Hotel in zona Surbana Jurong Private Limited, Singapore

Recentemente sono rimasto a Genting Hotel Jurong e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza in generale. Il tema ”hotel in un giardino” dell'hotel è stato rinfrescante, con un vasto paesaggio e verdezza che creano un'atmosfera rilassante. Il personale era amichevole e utile, rendendo il mio soggiorno comodo. La posizione era conveniente, a pochi passi dalla stazione MRT Jurong East. Mi sono divertito con la varietà di opzioni da pranzo nelle vicinanze. In generale, era un grande soggiorno, e consiglierei questo hotel ad altri visitatori della zona.

Francamente, era tranquillo. Non c'era niente da mangiare vicino, quindi abbiamo dovuto ordinare.La piscina era andata. Mi piaceva la stanza semplice e cozyyy, il bagno era grande!! Se avessi bisogno di una fuga dalla realtà, sarebbe valsa la pena.

在curtin Singapore讀書，離學校新址挺近的，公交15分鐘，離金文泰也很近，酒店週一到週五提供歐陸早餐，雖然種類很有限，但是早餐來説營養夠了尤其那個火腿蠻好吃的，酒店公寓房間是我看到新加坡酒店算是比較大的了，有廚房可以做飯廚具餐具也都有，洗衣機帶烘乾機很方便，周圍附近也有食閣，不過酒店樓下就有一個pasta餐廳味道也很不錯，而且離west coast park也特別近很適合跑步，house keeping是週二週四週六做，也不會太打擾到休息，總體這個公寓是很不錯的，很安靜適宜居住如果不是很喜歡吵鬧的話，不過也是挺難訂到的

Staff members are very helpful and responsive to feedback. One day, it was very rainy and one staff member even accompanied guests to where taxies parked with an umbrella to make sure they wouldn't get wet. Also, there is a bus station just besides.

Clean rooms, warm and helpful staff, restaurants and 7/11 nearby, a convenient location with easy access to public transport and a peaceful environment. Overall, a highly recommendable stay. Thank you, everyone!

I recently stayed at a small budget hotel and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Despite its affordable rates, the hotel offered clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this budget hotel for anyone looking for a cost-effective and enjoyable place to stay.

È molto semplice effettuare transazioni con il team Coliwoo, anche via e-mail, che è la mia migliore forma di comunicazione. Dato che non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna SIMcard SG, abbiamo portato con noi un WiFi tascabile in roaming. Le camere, i servizi e l'intera zona sono puliti. Anche se è fuori dal quartiere cittadino, con la vista dalla finestra, lo spazio in camera e gli elettrodomestici, in particolare la lavatrice con asciugatrice, questa è la nostra prima scelta. Se mai dovessimo tornare a SG, questa sarebbe davvero di nuovo la nostra prima scelta. C'è un vicino 7/11, opzioni di venditori ambulanti di pasti e anche fermate dell'autobus, quindi viaggiare non è un problema per noi poiché amiamo una bella vista e un viaggio tranquillo per esplorare la città.

The overall experience of this stay is satisfactory. The room is spacious and comfortable, the view outside the window is beautiful, the facilities are complete, and the staff are very friendly and professional, which makes people feel warm. However, during our five-night stay, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was intermittent every day, which was a little inconvenient for guests who need a stable network. In addition, the breakfast part is a bit disappointing. The number of dishes is relatively small, but we don’t mind. The texture and taste of the food can be improved. With a price of over S$40 per person paid on site, we expect the food quality to be more in line with the price level to further enhance the overall accommodation experience. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is strategically located, about a 10-minute walk from the nearest MRT station (Buona Vista). There is also a bus stop at the door, and there are many bus routes for easy access. Among them, bus number 14 can go directly to Orchard Road, and the transportation is very convenient. . 這次入住的經驗整體令人滿意，房間寬敞舒適，窗外景色優美，設備完善，櫃檯人員非常親切且專業，讓人倍感溫馨。 不過，這次連續入住五晚，房間內的Wi-Fi訊號每天都出現斷斷續續的情況，對於需要穩定網路的客人來說稍有不便，建議貴飯店能檢視並改善網路的穩定性。 另外，早餐部分稍有遺憾。雖然菜色品項較少尚可接受，但食物的口感與味道有提升空間。以每人現場付費超過新幣40元的價格而言，期望餐飲品質能更符合價格水準，進一步提升整體住宿體驗。 值得一提的是，飯店地理位置優越，距離最近的MRT車站（Buona Vista）步行約10分鐘，門口也有公車站，有多條公車路線方便通行，其中14號可直達烏節路，交通十分便利。

Ho trascorso un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso al Park Avenue Rochester Hotel durante la notte di Capodanno. Il servizio è stato eccellente e lo staff, incluso il personale di sicurezza in servizio sia il 31 dicembre che il 1° gennaio, è stato fantastico. Dal momento in cui ho inviato un'e-mail per fare una richiesta speciale fino al momento del check-out, tutto è stato gestito alla perfezione. L'hotel ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste e ci è stata assegnata una camera con una vista fantastica sulle residenze e sullo Star Vista Mall. L'area della piscina era mozzafiato, circondata da piante curate in modo splendido che creavano un'atmosfera rilassante. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, a pochi passi dallo Star Vista Mall e dalla stazione MRT. I centri commerciali nelle vicinanze offrono una varietà di opzioni di cibo Halal, il che è stato un enorme vantaggio per me. Ho ricevuto una colazione gratuita per due, ma sfortunatamente non era certificata Halal. Forse l'hotel potrebbe prendere in considerazione l'idea di introdurre pasti bento Halal in futuro per soddisfare più ospiti. Solo un suggerimento! Nel complesso, la mia esperienza al Park Avenue Rochester Hotel è stata eccezionale e lo consiglio vivamente. Servizio perfetto, ottima posizione e un soggiorno memorabile! Grazie!

My experience with lyf one north has always been excellent which is why I keep coming back when I need to recharge and rest. Somehow this time it has been an unpleasant and frustrating experience. It started from the female front desk when I checked in asking for my credit card. Recall lyf does not have room (meals), f&b or laundry service for us to charge to. Was told “just in case” and no further explanation given. Requested for extra towel and had to explain its usage. Thank goodness she didn’t ask me to explain the bathroom slippers usage. Also requested for a quiet room and didn’t expect much as I know lyf might have full occupancy and may not be able to oblige. Just felt thankful and then disappointed that she found me a “very quiet room”. But it was a really “very noisy room”. -situated in between amphitheater and exterior of kitchen dining area where people gather to chat -staff constantly uses the blower to ensure leaves stay away from the compound -room located along corridor for access to kitchen and pool meaning higher traffic -public bus engine pulling away from the bus stop every few minutes As far as I know, Iyf’s room at one north is quiet. And somehow this is the one room where all the noises from every possible combination adds up. And the front desk at lyf is not aware of this. And it doesn’t end there. I checked out at 7+ am at the front desk and in the afternoon around 1pm got a call from a staff who asked me if I check out as they didn’t receive my check out card. I told him I passed it to one of the female staff at the front counter. To be fair, none of these ever happened for all the times I have been staying at Iyf but this one time, everything from the start to the end went wrong and added on to my utter frustration with Iyf. One thing I discovered though, the male staff working at the kitchen area, he was dedicated to his job. Constantly keeping the exterior clean all the time. And the front desk who served me, though she didn’t get me the “very quiet room”, I could sense her enthusiasm and she even helped a guest extended his check out time which I appreciated her kind gesture. Not every front desk staff would go the extra mile.
