"Il buffet e l'ospitalità del personale sono eccellenti e tra i migliori 4 e 5 stelle hotel , che ho soggiornato finora. L'hotel è ben situato con facile trasporto di Grab & Taxi (a prezzi molto buoni). La camera è grande e fa fronte al mare. Il governo dovrebbe tuttavia fornire un certo sostegno per installare luci di traffico per facilitare gli utenti stradali che attraversano le strade chiave. Il personale che merita menzioni speciali comprende Handika (Manager di dovere) e Indra (pool)."

"Overall experience is good with friendly staff and pleasant environment. Service: reached hotel at 2, was told room is under cleaning. Waited till 3:30 then was informed only 1 room is ready. The other room still need 5-10 minutes.o Cleanliness: not very clean, blanket found stain and hair. Toilet bowl unable to flush completely. Good thing is the front desk staff quickly arranged for repair and change. Food: breakfast has wide range of choice, taste is normal, but all the fruit juice and welcome drinks are fresh and nice. Location: 10 minutes drive from ferry terminal but hotel itself is not walking distance to any shopping malls. Good thing in Batam is Grab is VERY fast and cheap."

"Il personale è molto cordiale. Ci hanno dato una camera comunicante anche se avevamo prenotato solo una camera normale. L'hotel è piuttosto vecchio e alcune strutture sono piuttosto logore. Ma nel complesso è ancora buono per questa fascia di prezzo. Anche la posizione è buona. Usciti direttamente e puoi individuare numerosi ristoranti."

"Situazione grande 👍🏼 Grand Batam Mall è proprio accanto a & molte opzioni di massaggio disponibili nelle vicinanze. La stanza non era pronta fino alle 3:00 . Aveva una stanza di aggiornamento come stavo celebrando il mio compleanno e torta gratuita anche . La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa per 2, TV in grado di trasmettere YouTube & Netflix. Sotto è l'aria su gets hot in the night & bedboard aveva qualche tintura .. eccetto quella stanza è ok. La colazione ha abbastanza opzione e riempire molto rapidamente solo la zona del colazione è molto piccola, quindi pianifica il colazione già. In generale, un buon soggiorno per il prezzo pagato."

"This is my 2nd time in this hotel. The last time I stayed was almost more than 1 year ago. The place had definitely went thru renovation as the rooms that we had stayed in level 2 were new, clean and fresh. We were given choice to upgrade with additional 1,000.00++ rupees 2out of the 4 rooms that we had booked to family and executive room to accommodate the extra bed as there are 11 of us in total. The location definitely is a killer as it was abt 3 mins walk to Grand Batam Mall. I guess the only set back is that the hotel doesn't comes with a pool for the kids and the GYM is still under maintenance.. The spa nothing great but it's not a concern for us as there are many spa/massage parlour along the hotel area. The breakfast needs improvement however the staff is friendly and also ready to serve the guests at all cost. Thank u for the great hospitality. Will definitely come again ❤️ 😊 💐"

"Montigo Nongsa Resort is a must go for a relaxing retreat in Batam to rest and recharge from the daily rush of City life. Just by simply being there, immersed in the beauty of white washed villas by the sea, you will feel like you're in Greece. Soaking in the scenic view all around you everywhere you go and vibes of a slower pace of life, all the stress slips away. In the resort, commuting is done using a buggy, or you can have a delightful walk discovering paths and scenic places not covered by the buggy. The villa is my beautiful cozy home for the retreat with its own Infinity pool giving me all time access to the magnificent sea view, sunset and cloudy skies overhead. I can lounge on the poolside bench for a sunbath watching the ferries and sea activities or admire the broad expanse of the dark cloudy skies overhead with planes flying above at night truly quietens one's spirit down in an amazing life by the sea. Adding sparks and highlights to the already perfect life here in Montigo Resort is the abundance of daily breakfast at Tadd's Restaurant. The staff here (including Sara and another gentleman staff whom I didn't ask for the name) are amazingly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant breakfast experience for you. If you have booked recreation activities in advance, you would be pleasantly delighted that staff from the Recreation Club would be there at Tadd's before you come for breakfast to meet you and assure they will bring you to the Recreation activity after breakfast! Wow! What a seamless experience to make you feel so welcome and well taken care of! Thanks to Chyntia, Coco, Yoga, Wahid and Bruhan from the Recreation Club. Chyntia has thoughtfully planned the sequence of the activities when I booked several activities over a few days without fixed dates and time to allow easier booking depending on tidal conditions and other guests' bookings. You can try your hands at the Airsoft Gun. Coco from Recreation Club will guide you on the shooting techniques. As a first timer with Airsoft guns, I'm certainly pleased to have hit 2 targets using 30 pellets. Next is the kayaking. Yoga from Recreation Club will brief you on using the paddle and take photos and videos for you from the shore. Just paddle out to the peaceful sea and take in the entire landscape of Montigo Resort from the kayak. I'm also amazed at the opportunity to see a tiny flat crab clutching onto a floating cardboard raising one leg at me at sea! Another exciting adventure is the ATV! Wahid from the Recreation Club will help you get familiar to the ATV in no time and guide you on a tour to the dirt track and the nearby farm in the ATV if you choose the one hour session! Along the way, he will help take photos and videos to capture your memorable ATV journey. Lastly, you can opt for a 2 hour bike tour to 2 kampungs! Guided by Bruhan from Recreation Club, you will see the captivating rustic local life scenes, the nature and beach along the way. You will also see the mangrove village where paintball activity takes place. Bruhan will also take photos and videos for you when we pause for breaks. Thankfully, Bruhan brought along a bottle of mineral water for me for regular hydration during the tour! It totally skipped my mind to consider bringing water along! To ease the muscle soreness, end the day with a blissful soak in the Infinity pool or warm bathtub with an essential oil bath bomb. Breathe in the aromatic scent and relax. So much wonderful memories and delightful experiences at Montigo Nongsa Resort leaves me looking forward to more!"

"Questo hotel ha 2 edifici, scegliere il lato superiore per le camere più nuove. Scegli il piano alto, perché i piani inferiori sono KTV rispetto al SPA. La posizione è buona cibo/mercato/Massaggio/magazzino sono tutti vicini. Camera 802 ha bisogno di manutenzione . Blackout/aercone senza energia/porta"

"Ho dato gradi completi 5/5 per Batam 1 Hotel. Situato in buona posizione, ci sono stalle di cibo intorno alla zona e ci vogliono 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale Nagoya. Ho preso Grab dal Mall al Hotel era solo 12k (circa S$1). La stanza era pulita, letti e casse di polvere erano fresche. Molti canali sulla TV. Il personale di contatto era cortese, check-in check-out anche veloce. Il colazione era semplice, ma non troppo male. L'hotel offre un 30% di sconto per il massaggio al livello 3. Prenoterò questo hotel la prossima volta che visiterò Batam."
