Good location with bus station right at the door step@ abeit on the other side of hotel. Hotel is clean and modern with catch phrases around the room to light up your days. The service staff is polite and answer to all questions asked. Just like the other hotel near by there are eateries around the hotel and at each corners and they open till late night. It is also near Teochew West lake, and about 30 mins walk away from Teochew Old Town where all the attraction located. We booked with breakfast and it is delicious with some nice local Teochew cuisine, and to me you can coupled with your hotel booking or purchase for one of the day you stay.

Thoughtful service! My mum fell ill and had diarrhoea. She dirtied the beddings on the day that we had to check out. We had no choice but see a doctor, yet we were not sure whether we could make it back before check-out time. The staff on duty was very assuring and promised that everything will be taken care of. Lo and behold, she managed to help us move to another room, and made sure we were all settled before we took care of the bills. Service aside, the breakfast was fantastic! Those who enjoy seafood would appreciate how fresh and tasty the rice noodle soup was. Location wise, it’s very near the “little garden”, yet not so near that it would be too noisy and rowdy. To me, if you don’t mind the higher price tag, this would be a perfect place to stay in Shan Tou.

CCaren Su ChingLovely new boutique hotel in a great location. We booked the room with a courtyard which was more expensive but worth every penny. The hotel is located in a little alley only accessible by foot or bike. They were great in sending us instructions via WeChat on how to get there and also helped us arrange a private car hire from the high speed rail station. It was an easy 5 minute walk from the main road with our luggage. The little alleyways are full of character. The hotel also sent us tons of info on local food and attractions close to the hotel as well. The room itself was beautiful, with everything you’ll need and we especially loved the courtyard. We enjoyed the little box of local snacks and the local tea offered in the room. No coffee though, so make sure you bring your own instant coffee packets. The location is great - we walked everywhere. It’s just mere minutes to Pai Fang Street and also walkable to attractions like Kai Yuan Temple, Guang Ji Bridge and Tower Gate. Lots of food options in the area - from local snacks to little eateries and full service restaurants. We’ll be back if we ever come back to Chaozhou.

SSerli XieMolto conveniente posizione e buon servizio. La camera familiare era pulita e tesa. Apprezzare il servizio di lavanderia giornaliero e gratis snack e bevande all'hotel. Il personale era anche molto gentile e professionale. Avrei consigliato alle persone che vengono a chaozhou di rimanere qui!

YYi86lvxingzhe服務：前台小姐姐非常的細心且熱情，聲音非常温柔！客房有需求，打電話給前台，處理速度非常快，有時候趕上接班的時間，小姐姐會來不及換自己的衣服，就來給我們處理問題，及時送來水等物品，靦腆又具有青春活力，感覺像是鄰家妹妹！主管和大堂經理也會經常巡視，有問題都可以得到及時解決，總之感覺非常舒服，為此次出行的旅途疲勞減輕不少！環境：酒店臨街出行非常方便，但是隔音很好，休息會非常舒服！酒店有獨立的停車位，可以很快進入大堂辦理入住，非常方便！衞生：酒店衞生做得非常到位，寢具乾淨整潔，水池擦得亮晶晶，桌面沒有浮沉！設施：酒店配套設施非常齊全，能達到五星標準！有自助洗衣房、健身器材、小童遊樂區，非常適合親子出遊，商務出行也是很好的選擇！酒店真的做的很用心，提供的水都是百歲山，而且是小包裝，避免浪費且方便攜帶，不夠喝還可以和前台聯繫。床頭還配有安眠香薰，可以根據自己喜好決定是否打開，床頭配備紙巾盒很方便，紙抽細膩柔軟！新開的酒店一點裝修味道都沒有，鼻炎患者的福音。屋內實施有很多都是按照人體力學設計，使用起來非常舒適方便！早餐簡單精緻，有潮州特色粿條。

Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by an unpleasant odor that lingered in the air, making it difficult to relax. The smell seemed to be a combination of stale air and something musty, which certainly put a damper on my first impression of the hotel. Despite the initial setback, I found the hotel staff to be exceptionally helpful and accommodating. After expressing my concerns at the front desk, the receptionist was quick to apologize and offered to reallocate me to a different room. I appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to rectify the situation, which significantly improved my experience. The new room was a breath of fresh air—literally. It was clean, well-maintained, and free of any unpleasant odors. I was grateful for the staff's prompt action, which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my stay without any lingering discomfort. The amenities in the new room were satisfactory, with comfortable bedding and a nice view of the surrounding area. While my initial room left much to be desired, the positive attitude and efficiency of the hotel staff made a significant difference. Their commitment to customer satisfaction transformed a potentially negative experience into a more pleasant one. In conclusion, while I cannot overlook the issue of the stinky room, the helpfulness of the staff in reallocating me to a better accommodation certainly deserves recognition. I would consider returning to the Sunshine Hotel in the future, but I hope they can address the odor issue in their rooms to enhance guest satisfaction overall.

