Hotel con spa a Praga

It had been one of the best hotel stay i had to be honest. The service and attentiveness were great and impressive. You will feel welcome and the staff were all so friendly and helpful, they were so well trained. This also applys to night shift staff which i am very impressed. I would definitely stay in Boho again if i travel to Prague and would definitely recommend to any friends or families! To all the staff in BoHo, i can feel your pride and passion in your service, keep it up, well done! You are all an asset to the hotel!

L'hotel vanta una posizione privilegiata, proprio accanto alle stazioni della metropolitana e del tram, il che lo rende comodo per raggiungere il centro storico e altre attrazioni. La colazione era deliziosa, con un'ampia varietà di dessert originali. Il letto king-size in camera era molto comodo, con una larghezza di 1,8 metri. Tuttavia, il personale della reception parlava un inglese piuttosto stentato, rendendo difficile la comprensione. Sembra che l'hotel non si rivolga molto agli ospiti cinesi; non ho visto altri cinesi durante il mio soggiorno di due giorni, il che è comprensibile dato che si tratta di un hotel frequentato principalmente da gente del posto.

Fantastic hotel! Helpful staff at the reception, and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Excellent housekeeping staff! Great breakfast buffet and a very good lunch. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The hotel is located a little outside the old town itself, but there are good public transport connections. It’s also easy to book an Uber or Bolt. We would gladly come back!

L'hotel si trova leggermente fuori dal centro città, quindi consiglio di lasciare l'auto in hotel (gratuitamente) e di prendere un Uber per raggiungere il centro città per 6-8 €. Il parcheggio in città sarebbe più costoso. Il vostro hotel è semplicemente fantastico e la colazione a buffet merita 5 stelle. Le camere sono un po' datate ma comunque pulite, e la vista dal 21° piano era incredibile. La palestra al 25° piano è gratuita, tuttavia, se si desidera utilizzare la piscina dopo, bisogna pagare 20 € per 2 ore. Non ho mai visto un costo aggiuntivo per la piscina prima. Il limite di 2 ore dovrebbe essere riconsiderato, poiché nessuno sembra controllare quanto tempo le persone rimangono effettivamente in piscina. Tutto sommato, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole e lo consigliamo.

The hotel is very nice but the location is not so good. Even we drive still need to park quite far away. The staff is not very helpful, or maybe i should say she is not considerate at all. We booked the spa, but we didn't have our dinner yet while we were checking in, we mentioned many times to her that we are in the hurry for dinner, i believe if we don't eat before the spa, everything will closed afterwards, but she was just writing the check-in form super slowly.(I think she used half an hour just to fill up the form) In the end, we only left half an hour, run to the restaurant and pour all the food inside our mouth & run back. But in the end we found the beer spa come with some bread, also the mini bar has some sandwiches, then why don't she tell us since we asked her so many times for the food! Because the hotel is located in a very quiet place , nothing much around, there is no restaurant inside the hotel too, but we asked her if there is any food the hotel can provide and she said no!

Services exceeded expectation. You are given a drink and face towel upon checking in, at a lounge facing Vltava River! Breakfast was excellent with super wide buffet spread. Room with terrace offered great view of Prague Castle!!

Il personale della reception è stato gentile e disponibile ad aiutarci a risolvere il problema. La camera era ben attrezzata e funzionale, mancava solo l'aria condizionata. Faceva molto caldo quel giorno, quindi mi sono rivolto alla reception per segnalare il problema e il personale si è offerto di prestarci un ventilatore. Il problema è stato risolto! La colazione a buffet, in stile Pito, rispetto al soggiorno precedente, era un po' diversa, con piatti come la zuppa di patate e altro ancora. Il ristorante dell'hotel è aperto solo per prenotazioni di gruppo a pranzo o a cena. I clienti individuali possono richiedere alla reception una carta sconto del 95% e mangiare in un ristorante nelle vicinanze.

L'hotel è stato ricostruito qualche anno fa, è diventato meglio, ma c'è qualcosa da lavorare)) come sempre - bellissimi colazione

Niente acqua gratuita. Il check-in è possibile fino alle 19:00. Se arrivate in ritardo, potete recarvi all'angolo della strada per chiedere la password. La stanza che dava sulla strada era molto rumorosa. Il giorno dopo, quando ho detto che volevo cambiare camera e chiaramente non era al completo, la reception mi ha mentito e mi ha detto che non potevano cambiare camera perché era piena. Ma la colazione è deliziosa
