I believe Equarius is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, but it did not live up to its name. Room smelled weird, like a mixture of sewage and a musky smell. It did not get better even after the staff checked a few tiems, and neither did they offer to change the room. Merely offered complimentary breakfast. Staycation was to celebrate my partner’s birthday and was offered a cake (room service) after check in, but we were not free to receive it as we had plans outside. When we came back to the hotel in the evening and asked for the cake, the staff told us to take it from the restaurant ourselves, even though we were carrying many things in our hands. After complaining, the staff still tried defending themselves by saying they have no ‘certificate’ to bring food up to the room??? Doesn’t make sense at all as the hotel has room service for food from their restaurant. The only plus point was that they at least prepared simple decorations for the birthday girl. Overall, service is extremely lacking. Will not come back again.

Hotel is a little dated but room was large and the in-room complimentary drinks are much appreciated. However, service crew in hotel needs more training. Breakfast for kids under 4 are chargeable which is a downer, especially given how little kids eat. They are just trying squeeze profit wherever they can.

The room is very spacious and well maintained. Service is fast and great. Strongly recommend to everyone.

Had an amazing birthday staycation!!

We had a fantastic experience with Equarius for birthday celebration! The thoughtful birthday setup and gift in the room were truly appreciated. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with great amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly, which made our stay even better. I will definitely return to Equarius. Thank you for making our celebration so memorable!

Beautiful property with friendly staff. Love how spacious the room is with relaxing vibes. Staycation planned for my daughter and the hotel laid out birthday greetings with flower balloons, greeting card and laderach chocolates. Even had a welcome gift of Mr Bucket chocolates. How lovely! Breakfast was awesome with a view, food was not the usual hotel breakfast. The fish was wonderfuly prepared and servedl! Overall amazing stay! Loved it!

Great hotel, big room, excellent service, high quality facilities and friendly staffs. Our family have been staying in this hotel to celebrate my mum's birthday for many years.

Booked a short staycation for wife, son and my 3 year old boy for our wedding anniversary. Location was superb with the balcony overlooking the Adventure Cove. Only thing was that Adventure Cove had a private event from 9pm till 4am and the music was blasting throughout the night. My son didn't sleep well but thankfully, the staff allowed us to check out late.

Booked Equarius to celebrate our anniversary. The management was very sweet and thoughtful in setting up the room with decoration, Janice Wong chocolate and complimentary bird nest. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy fully as my partner was feeling unwell & we had to leave earlier, else it will be a perfect celebration! Going to the hotel is abit of hassle if you don’t drive. Head to hotel Michael, there’s a shuttle bus that comes every 8 mins.

A good room that my family gotten and hotel staff attended to us very promptly and also able to get the room soon and family had a great time

Since we could not travel abroad, we decided to have a short staycation during the long Hari Raya weekend. Having stayed in Equarius before, we really liked the hotel and hence it was an easy choice to come back there again. The room was spacious and the location was very convenient, right inside the RWS complex with easy access to food and attractions. For this stay, we opted for the larger garden deluxe room instead of the normal deluxe room (which is already very spacious itself). And it was really worth it, with a big balcony that our kids could even run around and blow bubbles in. Inside the room, there was enough space for an extra bed, on top of a sofa, coffee table, work desk and work chair, plus a super big bathroom with separate areas for toilet, shower, bathtub and powder. And still the room felt so spacious with lots of floor space left with so much furniture inside. Definitely a must for family stay. The complimentary tickets to 2 popular attractions is a very nice touch. We had lots of fun during the 2 nights stay. Take note that a large area of RWS is under renovation now, so the dining options are somewhat limited. You may want to take the free express train back to Vivocity where the choices are endless, both for dining and shopping. Unfortunately there was an oil spill near Sentosa right before we checked in, so the beach was closed for cleaning up, and we could not do our usual beachwalk. Otherwise it would have been a perfect short break from our busy working schedule.

second visit back and I was never disappointed. It was full of surprises. I always trust celebrating occasions with Equarius because of the service and quality comfort they provide. We got a room tour by Zhang Hao this time, and both nights they offered us with goodies. Housekeeping was so warm and made us feel homed with the hand made towel. Totally appreciate it so much. The location was accessible with shuttle bus and buggy. The breakfast was a huge spread from Hotel Ora or Equarius Tangerine. The room was spacious and the view was perfect. A couple retreat! Will be back soon again. Thank you for pampering us!
