gli ospiti europei, la scelta era piuttosto limitata, anche se il servizio del caffè era buono. In generale, questo è un buon hotel con una posizione conveniente, ma in termini di servizio e dettagli, si sente più come un forte hotel 4-star piuttosto che una vera 5-star esperienza.

Good facilities for fitness center, swimming with cold and warm indoor pool. Breakfast is decent with combination of asian and western food.

A mixed bag of feelings here. I thought I was feeling lucky when they told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary upgrade (to Deluxe) Unfortunately I was plagued with a number of recurrent issues. The room itself is very nice (311), best thing about it was the bed and the views into the city by the window. With that said, it did have a number of issues, so it was not the finished article in my mind (the safe locked without instructions, the wooden ***** on the floor coming off making me trip, the kettle malfunctioning, not hot water on the basin, so had to use the kettle to shave daily) When I arrived, it had not been fully cleaned (see pictures) All of these were actually minor issues vs. other stuff I experienced, I didn't make much of it as I was getting an upgrade. The problems came a few days later when it started raining, and suddenly I was getting sore throats in the room with the temp marking almost 25c and the air con off. I had to take mucolytics and anti-flu tablets cause I was getting a bad cold there. I was wondering if the air conduct were releasing bad spores into the air because it was so tatty (pictures attached) So with no heating, I got cold there with 27c outside, I find this very very strange. But the much bigger problem was a few days later when I was hearing massive thumps, bangs and wall stomping from the room right above me, they had placed a family with 4 kids on top of me and it went on at all times in the evening. It got so bad that I requested a change of room, and surprise, they gave me a really REALLY bad downgrade to the 17th floor in a much smaller room, on a really grotty floor that looked like a 2 star highway motel. I thought maybe they were penalising me. The staff at reception told me the next day the people checked out, but the same noises continued another 2 days, so they lied to me or they placed another family with noisy children. The floor on top is super thin. You can hear anyone walking as if they re stomping on it.It will drive you crazy. I also heard people next door hammering something at 1 am in the morning for two nights straight. This hotel has big structural problems. I don't pay $520 to get tortured, it felt like it at some point. On a separate note, the breakfast service was more like a brunch, very varied and many choices (except for meat and fish that was very underwhelming) They had a temp control management problem, there were mornings when I touched the trays and they were at room temp. Also the plates for the hot section are not heated, so that with the powerful air con overhead translated into your hot food going lukewarm almost immediately, which makes it taste disgusting. It was only the last 2 or 3 days when I started placing my plates on the griddle for a few mins with the staff's permission, when I could finally start eating hot food. Due to this, I was getting ”stomach runs” every single day after breakfast, except for two days. This is a breach of H&S So there are several issues that affected my health here. The restaurant and cafe in the evening had some good meals. The Mexican had some Western tucker that I enjoyed, my last meal (Mexican enchiladas) was underwhelming, felt like cantine food that was microwaved and badly, because I had to send it back for being lukewarm. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel due to numerous health problems I suffered. I also discovered that if it weren't for the upgrade, I would have been given a horrible room like the one I saw quite possibly.(the room I received cost almost $1000 for two weeks, still very overpriced) This wasn't cheap, and I feel it was so expensive for what it was. Definitely not a 4 star, a 3 star is more befitting. The staff was mostly corteous, And premises are up to standard only in places. The gym was very nice. The pool area nice with some views, if only a little tiny..

The room was quite clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. The dining and cooking utensils were fairly complete. The TV and sound system facilities have improved compared to before and are now better. The room was cool, the amenities were complete, and overall it was quite comfortable to stay in. Perhaps the water gallon could be given a bit more attention, as the water had a slight metallic smell when we were there. This might come from either the water itself or the dispenser. However, overall the place is comfortable and I would recommend it for staying.

La camera era piccola ma completamente attrezzata, il letto era morbido e confortevole e il marchio dell'hotel era affidabile. La colazione era abbondante, il servizio eccellente ed è un'ottima scelta. Anche l'ambiente era piacevole e la zona circostante era piuttosto vivace.