SSinoRichAbbiamo visitato la Plaza Crowne a Chaozhou per un evento di matrimonio. L'iscrizione è stata SUPER FAST e da personale amichevole che si sono presentati. Smile e chiare istruzioni in inglese. L'evento si è svolto al terzo piano e la preparazione alimentare è stata eccellente. La camera (34° piano) era molto pulita, profumata e aveva una bella vista sull'area locale. Le finestre avevano ombre automatiche che funzionavano bene. La camera era molto pulita. Sebbene la porta sia un po' ”non privata”, funzionava bene e la zona della doccia e del bagno era molto pulita. Il filo del secchio era un po' corto da raggiungere dal receptacolo allo specchio, ma abbiamo fatto. In futuro, in quanto cambiano i secchieri, dovranno valutare la lunghezza del cordone per assicurarsi che raggiunga lo specchio principale del bagno. Abbiamo goduto il delizioso colazione a buffet occidentale. Buona selezione di carne e tutti i tipi di pasticceria. La tosta francese e le waffle erano i nostri preferiti. Anche i salsicce erano gioielli. In tutto abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto bello, ma breve. Spero che la prossima volta riusciremo a rimanere molto più a lungo.

TTohDaraHo avuto un soggiorno sorprendente qui! La posizione è fuori dalla città antica ma si è bloccata in una tranquilla strada che ho trovato molto tranquilla. Il proprietario ci ha offerto di avere il tè e era molto gentile e amichevole. Quando siamo arrivati, ci hanno anche inviato una lista di posti consigliati per mangiare in wechat. Non molti posti lo fanno e ho apprezzato la raccomandazione locale per il hotpot di carne e altri locali! Il colazione era interessante, era un pasto in un negozio di cibo vicino. L’intera esperienza era molto locale e mi piaceva, la stanza era spaziale e molto accogliente, e avevano anche asciugamani disponibili che sostituiscono quotidianamente, ma forse è una preferenza personale, preferirei molto un asciugamano normale per una migliore assorbimento. Indipendentemente da questo soggiorno di casa, è ancora una buona esperienza. Il tetto è eccellente per rilassarsi, e anche offrono tè gratuito nella stanza. Certamente ciò che mi serviva dopo un lungo giorno di passeggiata per riposare e rilassarsi. Infine, ho esitato a prenotare questo perché pensavo che sarebbe stato meglio prenotare qualcosa nella città antica, ma l'esperienza è stata così buona, non ho rimpianto! Certamente prenotare ancora qui, i proprietari di residenza sono i migliori ospiti!

PPaul. SThe best part of this place is the location, right behind YUY Hotel at the junction of Paifang Street (Taiping Rd) and Xima Road. You can just walk a few minutes to Kaiyuan Temple, Guangji Gate and Guangji Bridge. At 5.30pm, they remove the pontoons in the middle of the bridge and at 8pm, there is a light show. Food is abundantly found in the surrounding streets. Access to this hotel is via the 2 lanes beside YUY Hotel from Paifang street or Xima Road. The boss and his wife communicate in Mandarin, so Google translate will come in handy. Before checking in, you need to inform the inn of the time of arrival so that the boss can meet you. We were given a key card and complete freedom to go in and out anytime. The place is quiet and very clean. It is also quite new. Amenities are good quality, towels and bedding all good. Perfect for an independent traveller. Hosts are friendly and helpful. There is a washing machine and place for drying clothes on the rooftop. If you come from Chaosan train station, take bus K2 and stop at the Central Hospital opposite West Lake and walk to the inn in about 10-15mins. Make sure you have WeChat installed in your phone to communicate with the host.

AAbelwhen booking the a room looking into the courtyard beware that the noise of the rest of rooms will sound as if the action is happening in your own room, the window is not noise proof at all. Any weekend plenty of families with kids will come to this hotel so sleep is very difficult and nobodys fault but the lack of noiseproof on the window. On the other hand room looking at the street is no way better, this hotel has only 3 floors and it is located at a busy street full of traffic. breakfast was decent and good enough with the local beef noodle especially, the location is good just crossing the street you get into Chao Zhou ancient town, but again we found sleep and rest in overall difficult in this hotel
