Right across the road from MRT. Co-working space is good but room itself feels much more claustrophobic than Bugis or Funan properties. No amenities except shower items. Very spotty service at front counter. So-called ”light clean” is only changing towel and throw rubbish - not even making up the bed. Disappointed this is Ascott property. Not recommended for longer stay.

Ho ottenuto un aggiornamento gratuito al grande tetto. Molto apprezzabile dell'hotel mgt. La stanza è grande n bello e il balcone è grande anche. Il personale di servizio dell'hotel è tutti amichevole n utile. Rimarrà in futuro .

Qualcosa di diverso dagli hotel abituali. Era un divertente soggiorno che viveva in un container di hotel turnato. Cucina molto ben attrezzata con esigenze di cucina come pote, salse, olio, piatti e utensili. Possiamo cucinare i nostri pasti e goderla al balcone esterno. Il posto era così bello e brivido in serata, così bello. È sorpreso che le luci fatiche fossero installate, così ha aggiunto il piacere di notte. I miei ragazzi amavano il tribunale di basket proprio fuori e il soggiorno forniva anche un basket! Cariche di attrazioni proprio al contrario di Fusionopolis, ristoranti, caffè, cucina alimentare, supermercato & 7-11. Il timbrio è anche solo un getto di pietra. Una simile esperienza divertente e diversa!

The overall experience of this stay is satisfactory. The room is spacious and comfortable, the view outside the window is beautiful, the facilities are complete, and the staff are very friendly and professional, which makes people feel warm.
However, during our five-night stay, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was intermittent every day, which was a little inconvenient for guests who need a stable network.
In addition, the breakfast part is a bit disappointing. The number of dishes is relatively small, but we don’t mind. The texture and taste of the food can be improved. With a price of over S$40 per person paid on site, we expect the food quality to be more in line with the price level to further enhance the overall accommodation experience.
It is worth mentioning that the hotel is strategically located, about a 10-minute walk from the nearest MRT station (Buona Vista). There is also a bus stop at the door, and there are many bus routes for easy access. Among them, bus number 14 can go directly to Orchard Road, and the transportation is very convenient. .

Ho trascorso un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso al Park Avenue Rochester Hotel durante la notte di Capodanno. Il servizio è stato eccellente e lo staff, incluso il personale di sicurezza in servizio sia il 31 dicembre che il 1° gennaio, è stato fantastico. Dal momento in cui ho inviato un'e-mail per fare una richiesta speciale fino al momento del check-out, tutto è stato gestito alla perfezione. L'hotel ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste e ci è stata assegnata una camera con una vista fantastica sulle residenze e sullo Star Vista Mall. L'area della piscina era mozzafiato, circondata da piante curate in modo splendido che creavano un'atmosfera rilassante. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, a pochi passi dallo Star Vista Mall e dalla stazione MRT. I centri commerciali nelle vicinanze offrono una varietà di opzioni di cibo Halal, il che è stato un enorme vantaggio per me. Ho ricevuto una colazione gratuita per due, ma sfortunatamente non era certificata Halal. Forse l'hotel potrebbe prendere in considerazione l'idea di introdurre pasti bento Halal in futuro per soddisfare più ospiti. Solo un suggerimento! Service is also good. When I getting back from the swimming pool in wet because of the sudden rain, a male staff kindly told don't worry and followed the way to wipe the path to keep the path from slipping.
The only disadvantage is there's only one food court downstairs, very few options for dining.
Generally very good place to stay.

