"Overall experience is good with friendly staff and pleasant environment. Service: reached hotel at 2, was told room is under cleaning. Waited till 3:30 then was informed only 1 room is ready. The other room still need 5-10 minutes.o Cleanliness: not very clean, blanket found stain and hair. Toilet bowl unable to flush completely. Good thing is the front desk staff quickly arranged for repair and change. Food: breakfast has wide range of choice, taste is normal, but all the fruit juice and welcome drinks are fresh and nice. Location: 10 minutes drive from ferry terminal but hotel itself is not walking distance to any shopping malls. Good thing in Batam is Grab is VERY fast and cheap."

Sì, l'hotel è un po' vecchio e le lenzuola potrebbero avere una piccola macchia, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal fatto che il loro letto singolo sia in realtà un letto queen size e un letto singolo. Anche le loro camere sono arredate con mobili prevalentemente in legno. Un'altra cosa che mi piace davvero è l'aria condizionata, è molto forte e molto fredda. Ci siamo avvolti nella coperta come un burrito. Forse una piccola cosa da notare è che, nonostante ci siano i cartelli “vietato fumare” negli ascensori, ci sono ancora viaggiatori che fumano apertamente lì dentro. Ma a parte questo, penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso ok. È anche abbastanza sicuro, perché devi scansionare la scheda della stanza prima di selezionare il livello a cui vuoi accedere. C'è anche un Macdonald nelle vicinanze, basta attraversare la strada."

"We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belhotel Batam. The Deluxe Room was large, clean, and very spacious, which made our trip very comfortable. A big thank you to Tesa, who was extremely kind and thoughtful. She helped us prearrange an anniversary surprise with a beautiful flower setup in the room. "Overall, extremely pleasant experience. Location was near Nagoya Hill area with many essentials stores nearby that were accessible by a designated pathway that leads out from the hotel lobby lift area. There’s also a Starbucks cafe downstairs at the lobby of the hotel that comes with a pool table. Room was great. Service was excellent and even satisfied my extra requirement of having a birthday cake surprise for my partner which was greatly appreciated. Room amenities were all alright. Toiletries were more than adequate which was really great! Comes with a bathtub big enough for two. TV was big enough and comes with Netflix. Breakfast had a widespread of cuisines and pool and gym amenities were really satisfactory. E-hailing services such as Grab and Gojek were easily booked from the hotel lobby. Security assuring and tight with every car entering the hotel premises being subjected to a security check. Hotel doorman was extremely friendly and helpful.Room service was extraordinary and was very good and relatively cheap! Some areas for improvement include: - Some of the light switches in the room were either not functioning or it was difficult to switch the light on or off probably due to the electrical contact issue. - The peephole was loose and was not functioning properly. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfactory experience. Definitely recommend!!! :)"