È stata una esperienza unica! Amato la cucina e le strutture all'interno del contenitore (ci sono quattro unità di airconi nella stanza... ben attrezzata è una sottovalutazione).
La posizione, tuttavia, era un po 'di un problema per noi. In primo luogo, questo hotel container è situato al retro della Haw Par Villa (un'attrazione turistica). You’d need to walk up a hill for about 5-10 minutes to reach the container. One suggestion that is worth the management’s consideration would be to automatically send a check-in manual to the booking email address (something like what Airbnb landlords do), without necessiting the individual to call the management and end up in un retro e in un retro per individuare le procedure di controllo. Questo è stato un soggiorno davvero memorabile con mia zia. Prima di tutto, il personale era molto gentile e disponibile. Sono stati molto disponibili e attenti a spiegarci tutto ciò che dobbiamo sapere sull'hotel. Siamo riusciti a goderci il cestino alimentare galleggiante presso la veranda al 7 ° piano, motivo per cui inizialmente abbiamo deciso di fare il check-in appositamente in questo hotel per provare un tale lusso🥰 ho ricevuto molti complimenti ahahah sul mio FB IG e su Other Socmed acc. A parte questo, l'hotel è circondato da punti ristoro che servono cucina locale e internazionale e chi ignorerebbe COFFEEEEEE... c'è Starbuck, un bel croissant nelle vicinanze e persino un delizioso caffè locale in giro. Vicino anche alle fermate dell'autobus e IKEA non dimenticare a un passo.

FFrancisco A1) When we checked in, we were told we could enjoy a 20 percent discount from the hotel's restaurants. We ate therefore at Jiang Nan Chun, the Chinese restaurant of the hotel
( total bill S$242), and the next day, at Nobu Japanese restaurant ( total bill- around $402). When we checked out, however, the discount was not given, even if the restaurant's
waiter told us that the discount would be given upon check out from the hotel. ( The total amount spent on the two restaurants was S$645!)
2) The most shocking thing was that the flush of the towel bowl did not work on Sunday, May 26. We used the flush but the water was overflowing and the feces were floating about. So we tried to pour water into the toilet bowl three times by using the waste can of the toilet to fill it full with water to flush the toilet but still to no avail. Finally, we had to ask for help from the hotel staff to solve the problem. The hotel staff later gave us a plate of fruits and a short letter of apology for the inconvenience caused.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel stesso è considerato conveniente, c'è una porta a destra della strada accanto all'hotel dove può collegarsi alla corte di cibo di livello inferiore di Suntec City. Durante il check-in, nessuno ci ha informato del festival musicale (DJ) che si è svolto negli ultimi giorni. La stanza che ci fu data era proprio al di sopra del festival musicale, era così forte durante l’après-miglioramento e mi fu detto che continuerò fino alle 10:00. Mio figlio non poteva prendergli il nap! Questo ha sbagliato il nostro programma di giorno intero, per lo più abbiamo sprecato tutto il giorno cercando di cambiare la stanza. Tuttavia, grazie al assistente manager del desk front (Ivy) siamo riusciti a ottenere una stanza di piano superiore lontano da tutto il rumore (finalmente abbiamo avuto un cambiamento di stanza alle 8:30), se non per il suo aiuto avrei dato un rating ancora meno.
Ancora una volta vorrei ringraziare Ivy per tutto il suo aiuto.

UUtente ospiteHo festeggiato il compleanno di mio marito al Ritz Carlton. Siamo rimasti stupiti dal servizio e dalla camera assegnata. La club lounge ha un servizio eccellente, vorrei fare i complimenti in particolare a Firdaus e Moira. Entrambi hanno reso il nostro soggiorno un'esperienza straordinaria.
Ci piacerebbe tornare per altre feste. Hotel altamente consigliato per godere di un servizio e di una vista eccellenti!

YYuwenyuanParliamo prima dei vantaggi dell'hotel. Per quanto riguarda Singapore, il prezzo non è davvero alto, le dimensioni della camera non sono piccole e l'arredamento non è vecchio.
Per quanto riguarda i difetti, il servizio è davvero nella media. Il personale delle pulizie ha lasciato un calzino nella mia stanza. Non ho mai riscontrato una situazione del genere durante il soggiorno in un hotel. Non posso dire che l'addetto alla reception abbia avuto un atteggiamento negativo al momento del check-in, ma non ha sorriso e non ha guardato veramente gli ospiti.
L'hotel potrebbe non essere in una zona popolare, ma è comunque molto comodo. C'è un 711 accanto all'hotel, ma i prezzi sono molto alti, quindi non consiglio di andarci. C'è un supermercato locale di fronte e le stesse cose sono molto più economiche. C'è un ristorante chiamato Nanyang vicino all'hotel, ottimo per la colazione. C'è anche un relativamente noto Dragon Seafood Restaurant, sempre vicino all'hotel, dove potrete cenare.
Usa la presa per chiamare un taxi per il Merlion, i Gardens by the Bay e altre attrazioni, e il prezzo dovrebbe essere inferiore a 100 yuan, che varia a seconda dell'orario. Se ci sono molte persone che viaggiano, soprattutto con bambini o anziani, è una buona idea chiamare un taxi. Praticamente non ci sono ingorghi a Singapore.

HHKK123Best hotel in the city centre. Marriott always does extra miles. We are given a new room as the previous one is pretty noisy due to its proximity with the restaurant. The customer service team are excellent (Ms. Visakh) and the guest relation team (Ms. Mary Gloriani) for the birthday decorations for my daughter.
Breakfast is always the best. I believe the best in Singapore in terms of quality and variety.
Will definitely coming back again

UUtente ospiteWe were recommended this hotel by many friends who had kids and this turned out to be a really safe and comfortable staycation with many things for my 3 year old to do. It was for his birthday and the staff even surprised us with a birthday cake with his name. Hotel is spacious and easy to navigate with staff very well trained to watch out for children and their needs.
Only issue was the furniture in rooms was not child safe with sharp corners and lots of spots to get hurt. Especially with active daredevil toddlers jumping off everything.
Restaurants weren’t halal certified but the nearby malls made food easy to get. Parking for guests is also free with prior notification.

MMui HuangWe faced some hiccups during check-in, which was frustrating. The daytime front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, making the start of our stay less enjoyable. In contrast, the night shift staff were much more engaging and motivated, which was a relief.
Duty Manager Dahlia made an effort to address my concerns after I provided feedback, and I appreciate her attempts at service recovery.
The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the inconsistency in service left us disappointed. I hope they can improve the front desk experience in the future. Overall, while we had some enjoyable moments, it wasn’t the celebration we had hoped for.

UUtente anonimoDisappointing. Reached the hotel around 315PM, there was a long queue for check-in, waited till 410PM before I was served for check-in. Waiting one hour in queue just to check-in was really a shocker to me for a 5 star hotel standard and please do not place an intern in charge of the queue if they have to go back and forth to check with the Duty Managers for every enquiry they encounter. It just makes the wait even more unpleasant. Hotel is clearly short-handed and staff were pushing for guests to accept twin beds room because the king beds are not ready. I am usually okay with it but this hotel charges more for the king beds even though it's the same tier as the twin beds so I don't think this is acceptable and insisted on a king bed. Witnessed two guests lodging a complaint during my stay which explains the hospitality level of this hotel. Trip Diamond members are offered a platter of fruits as stated in the booking but there were none in the room. Had to request it from the room service and came back to just two apples served on a plate. The elderly staffs at the concierge are friendly but FOH and the rest can do better. Staffs will walk past you without a nod or a smile which is shocking for a 5 star hotel/resort. Had a reservation for the Vday buffet and the food selection was mediocre and the crabs were mushy. Price of the buffet did not justify the selection, Westin's Seasonal Tastes is a better option at a lower price. The hot water for the shower did not work on check-out day and we had to shower in the cold water. Minibar only provided 2 Nescafé capsules and some TWG tea, the fridge was empty with no other beverages or snacks available. Bed was amazing and comfortable but the bathtub can be upkeep better. Fish spa was fun but you can see mosquitos breeding on the water surface. Pool area was filled with children so couples might want to reconsider. Was given a later check-out timing upon request which was a nice gesture. Overall experience was a shocking disappointment as I expected a better experience just like other 5 star hotels. So glad that I did not pay the original price for this stay and got a last minute deal with breakfast included. Else, this will be a 0 star experience.

EEmma S.Good hotel with very good location with reasonable price, the hotel is only 1km to Vivo city which is very convenient for me who have a semi nar at Sentosa for 5 days. The bus stop is just right at the front of the hotl, I usually take the bus in the morning as I don't want to sweat and either walk or take a bus to the hotel at the evening. The staff is very helpfull and fiendly.
